"People who have even a basic education in classical music certainly do. Since the average person on the street today has never even heard of Brahms, I find your comment to be rather meaningless."

On the contrary, the average person has heard of Brahms. The average person hasn't heard of the Sirens you've offered as examples of "famous female composers."

My "comment" was that people no one knows about cannot be famous. See? It's easy.

The third woman I listed was the "free one" spotted by Boris himself, and Clara Schumann is certainly more famous than her--so your argument is not really relevant to the post to which I responded.

I'm good enough on my own merits not to need a quota to get me in the door.

If this is true, why are you so threatened by men? I think you protest too much.

I myself have issues with de-feminized, butch girls who dream of becoming WOMEN.

And of course, real women act stupid, flatter the most inept male, and generally feign witlessness, just to keep insecure boy-men from thinking realistic thoughts about themselves.

Boys, just kill all the women. You'll enjoy watching the blood flow, and when you're done, the world will be perfect. You have one another--what do you need women for?

Well, I'll just need a few, probably no more than a dozen, for my Magical Harem of Baby-Havin' Love-Slaves.

LOL!

Naw... naw... looks to me like they're talking about brands of moisturizer--hand creams... "Oil of Olay is good, but it's so expensive... oooh, I'm allergic to SCENTED... oh, me too, I get SO allergic... the doctor said I'm only to use unscented hand cream..."
