My wife’s name is Tina and thanks again for all your prayers. Just heard from the Doctor and we are waiting for a pet scan to be scheduled.

Prayers for her. I had a melanoma and it was caught early (my husband was a nurse and happened to notice it) so it could be removed early. I had to go to the melanoma clinic at the hospital for years, though, so they could check everything, compile their statistics, etc., and I met many other patients whose melanomas were caught later than mine.

They didn’t have the treatments then that we have now, so your wife is way ahead. But the other odd thing is that often it seemed to have spontaneously disappeared. Nobody knows why, but sometimes melanoma simply goes away.
