Maybe I am missing something but I am not seeing where he said that about gays. And I am not a big fan of this pope.
Pope is putting a new face on the idea of his fallibility. He has undergone trans-spiritual reassignment by the Lord of the flies.
Maybe he is a homosexual and using his position to promote homosexuality. If not, he should be calling on all homosexuals to leave the church, for society to recognize the depravity of homosexuals and their incompatibility with Christianity (and Islam and...)

In other words, is this gay person I'm talking to a gay activist or someone who is going around actively advocating the gay lifestyle, or is he simply someone afflicted with same-sex attraction? To have same-sex attraction is not a sin; only acting on it and promoting it. A homosexual can be a Christian (just like anyone else beset with a sinful tendency), but he can't act upon his sinful urges (just like the rest of us). If he cannot overcome his homosexual tendencies he's called to be chaste.
Wrong. So damn wrong.
Ok... I need a Catholic to explain something to me. How can the Pope be Christ’s Vicar on Earth when the message he is proclaiming is so vastly different than other popes? After all, God’s Word doesn’t change....

The vast majority of homosexuals can’t control their sexual desires, especially with teenage boys. 90% of the sex abuse cases of clergy have came from homosexual priests. That’s something the liberal media will never tell you because they love the homosexual lifestyle, all while hating the church. So they always just say a priest was charged with sexual abuse. They never tell you he was a fag. Very few straight priests or straight protestant pastors are charged with sex abuse. 9 out of 10 times it’s a fag.
This pope was quite judgemental over weapons manufacturers tho and divorced Catholics are judged too but somehow gays are too special to be judged!
I can a homosexual 3 miles away, and thank God I’ve never come across a homosexual priest, but if I ever do, I will call him out.

They are not, for the most part, searching for the Lord.
They are looking to stick a fork in his eye.
Or they refer to the crime as pedophilia, as though there was no sexual preference for male victims. Most of the abuse should be called pederasty -- homosexual activity between adult males and boys. In the Catholic sex abuse scandal, according to the John Jay Report, 81% of the victims were male, and 78% of victims were between 11 and 17, with abuse peaking with 12 year old victims.
People say that, but they only spot the ones that they spot, and usually that means the effeminate type of homosexuals, the masculine type can slip under most people’s radar.
I limited mine to Catholic priests.
That post applies to Priests as well, surely some of them are of the masculine type homosexuals.
