They are not private, there are just different rules for them. For the record, I do not subscribe to the charismatic theology.

And yes, we are sinners, just sinners saved by Grace. Accepting Jesus as Saviour removes your sins, and you are of His saints, but we still live in this body and still are sinners, no better than the unsaved, just forgiven.
