You all refer to him as an illegal. I couldn't find that in this story. Do you all have info from another source, or do you all cosider all foreigners working in America to be illegal?

Scratch that comment. I just reread and saw the daughter is five months old. So it's not exactly an incident which is likely to be scorched on her retina...

I'm not entirely convinced that because he kills a cat, he will necessarily hurt his daughter. He's likely to hurt anyone who annoys him or gets in his way. Deport his worthless butt back to his own culture and country. We hardly need his type.

DETROIT (AP)
< snip > Carlos Eduardo Valladares-Guillen, 24, of Wixom, told police he found the kitten in the alley of his apartment complex and wanted to give it a home.
There is a certain irony to this...

Americans are just culturally sheltered. Throwing a kitten out of a speeding car, for instance, is a well-known, accepted custom in many different cultures. We just need to open up a little to things that are 'different'. Yes ---multiculturalism means we must see American culture as inferior and admire the third world cultures coming in and taking over. In some of these countries ---like the one this guy is from, wife-beating is perfectly acceptable, dog-fighting is also acceptable, and certainly any kind of animal cruelty is acceptable ---so we must become sensitive and aware to these cultures ---we can't have assimilation going on into our culture after all.

You all refer to him as an illegal. I couldn't find that in this story. I can't either ---- more and more it's a very fine line between legal and illegal ---the type our government is deliberately allowing in can be worse than some who sneak in on their own. This low-life doesn't need to be here whether he's legal or illegal. He can keep his cultural ways but back in his own country.

"You all refer to him as an illegal. I couldn't find that in this story." First sentence. "A citizen of El Salvador living in Michigan could face deportation...."
To: moehoward
That doesn't make him illegal, I'm afraid. He probably has a visa. If he had been illegal, the DA's office would almost certainly have released the information by now.

Went to my Chinese market today, saw a young couple purchase a live cabezon fish for about $45 bucks, ugly as snot (the fish), and it was cruelly killed and eviscerated right in front of them. That's one expensive fish, and they didn't have the decency to invite me over for dinner.
No real relavance to the story, but there lots of live catfish being killed, and no one was crabby. And now I have a haddock, so I posted this just for the halibut. I'll just skate on by and catch some rays.

Eva Prawn was there, singing "Roe Roe Roe your boat" along with "You walrus hurt the one you love". But who was I to carp? Anyway, too many mullets were around, we were packed in like sardines? And boy how it smelt...

Mr. CLEESE: (As Fawlty) Sorry, what was it again?
Unidentified Man #1: A prawn cocktail.
Mr. CLEESE: (As Fawlty) Oh, yes, Eva Prawn, yes. ...(Unintelligible) and Goebbels ...(unintelligible) which I hardly remember at all.
Unidentified Man #1: And a pickled ...(unintelligible).
Mr. CLEESE: (As Fawlty) Hermann Goering, yes, yes. And Henri (unintelligible), that was another one.
Unidentified Man #2: And four cold meat salads, please.
Mr. CLEESE: (As Fawlty) Certainly. Well, I'll just get your hors d'oeuvres--(in German accent) orders, which must be obeyed at all times without question. (In normal voice) Sorry.

"I do not want his culture around me". Nor do I. Deport him.
Americans are a great people and for a young nation, we are very civilized, kind and caring. What other nation has as many animal shelters, the ASPCA, vets and other organizations to help animals? FoxNews is always showing heroic rescues by American firemen and policemen of animals, both large and small. And this uncivilized creep throws a kitten out of a moving car. It's hard for a "man" to get much lower than this.
