Right on. Rush's remark is absolutely unprovable. I'm sorry, but Rush is a pompous idiot. Mcnabb's record supports that he is a very good quarterback. Note how Rush has decided that the Eagles coach is a genius, which he hardly seems to be. A very good coach, but why is Rush heaping praise on him and dissing Mcnabb? Further, did you note taht Rush earlier criticized the Eagles for DEPENDING so heavily on their quarterback for their success? Now he's decided it' sthe rest of the offense and The 2nd and third stringers (both white) can win just as much as Mcnabb. I listen to Rush a lot, and for all his talk of what a genius he is, his mouth often runs way ahead of his brain. Most of you are Rush worshippers. In my opinion he is about to be marginalized.

McNabb's QB rating is toward the bottom. His career rating is in the high '70s, which is not lighting it up. He however has a situational talent in running ability which makes him a feared red zone player, and a durability I wish Kurt Warner had.
He is, however, not yet seasoned. Gannon at this stage of his career had similar stats and couldn't find a starting job.

McNabb is average at best and that was Rush's point; he only has one year with a quarterback rating over 85 and that was the year his season was cut short due to injury. He is definitely not worthy of any MVP trophy during any year of his career.

I think the Philly fans are the best judges of his performance; they booed him of the field last week.

I hope not! Rush is a true conservative and does know his football. We need him as one of the major voices against the RATS and the chaos they bring to politics and the Nation!
