Pearls before swine, shake the dust from your feet.
Well that was interesting
Sad but interesting
Another of those who dont read the Bible for themselves
and cant quote a verse to save their lives
but “know” whats in there...
“If he ever read the Christian Bible he would find out that Adam never lived in Jerusalem...”
Actually, there are theories that the Garden of Eden was located where Jerusalem is now... so maybe he did!
It was a comment addressed to SCVC, agreeing with the "Bye Bye" comment he/she made. I read my Bible faithfully every day and paraphrased the verses. I can and will provide chapters and verses but I also know already that you are familiar with what I'm referring to.
Where do we have to go to get the special privilege licenses that only you seem to have?
You eschew somebody supposedly "judging you"; yet you judge (posts #14, #225)
You eschew people making assumptions about Beck; yet, that's what you've done on most of your posts about Beck -- is to assume that he is somehow de-linked from Mormon mainstream beliefs.
Now you appoint unto yourself what is "religion" worth posting on the religions forum -- and apparently what isn't.
Doesn't any other poster share this rather elitist platform you accord yourself? Or is that something only owned by you?
You can say “she”.
I didn’t even get your screen name right in the O.P.
Actually, there are theories that the Garden of Eden was located where Jerusalem is now

Did God tell the angel with the flaming sword to stand down from his post ???
IOW, you and 6 people made a judgment vs. this pastor that he/they was/were judging. You didn't like them making a inward judgment vs. other people; tell us, Dila, what do you think of the inner nature of this pastor?
Your comment to svcw: Glad I dont go to your Church, I know that authority is reserved for God and pray that I am with God not against him. For only God shall Judge a Person and I have no right to ask God to Judge for me and against another. [your #248 post to svcw]
OK, first you judge that Pentecostal church you were at -- maybe rightfully so. Then you judge svcw's church.
So. I guess you're telling us that it's "A-OK" to "judge" at times, after all. That "judging" isn't always negative - even though it can be or often might be.
Sometimes people change the way they respond if they think you are a “she”. ;-)
Yes I know you read the Bible...
My comment was referring to dila813 who might not...
Thank you for your ever faithful diligence in rightly dividing the Word of Truth 2 Timothy 2:15
:)
I've noticed.
I was on this morning, went shopping and to the Commissary to get groceries came home put them away and people are still posting.
“Actually, there are Truths and scripture in the Bible that prove those theories wrong...”
Hey, they are not my theories, I’m just saying there are theories. To my knowledge nobody has indisputable proof of where the Garden was, and the Bible is not conclusive on the matter either.
“Did God tell the angel with the flaming sword to stand down from his post ???”
I think the operative part of these theories is that they think the Garden WAS there, not that it still is there.
And a river went out of Eden to water the garden; and from thence it was parted, and became into four heads. The name of the first is Pison: that is it which compasseth the whole land of Havilah, where there is gold; And the gold of that land is good: there is bdellium and the onyx stone. And the name of the second river is Gihon: the same is it that compasseth the whole land of Ethiopia. And the name of the third river is Hiddekel: that is it which goeth toward the east of Assyria. And the fourth river is Euphrates.
(Genesis 2:10-14 KJV)
We’re being judged ... by a non-judgmental person who codemns judging don’tchaknow. Sounds more like condemning discernment, but then I can’t read minds.
The attack on Mormons and Mormonism is fueled by the popularity and message of Glen Beck, and the possibility of a nomination of Mitt Romney.
