Dewey Bruton believes Christians are mistaken about the meaning of Matthew 24:36 “But of that day and hour no one knows, not even the angels of heaven, but My Father only." He says that it refers to the verse directly before it, Matthew 24:35 "Heaven and earth will pass away, but My words will by no means pass away." Bruton believes that no one but the Father knows when the complete destruction of earth will occur. Bruton goes on to explain that we are supposed to be watching and that if Christ didn't want us to know the time of His second coming then the scriptures would not contain so many prophecies explaining the events of the last days. I myself am not a date setter by any means but I did find Dewey's video interesting for what I could glean from it. It's an hour and 46 minutes long so you probably can't watch it at work. Dewey's own website is at www.danielstimeline.com. By the way, according to his interpretation, the tribulation begins in 2010.
Daniel does both. He talks about the Lord’s first coming at when he is “cut off” and then goes on to explain the events of the final days.

Rapture happens, the Holy Spirit is removed from mankind which then allows the anti christ to come on the scene. 1/2 way through the tribulation...

That’s a new one. I don’t believe the rapture is 3 years before the tribulation. I guess that’s what you’ve heard. My goodness there are alot of theories going around aren’t there? In my understanding the tribulation start shortly after the rapture. We didn’t miss it.
Well let’s see. The rapture happens and then the anti christ comes on the scene.
They work out a 7 yr peace agreement. 1/2 way through that, the anti christ is revealed.
That means that 3 1/2 yrs before tribulation. I guess it depends on the definition of tribulation.
That’s always been my understanding but then again, only God knows for sure. Everything else is a guess.
