Methinks that "mislabeled" vial probably made its way into a whole bunch of research.

Politics has a way of contaminating research.

LeRoy is my name. Legalized dope is my game. Dope threads are just about the only ones I post to.Heroin, methedrine, crack, ecstasy. You dope yourself up with such crud, I want to make it cheaper and more readily available. And legal of course, no more "hassles" with the law. Your girlfriend wants you to shoot up some heroin for the first time but you're paranoid about the police? No problem. Once it's legal all your cop "problems" will be gone. That is unless you gets so wasted and non functional you destroy your family and lose your job, making you resort to a life a crime.

What do you care? 95% of the libertarians who post to dope threads want methedrine and other poisons made legal. Not just marijuana. Or ecstasy.

Relegalization would reduce the following effects of the War On Some Drugs: deaths of innocents in drug-turf wars; deaths of users due to impurities or unexpectedly high potencies; enrichment of criminals; corruption of the justice system by enriched criminals; and lessened respect for the law in general.

Not to mention upholding the principle that adults should be free to make their own non-rights-violating choices (even if the choices they make are stupid).

I certainly do. Not because I want to use them, but because it culls the weak from the species.

If you can't handle it, either don't use it or die.
I hope the prices can be kept low enough, that junkies, like winos, can make enough collecting empty cans and panhandling to get by without serious crime.

A nation that legalizes dope is a loser nation. Many bad things will follow from such legalization. Much worse than the current negatives you cite. Canada and Netherlands are such loser nations. Both want gay marriages and both have reamed out their militaries. The legalized dope attitude infects other public policy. Holland is overrun by Albanian and Muslim dope gangs that push the hard drugs in Holland and other European nations.

You don't mind living in a loser nation just so long as you get your loony libertarian rocks off. All about ideology for you and your pro-dope friends here. You are living in your head with your libertarian theories and not in the real world.

Some real world meth. news for you:

By DEB RIECHMANN, Associated Press Writer

WASHINGTON - President Bush (news - web sites) said Monday he was deeply concerned about heroin and methamphetamine trade linked to North Korea (news - web sites), and said America must try to stop drug trafficking in the communist nation.

The administration is increasingly convinced that state agents and enterprises in North Korea are involved in trafficking drugs to East Asian countries, he said.

"While we suspect opium poppy is cultivated in the DPRK (Democratic People's Republic of Korea), reliable information confirming the extent of opium production is currently lacking," Bush said in a memorandum to Secretary of State Colin Powell (news - web sites). "There are also clear indications that North Koreans traffic in, and probably manufacture, methamphetamine."

How wonderful and "rugged individualist" of you. Which Ayn Rand book did you get such malevolent, ego-tripping drek from? Or was it some other libertarian genius? Or perhaps Nietzsche?

You say "nations that legalize dope". Does this mean that you support the Federal government setting policy for all of the states? If so, what was your position on the Lawrence v. Texas decision, and how do you reconcile that with your opinion on drug regulation?

Canada and Netherlands are such loser nations. Both want gay marriages

Are you saying that pot turns people gay, Henry?

The "selfish" argument is a trademark of liberals when putting down conservatives that do not embrace socialistic policies.

If you prefer to have the "Nanny State" to one that treats adults as adults, join your fellow Democrats.
They will be glad to protect you from yourself.

It does in small ways (I don't have time to get into it either) but that's not what I refer to. I refer to the fact that dope legalizing nations seem to have gay marriage laws and they greatly reduce their militaries. Years ago I read that Holland has very gay friendly laws for it's military.

Funny how this unholy trinity works, eh?

Are Mass. Libertarians Controlled by Homosexual Activists?
... Neither is true. Many of us have friends who are homosexual and we have other
friends who smoke cigarettes. ... The same holds true for marijuana. ...

I'm hardly interested in the nanny state while you are greatly interested in barbarism that you pick up from loonytarian books you read.

Oh, c'mon! You can't throw something like that out and not explain.

I refer to the fact that dope legalizing nations seem to have gay marriage laws and they greatly reduce their militaries.

Cuba, China, and communist Russia are examples of countries with very strict drug laws, so I don't buy the "look at the liberal policies of legalizing nations" argument.

I still look forward to your thoughts on the Lawrence v. Texas decision and federalism in general.
