From the article:
The coalition embraced many political viewpoints: Democrats, independents, Greens, socialists, Communists, members of the Labor Party, even some disgruntled Republicans.

I really liked the music. Good web design for someone who doesn't have a huge budget, obviously an act of LOVE

I had the pleasure of meeting Dennis when he was running for some office or another. He was a guest speaker in a class at Cleveland State University where he still insisted that Cleveland Trust Bank and The Cleveland Electric Illuminating Company caused the city to fail to pay its bills on time while he was mayor (he didn't mention the 6 or 7 major corporations that moved their headquarters out of Cleveland during his reign, however). He was quite the socialist when he spoke to our class, insisting that everyone who worked owed the inner city poor a good part of their paychecks. I recorded the entire session, but I've since lost it.
He urged us students to get involved in politics. I did - it wasn't too long after that when I found FreeRepublic.com. I don't think that was the outcome he wanted, but it was my reaction.

I believe Rick Nagin is now chief of staff for Cleveland Councilman Nelson Cintron, who always seems to be in trouble with the law.
I see they updated kucinich.com nicely. That site has been around for quite awhile. Thanks.

I have some dated PD articles on Nagin and CP-USA in Cleveland I'll have to dig up and post someday. I'd have to scan them and edit and I'm not too quick at that sort of thing. One editorial actually praised Nagin for having "fresh ideas" despite his past affiliations.
No wonder this area can't attract new business/industry.

I see you figured it out. Well done. That's a classic.
Was there a lot of anti-Kucinich sentiment at the rally?

I saw and talked to this good fellow. I didn't get to the rally until about 12:30 so didn't have much walkin' around time. I forgot the camera but you got the job done. Thanks.

"Oh but C-town is going to get a new convention center which they need like a hole in thier head... I call it a "bait & switch". What these guys really want to do is tack on a bunch of big socialist spending programs to this package (like "funding for the arts"). Whatever form this boondoggle takes I will work to defeat it.
Wolstein has no-tax private sector ideas on this and of course they aren't interested. His location proposal kinda sucks, though.
