Pray For The Peace of Jerusalem~Countdown To Exodus

The Second Book of Moses, called
EXODUS
Chapter 12

12:41 And it came to pass at the end of the four hundred and thirty years,
even the selfsame day it came to pass,
that all the hosts of the LORD went out from the land of Egypt.
12:42 It is a night to be much observed unto the LORD for bringing them out from the land of Egypt:
this is that night of the LORD to be observed of all the children of Israel in their generations.
12:43 And the LORD said unto Moses and Aaron,
This is the ordinance of the passover:
There shall no stranger eat thereof:
12:44 But every man's servant that is bought for money,
when thou hast circumcised him,
then shall he eat thereof.
12:45 A foreigner and an hired servant shall not eat thereof. 12:46 In one house shall it be eaten;
thou shalt not carry forth ought of the flesh abroad out of the house;
neither shall ye break a bone thereof.
12:47 All the congregation of Israel shall keep it.
12:48 And when a stranger shall sojourn with thee,
and will keep the passover to the LORD,
let all his males be circumcised,
and then let him come near and keep it;
and he shall be as one that is born in the land:
for no uncircumcised person shall eat thereof.
12:49 One law shall be to him that is homeborn,
and unto the stranger that sojourneth among you.
12:50 Thus did all the children of Israel;
as the LORD commanded Moses and Aaron, so did they.
12:51 And it came to pass the selfsame day,
that the LORD did bring the children of Israel out of the land of Egypt by their armies.

Our Father Who Art in Heaven,
Magnified and Sanctified is Your Most Holy Name!
Blessed Are You, Oh LORD, Our God, King of The Universe, Who has brought us to This Day.
For You Alone Are Worthy of Worship and Praise.
You Alone Are The One true God of Abraham, The Ancient of Days and The Rock of Our Salvation!
How we love You and Thank You Profoundly for Your faithfulness, even when we are not faithful to You.

Almighty God, we Thank You for the Story of Moses and The Passover.
We Thank You for Every Symbol in the Story which has been preserved to this Day.
We Thank You for the Jewish people who, through 5000 years of captivity, persecutions, diaspora, and torment,
Have continued to celebrate the Passover through all their Generations as You Commanded.
We Thank You for the Special Foods of the Passover, which tell the story.
We Thank You for Your Holy Word,
Which Your People have Preserved,
For Us the Wild Olive Branches,
That we may be grafted into Your Beautiful Family,
Adopted as Heirs, and Strangers no longer.
Thank You for the Unleavened Bread of a Pure heart, Robed in the Righteousness of Messiah,
Freed from the Slavery and Leaven of the Sin of Egypt.
Thank You For The Passover Lamb, Dear Father.

Dear Father, In these perilous times, we look to You and Only You!
We pray for the Peace of Jerusalem and for the Jewish People.
We Pray for Your Blessings to Pour Forth onto The Jewish People this Passover.
We Pray that Our Leaders here in the USA will see the error of their ways,
and once again stand righteously with the only real democracy in the Middle East.
We pray for the Jewish Families in East Jerusalem,
as they face this current crisis, that they will be safe from rioters and terrorists.
We pray for The People of Israel, that They will once again be able to visit and pray at their Holy Places in safety.
We Anxiously Await Messiah to Come and Make All Things Right!

The displayed Scroll contains the text of the Ten Commandments from Deuteronomy 5
and is the best preserved of all the Deuteronomy manuscripts discovered.
A biblical scroll, it is written in Hebrew and dated to ca. 30 – 1 BCE.

Come and pray For The Peace of Jerusalem, For Israel, and For The Jewish People.
At first, I wasn't "too excited" about today's Text.
Then as I read and formatted it, I was SO BLESSED, as the LORD opened up these verses to me.
In a few days, Jewish people all over the World will reenact this incredible Story.
Christians reenact it every time they partake of Communion or the Lord's Supper.
African-Americans found themselves in the Story and immortalized it in their music of Spirituals and Blues.
Even the Modern State of Israel is a reenactment of the Story.
Books have been written, movies made, scholars have debated, wars have been fought,
and naysayers have denounced till they are blue in the face.

And yet, every year, Jews around the world gather, and celebrate the Passover.

You are correct, my friend. This is a matter of Spiritual Warfare, but one must be equipped with the whole armor of God (Ephesians 6).

This phase of the Battle has been waging for 1400 years, but it is actually much older than that.

Goosebumps when reading how the children of Israel have faithfully remembered their deliverance from Egypt and from the death angel in their Passover Feast which is (as you said) soon going to be celebrated again this year.

Is that scripture ragment you displayed from the Dead Sea Scrolls or some other fragment?
