I'm sure some frenchman has stock in every US company too, but that doesn't mean the folks who want to apply political pressure in France, via the pocketbook, should boycott US companies. Sheesh.

Boycotts are seldom effective--but how I'd love to deliver an effective insult to the unwashed along the Seine.

What if the boycott efforts concentrated on wine, or even a popular, well-known brand of French wine?
