Hi everyone....I received an email this afternoon from a Freeper who wishes to remain anonymous.
Part of the email reads as follows, with PRIVATE info removed...
"Dad is back in the hospital, with a confirmed stroke, and as of a couple hours ago, was diagnosed with a brain contusion and bleeding. He will be having brain surgery in the morning."
So...if you could ask for prayers for a FReeper's Dad, his name is Gary, he will be having brain surgery Thursday morning...he has a brain contusion, with a tear, bleeding, and fluid. (I don't know what any of this means.)
I WILL be able to post updates, as will trussell...and no, this isn't for trussell....we both hold prayer ping lists. :)
Dear Lord God, we come before you now, collectively, to pray for this dear Freeper's Dad. Please Lord, put your hand on Gary, please heal him of all illnesses in his body. Please guide the medical team who will work on him, giving them wisdom.
Lord, Gary's a Christian, he walks with you...please stay by his side now. Comfort his family...In Your Name, Amen!

Dear Lord, we come before you humbly now to pray once again for our FRiend’s father Gary. He’s going in for surgery tomorrow morning bright and early. The docs want to release the pressure from the bleeding in his head, and I’m sure they hope to ease the damage done by the stroke if at all possible. You are the Almighty, You are the Great Physician. Please watch over Gary’s surgery, be with his doctors, guide their hands, give them wisdom, and help them bring Gary back to us if that is Your plan for this family. We know they walk with You, that their faith is deep and abiding. We know they are in constant conversation with You over their concern for their husband and father. Please give them comfort in their hour of need, and show them that they are not alone in this world. Give them Peace, I ask, in Your Son Jesus’s most Holy Name...Amen.
