Morning Sweetie...
:)
***Look there is far too much there to type out..
How about a summary then?
Or maybe a list of Doctrine found there?
Some thing - ANYTHING - to show that there are additions or subtractions from the Gospel...***
Now, you’re talking Gospel. Could it be that we are parsing words here? Why not take it as is meant in Scripture? What Scripture? Deuteronomy 4:
1
“Now, Israel, hear the statutes and decrees which I am teaching you to observe, that you may live, and may enter in and take possession of the land which the LORD, the God of your fathers, is giving you.
2
In your observance of the commandments of the LORD, your God, which I enjoin upon you, you shall not add to what I command you nor subtract from it.
Proverbs 30:
5
Every word of God is tested; he is a shield to those who take refuge in him.
6
Add nothing to his words, lest he reprove you, and you be exposed as a deceiver.
Revelation 22:
18
I warn everyone who hears the prophetic words in this book: if anyone adds to them, God will add to him the plagues described in this book,
19
and if anyone takes away from the words in this prophetic book, God will take away his share in the tree of life and in the holy city described in this book.
Hmm. I think that Scripture tells us not to add or subtract from it. The Deuterocanonicals, read by Jesus, the Apostles, the Bereans and the vast majority of Jews in Jesus’ time were subtracted by the Reformers. Does this mean that God will take their share away?
