Pray Psalm 91 for Donald Trump (8-3-2016)

Here’s my problem with this: TRUMP doesn’t “go to God”, he’s specifically stated that he’s never felt the need to ask for forgiveness. I don’t think either candidate can claim the believing high ground in this election.

All the more reason to pray FOR him.

Father God, we lift up Donald Trump and his family, and we ask that if it is Your will, that Trump will be a servant to You just as he seeks to be a servant to this country that he loves.

That was over a year ago. In no small part because of the brouhaha over his remark about it, he has since undergone some instruction and something approaching a conversion experience, according to some of the pastors who attended the big meeting of 900 or so pastors with Trump about 6 weeks ago. I posted one or more links on the MAGA list about that.

Also, he made an unscripted humbly grateful remark at the end of his acceptance speech about not being sure if he deserved all the support he had been shown by evangelicals, and thanked them.

That’s the part that worries me,

That God has brought the curtain down and still the people paused to look for only a moment and then went right back to their daily routine as if nothing has changed and nothing was wrong,

They believe the lie, they willingly accept the delusion as presented by the mainstream media that this is just how things are,
