Thanks for posting this.
TWA 800 is a great litmus test.
Lefties who see conspiracies everywhere are incapable of acknowledging that dozens of agenda-less eye witnesses spread over hundreds of square miles saw a missile strike the aircraft.

Then there is the dog that did not bark: If it had been a fuel tank explosion, there would have been others in 747s. If it worked the way it was alleged to have worked, it is not credible that TWA800 was the only case, and that there is no reason to ground the 747 fleet to avert similar events.
Either TWA800 did not explode spontaneously, or the 747 fleet is unsafe. Only one can be true.

Yeah, those New York controllers are the best, and impatient with anything but professionalism from the pilots.

Yes yes yes.
I've always assumed Boeing went along with the knowingly false rationale in return for assurances that future govt contracts would more than compensate for PR and financial losses from TWA 800.

Real Player is spyware to boot.
You are correct. Gone, gone, gone from my machine. No more Real anything on my computer. I have had enough.

Thanks for the post. At about 6:40 into the tape, a pilot on TWA 507 reports he thought he saw something resembling a "landing light" at 15,000 ft shortly before the explosion. It reminded me of an experience I had while orbiting in international airspace off the coast of the Soviet Union. We were still engaged in the Cold War at the time.
I recall looking out the cockpit window and commenting to the aircraft commander to look at the "landing light". It was only a matter of seconds before we determined it was not a "landing light". As we were turning away the "light" extinguished like turning out a light bulb.
The folks with more specific information on the event would never say if we witnessed a missile test or if the aircraft we were there to support was a target of the Soviet surface to air missile.
I will never forget my first impression of a high altitude surface to air missile was that it was a "landing light". The first time I heard the pilot on Flight 507 describe a "landing light" that may have been a fire immediately before the explosion, it had a chilling impact on me.
Thank you again for posting the audio.

Bookmarking for tomorrow.
I saw that skank Kallstrom on a tv talkshow tonight, showing off and telling everyone how to run homeland security. What a bombastic a$$. He knows the truth, but will never tell about TWA800. Coverup Butt Boy!

Yeah, he really raises your confidence (cough) that we'll get the straight story from him on any terror attacks.
