Thanks, C.C. I do not think that the American people understand how corrupt the United Nations is--probably because the Ministry of Propaganda (a.k.a. The Mainstream Press) doesn't want them to know.

Well said. We need to start asking again, loudly, what happened to the money. We need a full accounting. Iraq, particularly the Kurds to whom most of the money is owed, deserve a full accounting. Taxpayers of every nation, who's money goes to pay UN dues and fund UN scams, deserve a full accounting of how our money was spent by the UN.

My take on UN hedgeing was that they were buying time to put some...uh..."borrowed" funds back into the account, and creatively work the books to hide irregularities. We need progress report on the Oil for Food money.
