TO ALL,

The head of every man is CHRIST. The head of CHRIST is GOD.

Please pray the LORD's PRAYER and please read:

1 CORINTHIANS 11:1-16

Be ye followers of me, even as I also am of Christ.

2 Now I praise you, brethren, that ye remember me in all things, and keep the ordinances, as I delivered them to you.

3 But I would have you know, that the head of every man is Christ; and the head of the woman is the man; and the head of Christ is God.

4 Every man praying or prophesying, having his head covered, dishonoureth his head.

5 But every woman that prayeth or prophesieth with her head uncovered dishonoureth her head: for that is even all one as if she were shaven.

6 For if the woman be not covered, let her also be shorn: but if it be a shame for a woman to be shorn or shaven, let her be covered.

7 For a man indeed ought not to cover his head, forasmuch as he is the image and glory of God: but the woman is the glory of the man.

8 For the man is not of the woman: but the woman of the man.

9 Neither was the man created for the woman; but the woman for the man.

10 For this cause ought the woman to have power on her head because of the angels.

11 Nevertheless neither is the man without the woman, neither the woman without the man, in the Lord.

12 For as the woman is of the man, even so is the man also by the woman; but all things of God.

13 Judge in yourselves: is it comely that a woman pray unto God uncovered?

14 Doth not even nature itself teach you, that, if a man have long hair, it is a shame unto him?

15 But if a woman have long hair, it is a glory to her: for her hair is given her for a covering.

16 But if any man seem to be contentious, we have no such custom, neither the churches of God.

GOD BLESS US ALL,

Jesus4life

What are Traitions? And what do they have to do with these passages?

Well, since you bring it up,

Our Lord actually said this:

I am the LORD thy God, which brought thee out of the land of Egypt, from the house of bondage. Thou shalt have no other gods before me. Thou shalt not make unto thee any graven image, or any likeness of any thing that is in heaven above, or that is in the earth beneath, or that is in the water under the earth.

He was pretty clear about it.

I don't see anything in there about holy spirits, sons, saints, moshiachs, flag officers, etc.

Just sayin'

Hear O Israel the Lord our God the Lord is ONE.

sr4402,

Glad you asked first.
That’s called a TYPE O. LOL!!
It was meant to say TRADITIONS!! Lol. I didnt even see that( yet, it’s hard from a small screen at times).

No one is perfect, and sometimes the iphone loves to do it’s own “ word correct”, and sometimes I just type it wrong. Again, no one is perfect.

The passage is more important to focus on. Unfortunately when we post things we have to put something in the boxes or we can’t post. So, I just put words there that are from the actually passage or near it.

GOD BLESS US ALL,

Thanks for the Scripture!

“All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness. That the man of God may be perfect, throughly furnished unto all good works.” (2 Timothy 3:16-17)

What’s even more hilarious is that, I said to GOD just now, “ Hey, with all the things you all humans to make up with extension of languages ( ebonics, english, british english, etc...), is “ traition” even a word”.

Didnt get an answer for that. Because honestly I didnt really focus on it.

So, I went to dictionary.com and google. NOPE!! It isnt even a word.

But, you never know, it may become one now. LOL!!

Have a great day, because every day is already blessed by the LORD.

GOD BLESS US ALL,

The Father is to the Son as the nature of man is to the person that he is. The Son is to the Holy Spirit as the person is to his personality (attitude).

In both cases, the three aspects describe the oneness, the totality of God and the totality of man.

Like length times width times height equals the finite dimensions of an object and/or the infinite directions of space.

So, God is 1 x 1 x 1 = 1, the three are One.

Not one plus one plus one, which states that the three are three. So God is One person with three aspects, not God is three persons. To say otherwise would be to say that man is created in triplicate. Which is clearly not so because when I look in the mirror I can only see one of me.

OK, it’s traditions. OK, how do the passages relate to traditions?

So God is One person with three aspects, not God is three persons

But that is the way the Lord Jesus Christ presents God in John chapter 14 by stating what each of the three persons attributes are.

"My Father's house" (verse 2) indicates the Father owns and has a place for His own.

The Father is glorified in the Son (what the Son does [verse 13].

And the Holy Spirit teaches us all things relating to them [verse 26] .

Each person and role is distinct here. The fact that God is three persons acting in unity is something that must be embraced by faith.

No problem here. God is another word for the triunity of the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit. Besides Him, there is no other. The equation is to make straight the way to understanding the relationship between the three aspects.

The father is the source. The Son is the executive -- executes the will of the Father. The Holy Ghost is the attitude(s) of the Father as manifested by the Son. They are in agreement, or are One.

Mankind reflects the same triunity. Man has a nature (the source or father of his being) whose personality reveals the type person he is. The same can be said of God. The source of Jesus Christ is the Father, whose personality (Holy Spirit) reveals to mankind The person of Christ, hence, God Himself. "I and my Father are One," said Jesus.

The three aspects together reveal the totality of God in the same way that length times width times height reveals the dimensions of an object and the three limitless directions of space.

I will have a private conversation with you, as it’s better to have a conversation one on one if some one does not actually see something mentioned; or needs to talk about it.

An open conversation on opinions ( which this can easily become), can cause confusion, controversy, etc... which is not what JESUS says for believers to do.

GOD BLESS US ALL,

Jesus4life

Eastbound,

Grace and peace.

It seem that there is a misunderstanding on something as you are saying something I have not said. So, I just emailed you privately as well to clear this up.

GOD BLESS US ALL,

Thanks for the mail. Please disregard my posts here. I was thinking out loud and using your post as a blackboard for my thoughts which were irrelevant to your post. Sorry.

If you believe this then why post on FreeRepublic which is a discussion forum? Are you not posting this in the Religion section where many believers are?

Once something has been put in a title, it is also up for discussion. And perhaps a further explanation of what you believe about God's order and Traditions would be helpful?

To: sr4402; All

Anything can be open for a discussion. But usually a person opens things for a discussion by asking a question. I have not asked any questions. But, instead just post bible passages to inspire ( as I have said before).

If someone who is a believer wants to debate or discuss over them, then that’s when I would expect them to understand to follow what the WORD says about debates/discussions/issues ( which I posted before). Which is one on one first, then if that doesnt work bring a witness, if that doesn’t work take it to the church, if that doesnt work then treat the person as a tax collector ( or stranger).

This is what JESUS ordered, and I ( just like I pray all believers) try to be obedient with as much as the gospel they know.

In speaking to a non-believer, then, I would constantly tell them what I am following from the WORD in a private email so that they know why I am not talking to them publicly. As many here have already experienced.

I pray all read this message for furhter understanding on these kinds of matters.

We are all a work in progress, all in different levels of faith, and all reaching for the goal ( I pray).

Love to you and all people in the holy precious name of Jesus Christ,

GOD BLESS US ALL,

I have not asked any questions.

But I did: "how do the passages relate to traditions?" since you used that word in your Title: "ORDER. TRADITIONS. GOD's ORDER". You obviously had something in mind with that important title. Would you please explain it.

Why duck the question?
