You cannot legislate morality. That is learned from family and environment. Laws that require moral behavior are frequently disregarded because of a lack of moral background but work for a large percentage of the population.
Making America Great Again means taking the steps to what created our greatness in the beginning. It took a couple of generations to get where we are now and will take several to get us back.....IMHO.
