It’s sickening and disheartening to see what’s become of Jenner if you remember his 1970s popularity. To a younger generation, this would be like if Michael Jordan started cross-dressing.
But, still, it’s Jenner’s life and if God wants to intervene in it, I’m sure He can do it. I’m not concerned.

Gen 1:27 provides some direction I think. Man is created in the image of God, God created Man as male and female. I think the male and female bits (ha!) concerns plumbing and the working of hormones in our bodies and is entirely separate from our souls. The fact that some people are born as hermaphrodites would seem to bear that out. “Gender” in our society just seems as though it has become a collection of pointless “laws” the likes of which would do the Pharisees proud. What needs to change is society and the growing narrow-mindedness of what is appropriate for the sexes.
There is just a certain cheeky satisfaction in being a Christian accusing self-proclaimed “liberals” of being narrow-minded, which I cannot resist ;)
We keep falling into the trap of being egged on by people who want to stir things up to do our counseling of individual professing LGBT Christians in public call-outs.
There was much wisdom in our Lord’s counseling paradigm. Pay attention to whom he publicly poured condemnation on and whom he privately counseled and you will be miles ahead in being part of the harvest.

I still think we are missing the boat in not paying the Kardashians to turn their talents to psychological warfare on the terrorists. If they could do that to Bruce Jenner, just imagine the possibilities!
