While I appreciate his efforts wrt:Finding "criminals and lost children"...I've just lost a lot respect for him..He's trying to make it harder for us to be able to defend ourself.

Dan...remember his comments about canada's strict gun control..I really don't know what canada's laws are.. Do you have a link?

sounds like an excellent idea! have you found a link or e mail address? how bout the sponsors. I will never watch that show again, and I normally did. what a statist threat to freedom. he sounds so tyrannical it is absolutely frightening.

I don't know about two-faced, but he is definitely a gun-grabber. I saw him on one of the prime time talking heads shows after the DC sniper and he was talking up the so-called ballistic fingerprinting database as a must in helping to solve crime, then proceeded to address his respect for hunters and sportsmen (as if the 2A has anything to do with hunting).

I used to respect him for his work on AMW, but after hearing him spout gun grabbing talking points, my opinion of him went south.

I think that Maria, Tiffany and Lisa did a fine and classy job articulating the need/right for self-defense. The show exposed the "more gun control" side as being too emotional.. It's possible that some of the audience who became caught up in the emotional drama of sylvia...caused them to "forget" some of the important factoids. But that's not the point. This show is a perfect example that MMMr's, sylvia types are all about taking gun control, and making it all about emotions rather than logical debates. Emotions ruin a good honest debate.

I was thinking a good round of emails to him, would suffice at this point. Now, if he took up the MMM's cause, and started helping them with their rallys like rosie o'donnel did..then we gots another thing. (IMHO of course)

Guess what I found out. Sylvia's "Stun guns" aren't legal in all states. In Michigan - Felony.

Sylvia stated that she now takes a stun gun when she goes to Compton, that what Lisa read was what she used to do.

Aren't stun guns illegal in California? Or at least illegal for felons?

Also, John Walsh actually stated,(during Lisa's segment)"Nine kids a day die from gun accidents in the home." WRONG!!!!

Also, that trauma nurse...nevers sees the people who stopped the crime!
