My denomination doesn’t recognize same-sex marriage or ordain gays. Ironically, we are having a 6 hour simulcast with the Bishop to talk about Homosexuality.
I grew up with a gay man. I think I already know everything I need to know.
They are preparing us for the inevitable embrace of same-sex marriage. A denomination of this size cannot lawyer up enough to win the battle when the Gaystapo knocks on the door. We are about to separate the sheep and the goats.
We are next door to the most conservative conference in the UMC. That will be an interesting fight.
And I think that is the truth. As far as my eyes can see there is nothing but troubles on the horizon.

Like there has been since about 33AD. But this too will pass. A year from now, same-sex marriage will be nothing.

I shall not be at all surprised if it gets even worse. You cannot inject poison (Liberal Judges) into the national bloodstream without suffering consequences for it.
