If God was planning on destroying the United States but would spare us if 10 good and honest people could be found in congress, we’d be in trouble.
But, with Nineveh, God sent a man who had lived through a miracle to warn them. When those in Nineveh realized God had sent such a man they knew He loved them and they repented.
He sent Jesus to us. Sadly most are in the same category as the Sodomites.
In Romans 1.18-32 Paul describes what happens to any people who reject God. This is what is happening to America - it fits like a glove.
