I used to work for a large corporate company where one of the managers was a woman who looked, dressed and sounded like a middle school boy. They put all sorts of pressure upon us to “celebrate” her “partner’s” giving birth to a turkey baster child. Being the child’s “dad”, this manager brought this poor unfortunate child to the office. All I said was that the baby was cute, nothing about he tragically came into this world or the terrible household and life he has in store for him.
I think what bugged me the most was the mentality that because we happen to work with someone, we are also their , “friends and family”. No sense of personal boundaries or professionalism, i.e., this is a work place not a social club. I’m glad I no longer work for that rotten company.
2% percent was true the last time they took stats which was only a few years ago. Show me stats that are different.
The military has rather quickly become a weapon against Christians. I’d suggest a massive one day strike by officers and enlisted personal not actively deployed.
It won’t happen, because our military is not a free institution, but one of compliance and collaboration
