Bruce Jenner Thinks Christ Accepts His Sex Change
The Christian Diarist ^ | April 26, 2015 | JP

Posted on 04/26/2015 7:30:49 AM PDT by CHRISTIAN DIARIST

“I’m a woman.” So said Bruce Jenner, during his coming out appearance this past Friday on a special two-hour edition of the ABC News program “20/20.”

And that’s not the only shocking revelation Jenner confided to interviewer Diane Sawyer. “She” also claimed to be a Republican, a conservative and a Christian.

Well, it’s conceivable that Jenner is a Republican. After all, there’s a LGBT (lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender) group that calls itself the Log Cabin Republicans.

It’s also possible that Jenner is a “conservative.” Indeed, there have been any number of conservative lawmakers – including former Idaho Senator Larry Craig, a homosexual, and former Florida congressman Mark Foley – who were outed as homosexuals.

But there’s no way that Jenner, who is “transitioning” from male to female, is a true Christ follower.

Indeed, in his letter to the Church at Corinth, the Apostle Paul advised: “Neither fornicators, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor homosexuals, nor sodomites, nor thieves, nor covetous, nor revilers, nor extortioners will inherit the kingdom of God.”

Does that mean any and every one of us who has committed any of those aforementioned sins is unsaved; that we have condemned ourselves to “the second death,” as John of Patmos put it, when we appear before the judgment seat of Christ?

No.

Because, the Scripture assures us: “If we confess our sins, He is just and faithful to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us of all unrighteousness.”

Conversely, “If we say that we have no sin,” as Jenner, the transgender in the making maintains, “we deceive ourselves, and the truth is not in us.”

So it matters not if Jenner attends church every Sunday; if he tithes what earns for his upcoming reality show; if he reads his Bible every day; if he prays first thing each morning, and last thing every night.

If he unrepentantly undergoes a sex change, if he refuses to acknowledge that doing so is an abomination in the eyes of God, he will be in open rebellion against his Creator.

That’s why Christ warned us, everyone: “If your right eye causes you to sin, pluck it out and cast it from you; for it is more profitable for you that one of your members perish, than for your whole body to be cast into hell.”

What that says is that we are not to surrender ourselves to sin; to deceive ourselves that God will forgive us for our unconfessed, unrepented adultery or financial wrongdoing or substance abuse or acts of violence or twisted sexual orientation.

If Jenner truly was a Christian, he would not blithely embrace transgenderism. No, he would fall on his knees and ask the Lord to free him from Satan’s grip. For greater is He who is in Bruce Jenner – who is in all of us struggling with sin – than he who is in the world.

In other words, you won’t answer the question in your own format because you don’t like the conclusion which could conflict with your prejudice. Got it.

Do you or do you not believe God is responsible for creating intersex Humans?

“Such things happen in amphibians but I’ve never heard of humans experiencing a spontaneous sex organ transformation.”

Now you have heard of Humans spontaneously transforming genitalia and sex roles upon reaching puberty. See the BBC documentary:

Are you are Sodomite?

Are you a Christian? Because you don't sound like one.

Yes, I am a Christian. I seriously doubt you are because your arguments are homo-theological and not Christian.

“You are simply ignoring fact that Jesus has already paid for the sins of the whole world (1 John 2:2), that God has done it all and IT IS FINISHED, and the terms of the New Covenant that declare he will not hold our sins against us because they were already fully judged on the body of His Son.”

NOT WITHOUT REPENTANCE.

We are NOT all children of God.

” For God to condemn Bruce after he has received Jesus is making God out to be an unjust liar.”

Bruce shows ZERO signs of “receiving” Jesus. There is no indication of repentance, belief, a changed life (in a positive sense), etc. We are saved by grace, but not while rejecting the God who is willing to give it.

“Do not live any longer as the Gentiles live. For they live blindfold in a world of illusion, and cut off from the life of God through ignorance and insensitiveness. They have stifled their consciences and then surrendered themselves to sensuality, practising any form of impurity which lust can suggest.

But you have learned nothing like that from Christ, if you have really heard his voice and understood the truth that he has taught you.”

Someone who mutilates himself to try to change his sex is not living in God’s will or making any pretense of living under God’s will. Not all are saved, only those who repent and believe.

Yes, I am a Christian. I seriously doubt you are because your arguments are homo-theological and not Christian.

My arguments have nothing to do with homosexuality, and I am not interested in your obsession with that subject.

My arguments concern the relationship between the particular soul and Jesus Christ, and the arrogance of those who would presume to come between the two.

Not to mention how quickly Jesus' teachings on love and forgiveness and humility are minimized and dismissed in favor of justifying judgement and damnation of others by "righteous Christians" such as yourself.

Testifying belief is one thing. Presuming the authority to judge a soul is quite something else. Jesus said, "Do not judge, and you will not be judged. Do not condemn, and you will not be condemned. Forgive, and you will be forgiven."

To me, that's a warning. To you, it's encouragement. And that is the difference between us.

Not only self-deception but in fact Jenner is telling God that He screwed up.and now Jenner is going to fix that screw up.

We are saved by grace, not by works, and there is no condition other than calling out on the name of Jesus (Rom 10:13). There’s been a change since the cross which many ignore, but the New Covenant declared Jesus sacrifice perfect and eternal and God does not hold our sins against us (Heb 8:12,10:17).

Not to the point of salvation anyways...But God may spank Jenner all the way home...

If someone is a Christian, having accepted Jesus, the Messiah of Israel, as their personal Savior, then when they are given their Glorified Body at the resurrection, it will be as God originally designed them. They will,be restored to the condition God intended.

And so, even if the sex change was done in his fallen state, it wouldn’t make any difference at all. He/she will not be disappointed either!

One can only tell someone so many times before it becomes clear that they are not changing their mind about a particular action. After a certain point, if you continue, you just become irritating and someone to be avoided. If you intend to be irritating and want to be avoided, then yes ... continue ... :-) ...

Some people have made up their mind (at least with you they have). Maybe someone else may come along who is more compelling than you. You just don’t know.

In the end either God will reach them in order to make a change, or they will persist until the day they die. I see a lot of Christians persisting with their totally wrong beliefs and acting on those totally wrong beliefs. I encounter those Christians every day ... but I don’t try to make myself obnoxious to them. And they already know what I’ve said to them before, so we leave it at that.

And with that judgement at the Bema Seat of Christ, that is for rewards for those things done in Christ. Anything sinful has already been forgiven by the blood of Christ and will not be raised again. The “rewards” will be what is at stake at the Bema Seat of Christ.

OK...I think I understand. I believe in truth and love. You believe in love. I stand with what God said about homosexuality and effeminism in the Bible. You say I am wrong to say what God says. I did not judge Bruce, God did. Love without truth is not love, rather, it is deception.

The Apostle to the Gentile church, Paul never spoke of repentance after the mystery of Christ in us was revealed...There was a flip-flop...A transition...

At one time the church was instructed to work for their salvation as Paul reminds us...

Act 26:20 But shewed first unto them of Damascus, and at Jerusalem, and throughout all the coasts of Judaea, and then to the Gentiles, that they should repent and turn to God, and do works meet for repentance.

Those works for repentance put us under the law...

After the Jew rejected God and the church was offered to the Gentiles with the in dwelling of the Holy Spirit, Grace abounded...

2Co_9:8 And God is able to make all grace abound toward you; that ye, always having all sufficiency in all things, may abound to every good work:

Php_1:6 Being confident of this very thing, that he which hath begun a good work in you will perform it until the day of Jesus Christ:

2Th_2:17 Comfort your hearts, and stablish you in every good word and work.

Heb_13:21 Make you perfect in every good work to do his will, working in you that which is wellpleasing in his sight, through Jesus Christ; to whom be glory for ever and ever. Amen.

Jesus works in us after we are saved to encourage repentance...It is He who does the work of repentance...

God does not work in us or give us new life without repentance. One cannot be baptized in the Holy Spirit - what unites us to Christ - without first repenting.

As long as Bruce claims evil is good and rejoices in evil, I will reject the idea he is a saved Christian. And Paul most definitely wrote about having a changed life and rejected the idea that we can rejoice in sin and be saved:

“The activities of the lower nature are obvious. Here is a list: sexual immorality, impurity of mind, sensuality, worship of false gods, witchcraft, hatred, quarrelling, jealousy, bad temper, rivalry, factions, party-spirit, envy, drunkenness, orgies and things like that. I solemnly assure you, as I did before, that those who indulge in such things will never inherit God’s kingdom.

22-25 The Spirit however, produces in human life fruits such as these: love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, generosity, fidelity, tolerance and self-control—and no law exists against any of them. Those who belong to Christ have crucified their old nature with all that it loved and lusted for. If our lives are centred in the Spirit, let us be guided by the Spirit.” - Paul

“For of this much you can be certain: that neither the immoral nor the dirty-minded nor the covetous man (which latter is, in effect, worshipping a false god) has any inheritance in the kingdom of Christ and of God. Don’t let anyone fool you on this point, however plausible his argument. It is these very things which bring down the wrath of God upon the disobedient. Have nothing to do with men like that—once you were “darkness” but now you are “light”. Live then as children of the light. The light produces in men quite the opposite of sins like these—everything that is wholesome and good and true. Let your lives be living proofs of the things which please God.”

Someone who openly rejoices in obvious sin is not part of God’s kingdom.

“If we only “have faith” a man could easily challenge us by saying, “you say that you have faith and I have merely good actions. Well, all you can do is to show me a faith without corresponding actions, but I can show you by my actions that I have faith as well.”

To the man who thinks that faith by itself is enough I feel inclined to say, “So you believe that there is one God? That’s fine. So do all the devils in hell and shudder in terror!”

For, my dear short-sighted man, can’t you see far enough to realise that faith without the right actions is dead and useless? Think of Abraham, our ancestor. Wasn’t it his action which really justified him in God’s sight when his faith led him to offer his son Isaac on the altar? Can’t you see that his faith and his actions were, so to speak, partners—that his faith was implemented by his deed? That is what the scripture means when it says: ‘Abraham believed God, and it was accounted to him for righteousness. And he was called the friend of God.’” - James

I think a lot of people are confused about what Jesus did for us. He did not take away our sin (as we sin daily) he only gave us a place to put that sin. And only IF we repent and ask for forgiveness of that sin will it be permanently washed away by Jesus’ blood.

One of the great internal markings of a Christian is how many times do we ask for forgiveness. Grace covers us for sins we don’t know we are commiting.

As for Bruce, I think he has “a lot of splainin’” to do when he meets Jesus. He has already violated one instruction in Bible and that is not to cut or mark ourselves as the pagans do.

Chromosomes and sexual organ systemization. These thing cannot be “reassigned”.

You might study a little biology.
