It sounds like the real problem is the title.
It also sounds a bit like a Catch-22 and MASH remake. I still laugh thinking about Radar mailing home a jeep, piece by piece.

Don't get me wrong, I love the old war movies and some of the new ones as well. But I'm not against comedies poking fun at the military. However, I did miss the line about the marching on the painted flag and was more than a little upset at that.

Yeah, I guess the connection we're supposed to make is that this SP4 has "buffaloed" his leadership. We shall see if the descendents (physical or spiritual) of the 9th and 10th Cav roll over on this one. If they decide to trash it, I'm with them.

"I don't know why anyone would be offended. It wasn't a movie that was intended to offend. And if we don't show things as they really happen, then what's that about? Censorship!" First they should prove that this is the norm in the military, which they can't do. So it's not really about censorship, but defamation of the military, and influencing the minds of the young people in America. And yes, I, like many thousands of other veterans., are offended by this type of so called entertainment.
This type of production makes me wonder who the candy man is at Disney!
