Yes, I was watching Sky News - they had a reporter in Baghdad who was in awe of the accuracy of the cruise missile strikes until an Iraqi minder forced him to say, "they might have landed in civilian areas".

The Shock and Awe is all hype. Imagine if you were sitting in Baghdad, and realized that that big barrage wasn't even the worst of it. They are trying to scare the poeple into surrendering, for their own good. If they can get someone to put a bullet in SH head before its really going, no need for it. The reason the build-up is long is that is part of it, that is the shock and awe.

You can tell the reporter is carefully choosing his words now.

There is a huge fire in a building on camera and the reporter says he cannot say what the building is, which probably means it is a strategic target.
