The Mother of Jesus is given a great rememberance in the Catholic Church. She is reverenced as the woman,who said,"Behold the handmaid of the Lord,be it done unto me, according to Thy word". With deep confidence,trust,and faith Mary accepted her destiny as asked of her by St. Gabriel,the Archangel,the messenger of God. Mary,was humble and never asked to be put on a honor list.Mary,was simple and never boasted of her title as Mother of the Son of God. Mary was chosen,amoung thousands of other women to be the Mother of Jesus.Her purity,love and fear of God,her prayers were always that God's will be done in her.Give glory to God for Mary,who whose Immaculate Conception is the reason Jesus came to all mankind. She was Jesus' Mother. She brought forth the God-man for the salvation of all mankind.
Some day he will stand before Jesus at his particular judgement and he can explain to Jesus why he thought it wise to attack, defame, and ridicule Mary and treat her as though she were a witch

1) Some Catholics (and other Chrristians) are a little overly hopeful in their ecumenism.Manila: Militants have a hard time training Filipinos to be suicide bombers because of their soft-heartedness, a source told Gulf News.
"Filipino Muslims and Christians, who are converts to Islam, could not muster enough courage to become suicide bombers because they do not believe that they would go to heaven after committing suicide," said a source, who preferred anonymity.
His information came from those who have met foreign trainers in various camps in the south, he said.
At the same time, Muslims and converts could not leave bombs in places where there are children and women, he added.
The "cultural mindset of rebels in the Philippines" has made it harder for foreign militants to train suicide bombers in Metro Manila or in Mindanao, he said.

I worry a LOT about them and their Satanic Cult. I wouldn't glorify it with the term of religion.
They are making significant inroads in America. They are demanding and receiving preferential treatment for their cult practises by our Federal, State and local governments. They are actively recruiting dupes in our prisons and military, and schools. The most radical of their cult - the Arabian Wahhabists - have effectively monopolized all Mosques and Madrassehs in the U.S. and western Europe, as well as other places.
Militant Islam is crushing Christian believers - and practitioners of other religions - in Nigeria, Sudan, Ethiopia, Egypt, Indonesia, the Phillipines and, I'm sure, other places as well. In freed Iraq, Assyrian and Chaldean Christians are being persecuted by Sunni and Shiites. Zoroastrians, once a majority religion in Iran, are reduced to about 22,000 people under Shiite persecution. The Copts in Egypt are contantly being beat up on by the majority of Muslims there (I believe Copt represent 10% of the population there.)

This is true,that the Bible does not say much about Mary..but this was due to her great HUMILITY..she wished not to be focused on ,but her Divine Son,Jesus. This is a Mother praising her Son and God!

Yes, this is so.as you said..but Jesus loves when we honor and respect and go to His Holy Mother with our requests,problems..ect...like all children go to their own Mother ..no sin or oddness in that!

It is the very action of God who worked through Mary in which Jesus was born. It was Our Lord himself who found favor in Mary. Eternal salvation through the womb of Mary.
