You’d have to argue that with the vast majority of the millions of Christians and Jews whose first language is Arabic. I assume that they know their native tongue better than I.
Since you are weighing in, I also assume that you are fluent in Arabic, and therefore, I welcome the correction. Would you assist in correcting the source that I have provided?
Christianity has argued with itself over the many heresies that have crept in, that among them. This was foretold by Jesus Himself.
