Mary sealed to Heavenly Father by LDS proxy temple rites The Mormon Baptism of Mary, Mother of God

By Helen Radkey

Hail Holy Queen

Mary (the mother of Jesus) was a Jewish woman of Nazareth in Galilee, identified in the New Testament as the wife of Joseph and the mother of Jesus of Nazareth. Christians believe Mary conceived Jesus miraculously by the agency of the Holy Spirit. For twenty centuries, Christians have cherished Mary and given her titles that reflect their love and admiration—such as the Blessed Virgin Mary, Theotokos (Mother of God), Our Lady, and Queen of Heaven. As the most celebrated woman in Christendom, Mary is considered the epitome of virtue by Christians, especially Catholics and Orthodox. Protestants generally perceive Mary as an outstanding example of a life dedicated to God. Over two thousand years after she gave birth to Jesus Christ—who is recognized by Christians and Mormons as the Redeemer of mankind—Mary of Nazareth was offered “eternal salvation” through The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints (LDS.)

Mary, a Mormon by proxy

“Mary Mother of Jesus,” the spouse of “Joseph „of the House of David‟…” was baptized and confirmed a member of the LDS Church by proxy on December 9, 2009 in the Idaho Falls Idaho (LDS) Temple. She was subjected to initiatory temple ordinances on December 16, 2009; an endowment ceremony on December 26, 2009; and a sealing to parents on January 7, 2010—all rites occurred in the Idaho Falls Idaho Temple.

I'm sure Catholics will do the following when this gets out:
"So the LDS inc religion that Milt Romney professes and supports to the tune of millions of dollars of his money has declared that the Mary to whom and from whom we exhort in our prayers was not yet worthy to be the object of our adoration? Forget them!"

Ah, right. Celestial heaven, terrestrial heaven, etc.

I was thinking more on the lines of that South Park episode.

Question: “So ... Who gets into heaven?”

Answer: “Mormons ... yes, Mormon is the correct answer.”

Awwww!!!

Well since for Mormons the only ‘real’ heaven is exaltation (godhood) in the Celestial Kingdom, then yeah only Mormons go to heaven.

It is interesting that Mormons are exclusivists and universalists at the same time.

It will be a rare occasion for me that I will agree with the MSM, but in the name of truth it needs to be done.

Same here. Once the MSM is done with their "religion", most Mormons will regret ever supporting Willard.

If, God forbids, Willard gets the nomination, his handlers can coach him all they want, but they aren't going to be able to prepare him for all of the "gotcha" questions about the Mormon church. And Willard won't have nearly enough money or backers to counter-act all of the news reports that look into all aspects of the Mormon church.

He will be asked things like whether he views the head of his church as a prophet of God (he does), and what would happen if that "prophet" of God has a revelation and requires Willard to use his power as the President to carry it out. And he will be grilled mercilessly about why the Mormon church was so incredibly racist up until the end of the 1970s. There are so many more questions...

It's just a shame that they will be asked only if Willard gets the nomination, since he is so unelectable on so many levels, and not just because of his magic underwear.

The more I read of Mormonism, there’s so much more than the
fact they’re not Trinitarian. Joseph Smith was into Freemasonry.

And how ridiculous, thinking no one notices the institution
of Mormonism happened in the 1820s. Put two and two together.

God knows and warns. Pray, pray, pray. I post a message to a Catholic seer who was given the cross to receive many dire messages. Louise had a special devotion to Divine Mercy. She died last year on the Feast of Divine Mercy.

Our nation needs a Christian moral 100% for life president.
How come so called conservatives can recognize BHO for
who he is and fail not seeing the same about Romney?

L. began to receive a message from God and said, “Jesus,
please cover me with your Most Precious Blood.”
Then your God spoke, “CHILDREN, LISTEN TO ME!!!!
Select your candidate in much prayer for if you put a
certain party up for election for your next president
you will have a religious war and Martial Law. This
person claims to have faith in the ‘one true church’
which, I tell you, is a false cult founded on lies by a
very sick man.
My Church and all Christians will be sought out and
punished unto death! DO NOT CHOOSE EVIL MEN TO

Michael and his Legions of Warrior Angels will assist
My own although many will die for your faith. Remain
faithful to the end My dear ones for Heaven eternal

My soul magnifies the Lord,
And my spirit rejoices in God my Savior.
For He has regarded the low estate of His handmaiden,
For behold, henceforth all generations shall call me blessed.
For He who is mighty has done great things for me, and holy is His name. And His mercy is on those who fear Him from generation to generation.
He has shown strength with His arm:
He has scattered the proud in the imagination of their hearts.
He has put down the mighty from their thrones,
and exalted those of low degree.
He has filled the hungry with good things;
and the rich He has sent empty away.
He has helped His servant Israel, in remembrance of His mercy;
As He spoke to our fathers, to Abraham and to His posterity forever.

Glory be to the Father and to the Son and to the Holy Spirit.
As it was in the beginning, is now and ever shall be, world without end. Amen

Magníficat ánima mea Dóminum,
et exsultávit spíritus meus
in Deo salvatóre meo,
quia respéxit humilitátem
ancíllæ suæ.

Ecce enim ex hoc beátam
me dicent omnes generatiónes,
quia fecit mihi magna,
qui potens est,
et sanctum nomen eius,
et misericórdia eius in progénies
et progénies timéntibus eum.
Fecit poténtiam in bráchio suo,
dispérsit supérbos mente cordis sui;
depósuit poténtes de sede
et exaltávit húmiles.
Esuriéntes implévit bonis
et dívites dimísit inánes.
Suscépit Ísrael púerum suum,
recordátus misericórdiæ,
sicut locútus est ad patres nostros,
Ábraham et sémini eius in sæcula.

Glória Patri et Fílio
et Spirítui Sancto.
Sicut erat in princípio,
et nunc et semper,
et in sæcula sæculórum.

Amen.

Question: “So ... Who gets into heaven?” Answer: “Mormons ... yes, Mormon is the correct answer.”

Mormon afterlife "issues" are many & great.

The three most significant ones (IMO) are...
...the lie that some Mormons will become gods
...that you need to work your way there
...and that the Mormon god is a different god -- and, as it especially pertains to our discussion -- that most people won't even live with Heavenly Father forever per Mormonism!

Mormons say only MARRIED, temple recommended Lds get to live in the celestial kingdom. And they would be the ONLY ones able to live with Heavenly Father.

The rest of Christians & any proxy baptism accepters get locked out from being reconciled to Heavenly Father.

My question? What's an alleged "heaven" where God the Father isn't?

Sorry I took so long to acknowledge your comment. We were at Mass and then we visit people at the hospital. I think your analogy is rather tortured. I see where you are attempting to go, but I still can’t agree with giving credence to people I think are goofy, wether they are Mormon or otherwise.

And I agree! The week before Easter, "they" are crawling out of the woodwork. One person's opinion is just that: An opinion!

So you say. An opinion of anything is still an opinion.

FYI: April 8 is the anniversary of Jesus’ defeat over death. He LIVES! To say more, or less, is to besmirch Him.

...I still can’t agree with giving credence to people I think are goofy, wether they are Mormon or otherwise.

You do know, doncha, that Mormons have 55,000 missionaries out there?...{plus another 22,500 retired "service missionaries.")

Why is that relevant? Because in many Asian and island cultures, ancestor worship or veneration is a key folk religion imbedded in those cultures.

When Mormon missionaries come along & introduce the idea of being able to "save" their ancestors via baptisms of the dead, Mormons are thereby "giving credence" to BOTH Mormons and non-Mormons -- non-Mormons who may still embrace the idea of ancestor veneration...that they can be saved.

Who cares if one little poster in the U.S. thinks the practice is "goofy?" Who cares if you & I even agree that it's "goofy?" Credence is given (especially in places like those I described). Therefore, in our world, there is such a thing as worldview accountability. There is a thing, as creating negative feedback upon worldviews that prey and pounce upon the gullible of the world.

That's part of loving people in other cultures of the world as ourselves. That's part of treating them as our neighbors.

I have a Roman Catholic Jerusalem Bible at home. May I suggest you pull it out and look at a few verses where you can discern our co-responsibility to speak out on these kinds of worldviews and the people who embrace them?

Acts 20:29-31
2 Corinthians 10:3-5
Jude 3 (this is a single verse...only one chapter in the book)
Titus 1:9-10
There's many other verses as well...see for example, the apostle Paul confronting the legalistic religious in Acts...chapters 17, 18, 19...(Apollos, too)

So you are ok with someone desecrating your mother’s grave? Say spray painting it or urinating on it? After all they are just being ‘goofy’, right?

- - - - -

Ummm...according to your Mormonism, the actual date is April 6th, same as his birth and the forming of the LDS church - not April 8th.

Just sayin’...

And why was he proxy endowed and sealed if He isn’t dead? You guys can’t even keep your stories straight.

Really?

Mary, the Mother of God, “Was offered eternal Salvation through the Church of the Latter Day Saints of Jesus Christ.”

Can’t believe they would let that get out, it is so absurd and blasphemous.

I agree with an earlier poster, is Jesus next?

There isn’t ‘another’ Testament of Jesus Christ outside the Bible, and your precious Book of Mormon doesn’t even mention baptism for the dead. If it were so damned important, it should be mentioned.

All you got to hang your hat on is a completely fallacious interpretation of I Cor 15:29 that does violence to the Greek.

Already done. And He was married off to a couple of women as well. No I’m not kidding. The same woman who wrote this also discovered the other. She is known for whistleblowing on LDS baptisms for the dead.

Hosea 4:6

King James Version (KJV)

My people are destroyed for lack of knowledge: because thou hast rejected knowledge, I will also reject thee, that thou shalt be no priest to me: seeing thou hast forgotten the law of thy God, I will also forget thy children.
