Sic ‘em!

This is beyond ludicrous! When one is injured, and likely to be in hospital a long time, you turn to your faith even more.

I WANT MY COUNTRY BACK!

God BLESS America.

“memo issued by the Commander of the Walter Reed National Military Medial Center banning the use and/or distribution of Bibles and other religious items during visits with wounded, ill or injured patients. “

I am sorry that I am presently out of the country. Otherwise, this Marine Vietnam veteran and former outpatient at both Walter Reed & Bethesda who drive up and visit with other veteran and active duty patients, seeking to encourage them with friendship and wisdom from the Bible, God’s Word.

My “sweetness & light” and turn the other cheek have just about been exhausted. Time to challenge this CO to his face. Stop the pussy footing around with lawsuits & judges. Code Pink, Cindy Sheehan & the whole Occupy mob get away with it left and right.

Who is this Commander? Grrrmphgrer!

(Calm down BwanaNdege, it looks like someone has rectified the situation...partly)

“Walter Reed National Military Medical Center said they are rescinding a policy that prohibits family members of wounded military troops from bringing Bibles or any religious reading materials to their loved ones.

The decision to rescind the ban on Bibles came exactly one day after a Republican lawmaker denounced the policy on the House floor and called on President Obama to publicly renounce the military policy.”

The Public Affairs officer sounds like they will still try to weasel something through.

“The instructions about the Bibles and reading material have been rescinded,” said Sandy Dean, a public affairs officer for Walter Reed. “It will be written to articulate our initial intention which was to respect religious and cultural practices of our patients.”

Bams black skin is a non-issue but the blackness of soul is the crux of the matter. The founders of this nation dedicated this nation to God and the principles of His Word. These ungodly cretins should be shipped to Cuba, North Korea or mainland China.

Message to the U.S. Navy:

God the Father doesn’t take kindly to those who deny the Son before men.

You best straighten yourselves out now because once you’ve taken your last breath your rank and pay grade means zilch.
