Help me in my prayers (See #79 for update)

My youngest brother has been diagnosed with microscopic polyangiitis (MPA).
He's been "out of sorts" for the last 6 months, but when he noticed some rather disturbingly large blood blisters on his lower legs and feet, he went to the doctor at 1030 in the morning. At 1045, he was in the emergency ward.

He shows no signs of renal issues as yet, but I took him back to the hospital this morning after the doctor became concerned about his lab results two days ago.
He was only home a week after 8 days in hospital. Most folks get better before they have a relapse, but our family is far from average, I guess.

I was remiss in NOT pre-emptively thanking all the prayer warriors of FR for their support and I sincerely apologize for that.
I thank you all from the bottom of my heart, and wish you all G_d’s blessings.
I seldom post in this section, and have gotten in trouble for some of my comments on the religion forum, but we are all G_d’s children. Thank you all again.
