Very impressive discussion, but for Ed Asner you should say "dropped out of the University of Chicago." Unlike the other bozos, that bozo at least attended a good college, though unlike Bush, Asner never graduated.

AG Ashcroft graduated from Yale with honors. I suppose he would be a lightweight compared with Ms. Rice., but not against the intellectually "elite" on the left.

I'd say Condi Rice supplies raw brainpower while Rumsfeld and Cheney supply the experience. W has a good team with him.

Yes, ol' Bob isn't much. You know, though, that this entire discussion brings up a lot of questions. Does an Ivy League education imply or confer intelligence or intellect? Do academic credentials at all imply or confer them? Actually, were you to see MY resume (especially after reading my posts), you would be astounded at the educational listings. But obviously, when one looks at me personally or looks at my achievements, the answer to both questions is "No, far from it." In fact, there may be a negative correlation! My wife says that one more degree and I'll be TOTALLY worthless. And, give me one Reagan for 20 Robert Reich's.
