Those who propound this trick about DNA analysis generally say that a “part” of the family tree was proved by DNA analysis or the remote ancestral link was uncovered “in part through DNA”. They can’t show you tissue samples or verifiable DNA analysis to prove Obama was Stanley Ann’s son. He can’t be descended from her ancestors unless he’s descended from her. This is the relationship on which all the others depend. Obama slyly cremated Stanley Ann’s mortal remains, thus destroying her mitochondrial DNA, which would prove - or disprove - that he was her son. But all children of the same mother have identical mitochondrial DNA, even when they have different fathers. Hence Maya Soetoro-Ng, alleged daughter of Stanley Ann and Lolo Soetoro, would have mitochondrial DNA identical to the Great Pretender’s, IF he be Stanley Ann’s son. I’ve asked a Dunham web site and the New England Historic Genealogical Society whether they have tissue samples or DNA studies that prove Obama is Stanley Ann’s son; neither has answered in the affirmative. Challenge anybody who makes a claim that depends on Obama’s being Stanley Ann’s son: where is the DNA confirmation?

This is just a trick to give the impression that Ancestry.com verified by DNA analysis that he is her son. GP cremated Stanley Ann and cast her ashes into the sea. Conveniently, this destroyed her mitochondrial DNA, which could have been used to prove GP was - or was not - her son. All children of the same mother have identical mitochondrial DNA, even though they have different fathers. Hence Maya Soetoro-Ng, who also claims Stanley Ann as her mother, would have mitochondrial DNA that matches Obama’s. But the Great Pretender will never voluntarily surrender any hair sample, for example, because in all probability his mitochondrial DNA will not match Maya’s. If they do match, the question becomes the identity of the mutual mother; is it really Stanley Ann, or a wife, concubine, or casual hook-up of Lolo Soetoro’s?

Wrong. Mitochondrial DNA passes to all children exclusively from the mother. Daughters will transmit the mitochondrial DNA; sons will not. But sons have it. A son of Stanley Ann Dunham could be identified as hers through mitochondrial DNA. But the mortal remains of Stanley Ann were cremated and caste into the sea, so that’s out. So were the remains of her mother. It’s almost as though somebody was trying to avoid a comparison of Obama’s mitochondrial DNA with that of the female ancestors who would transmit it - if they were his ancestors. However, assuming Maya Soetoro-Ng was the daughter of Stanley Ann, Maya’s mitochondrial DNA would have to match Obama’s, IF he was Stanley Ann’s son. Children of the same mother have identical mitochondrial DNA, even though the fathers are different. Obama will not voluntarily surrender mitochondrial DNA, because he knows it will not verify that he is Stanley Ann’s son; to the contrary, it will tend very strongly to prove he is not. (If his mitochondrial DNA matches Maya’s, it will establish they have the same mother, but who that mother is would remain an issue requiring further investigation.)
