No you haven't.
Where is the breakdown on pedophilia by denomination?
Weird, angry, and weird.
That doesn’t tell me anything about homosexual child abuse by denomination.
Bizarre, yes your insane, uninformed, anti catholic rantings are bizarre.
What happened did you lose the big state tournament to the big catholic school in high school or is your ignorant bigotry hereditary?
DO SOME RESEARCH AND BRING SOME FACTS!!
You are posting your bigoted opinions and neglecting to actually read the links pointing to studies, articles and actual facts.
I have little patience for your brand of ignorant stupidity!
I’m obviously well informed, and I never make anti-catholic rants, nor care to.
Bad link. Try these

At a certain point, it’s just not worth pursuing.
For the record, as a Catholic, I never voted for Jimmy Carter. I don’t think I ever voted for a Democratic president. I did vote for Ed Koch because he was, in NYC, a pretty conservative Democrat. All my other votes were for the Conservative, Tea Party or Republican candidates.
Just sayin’!!!
For the record though, in 1976 Jimmy Carter got about 55% of the Catholic vote, while the republican got about 55% of the Protestant vote.
In view of the thread topic, well, we know how Ireland just voted.
I hear you!
I’m Catholic too, and I have never voted for any demonic-rat!
NOT ONE.
Thanks.
and I never make anti-catholic rants, nor care to.
What utter nonsense...your entire contribution to this thread turns on a less than derogatory comment about Catholicism that clearly has overturned your moral apple cart...
And no one in my family or my husband’s family ever voted Democratic. And all from NYC, too. They knew the score.
This was a completely accurate and relevant post about Catholic Ireland’s vote this week.
To: markomalley
The leadership should have fought the yes vote.
Almost everyone in Ireland is Catholic, yet Rome allowed this without fighting it, when The Catholic leadership could have killed it.
That was the choice they made for some reason.

Actually you have been shown to be quite uninformed, several times in this posting alone.
No one is claiming that there was not a scandal in the Catholic Church with pedophile priests. The point is that ALL credible research has shown that Catholic Priests offend no more than the average population. They are also no more and often less likely to offend than other professions, secular or religious. One of the largest offenders are public school teachers and administrators, yet there is little outcry to eliminate public education.
Many here including myself have tried to enlighten your ignorance with facts backed up with links to articles complete with graphs, words and even pictures.
There Are None So Blind As Those Who Will Not See.
No, I haven’t been shown to be uninformed, and again, you keep making up topics and positions that aren’t mine, but ones that you are creating, and then acting as though you are answering them for me.
I ask you something specific, and you answer something that I never asked, or mentioned, or have any interest in.
Has everyone lost interest in the thread topic? Catholic Ireland voting in gay marriage, a world first?
You do lay on the personal insult pretty heavily though.
In today's culture, hyper-sexualized and saturated in narcissism, realistic thinking leads to consideration of allowing priests to marry, indeed, encouraging them to do so. Rabbis pretty much have to get married. With good reason.
Yes I do, especially when warranted.
The fact is that your question was answered.
The vast majority of Irish are not Catholic as they do not attend Mass or even self identify as a practicing Catholics. Active Catholics in Ireland sit at around 20%. It is the same in much of Europe.
So the fact is that even though there may be more than 90% of the Irish population baptized in the Catholic Church, the largest denomination in Ireland is Secular Hedonism. The same as in mainland Europe, Russia and dare I say the good old USA.
Actually, about 90% of the Irish people are members of the Catholic denomination and are self identifying Catholics.
They also voted very much like American Catholics, Catholics in America favor gay marriage at a higher percentage than the population at large.
In fact at percentages almost the same as the Catholic vote in Ireland.
