I will, of course pray for you in your time of sorrow...Your Father is enjoying what we all live for...he is happy and you are sad because he is gone.....your pain and sorrow, we all pray, will soon ebb ....but always remember that dad is with Jesus....how much better can it be???

Lord, those who die still live in Your presence, their lives change but do not end. I pray in hope for my family, relatives and friends, and for all the dead known to You alone.
In company with Christ, Who died and now lives, may they rejoice in Your kingdom, where all our tears are wiped away. Unite us together again in one family, to sing Your praise forever and ever.

Having just lost my Mom I know the pain you must be feeling. May God bless you and comfort you and may your father rest in peace.
This is so very hard to lose your Dad. The fact that he was able to receive the Last Rites will bring great comfort and peace to you over time. Also to be called home to the Lord during Holy Week seems very fitting.
I will offer prayers for you and for the repose of his soul during my rosary prayer time.
