That was my point. I find it odd that any one who supports abortion and homosexuality(both prohibited in Scripture) would think baptizing infants(never prohibited in Scripture) was wrong.

I was not raised Catholic, thougn I was baptised as an infant. And you are absolutely correct...baptising infants was never prohibited by scripture.
My baptism was that I was babtised to grow up in the nurture and admonition of the Lord. In other words, I was committed by my parents to Him.
