How can one top this for sheer stupidity? No AIDS coverage for these idiots, I daresay!

Can there be many people doing this? Self-preservation is a pretty common instinct.

It appears that these people have a great deal of self-loathing.

I read study results once that said that homosexuals had a 9 times higher suicide rate than heterosexuals. Maybe this would help to explain this kind of suicidal behavior. For being so "gay" and saying how much they enjoy their lifestyle, it sounds more like these people are, in fact, deeply troubled.

I'm amazed that they published this article, as the bulk of it is swiped from one article from Rolling Stone.
Cabaj later denied his estimate that 25 percent of all HIV infections result from bug chasing. But he does maintain that the number of deliberate infections each year are "probably more than people wanted to think"
One purposeful infection would hit that mark. I wonder how prevalent this really is if only one magazine has written about it?

Self-preservation is a pretty common instinct. From what I understand, having HIV elevates your status in the gay community - it makes you very extra special. It's a badge of honor.

Motorcycle drivers and smokers have to pay higher insurance premiums in order to cover their higher margin of risk, so why not homosexuals?
I'd wager that it costs waaaaaaay more to cover the costs of medication until the afflicted's final death than it does to cover a car accident...

Numerous lawsuits have been filed against gun manufacturers, under the pretext that their product raises medical costs for EVERYONE.
How is it that the normal fruits of homosexual behavior (to say nothing of arguably suicidal behavior) do NOT raise these costs for everyone....?

There are no words in the English language to describe just how TWISTED that is. 'The ultimate perversion' isn't even adequate.
This may sound a little callous, but I suggest we make a practice of whacking off the equipment of HIV infected men. It ought to slow transmission down at least a little.

The Rolling Stone article has been largely discredited. The doctor cited in the story has said he was misquoted and his remarks taken out of context. BP really should have done some fact checking before publishing this piece.

"Motorcycle drivers and smokers have to pay higher insurance premiums in order to cover their higher margin of risk, so why not homosexuals?"Because the DNC, ACLU and all those associated leftist lobbying groups throw a fit and claim 'discrimination against sexual preference', while it's 'hip' to discriminate against bikers, motocross enthusiasts and smokers. Leftist hypocricy.

Well I hate to tell you, but a lot of people like going around the back. Know what I mean? And sometimes the original equipment models aren't used either, but still is capable of transmitting AIDS.

I has not. It's been criticized, but the phenomenon of bug-chasing is unassailably real.
