LONDON (CNN) - The Sunday Assembly was riding high.
The world’s most voguish - though not its only - atheist church opened last year in London, to global attention and abundant acclaim.
So popular was the premise, so bright the promise, that soon the Sunday Assembly was ready to franchise, branching out into cities such as New York, Dublin and Melbourne.
“It’s a way to scale goodness,” declared Sanderson Jones, a standup comic and co-founder of The Sunday Assembly, which calls itself a “godless congregation.”
But nearly as quickly as the Assembly spread, it split, with New York City emerging as organized atheism’s Avignon.
In October, three former members of Sunday Assembly NYC announced the formation of a breakaway group called Godless Revival.

Note that the atheist group fragmented... as Christians have been doing for about 2000 years.

When the churches come together, it forms a prayer that all the Christians will one day be ONE.

From what I understand you want a phone call or email from God proving Himself. That would be subjective proof.

Good, contemporary evidence, with a very good possibility of being false absent the intervention of G-d. The idea is to prove the intervention of G-d, hence proving existance, and capability.
Gosh, that would mean about a billion and a half Christians would have to convert to something else, leaving only one...
I will dig up the Roman Empire version of "Media Matters" to meet your request. LOL, you received plenty of historical evidence in that previous thread but since the atheist websites all deny it, so did you. We both know by your above 'request' you are not seeking evidence but subjective proof. And the only way you will be satisfied is if God does drop a call to you, but even then you could write that off as a crank call. Emails can be hoaxes too. So don, the only way to satisfy your curiosity is to have a personal revelation. And even then, since you dismiss the scriptural evidence you won't know how to test such a vision or revelation.
But I do know this...If you seek God with a humble and contrite heart, you will find Him. Call on His Name when He is near and you won't be disappointed. In order to prepare "your field" for sowing you have to do some plowing and He will surely send the rain.
