An upset diner began shouting at Hynde, and a screaming match ensued during which Hynde read from the leaflet, describing what happens to chickens before they become dinner. Hynde and the other protesters left the restaurant as the police arrived.
So,why weren't they arrested for tresspassing and disturbing the peace? They became tresspassers the instant they refused the managers request to leave.
