What is AIINEC?
My analysis of this question is probably too long for a single internet post. However, here are some thoughts as to why there cannot be “an” Antichrist, but many.
Previous great forms of evil such as Nazism and Soviet or Chinese communism have had strongman, all-powerful leaders, but the Soviet case shows that having such a leader is not a necessary condition for the evil to persist (there were times of relatively weak leadership in the USSR).
The current form taken by evil is a coalition of ultra-liberal globalism and radical Islam. Neither of these produce ultimate leaders, they tend to be movements where powerful voices have limited direct influence, and it is the overall message of these ideologies that is the virus infecting the legions of followers.
Globalists are not prone to chanting “Heil Soros,” or “Heil Obama.” Radical Islam goes on despite deaths or changes in fortunes of its leaders. And I think this will continue to be the case until the second coming and the Kingdom.
The only time that Scripture mentions one individual rather than large numbers of enemies (of Christ) is in the “man of sin” passage, which is probably where the concept of one Antichrist originates, but we are also told of the “spirit of antichrist” which was already beginning to develop in the first century, so this sounds to me more like this — the “man of sin” is a type for the many antichrists, all of whom are destroyed at the second coming by Christ’s repudiation of their false religion, and that can only mean those so-called Christians who are preaching some kind of globalist doctrine in their churches. By appearing and cutting the legs out from under these false teachers, the true faith will be reinforced and defended. As to external enemies, the element of deception is absent, I don’t think anyone can accuse radical socialists (atheists) or Islamists of preaching a false version of Christianity, rather they are just preaching that power resides somewhere other than in the throne of the Kingdom (which is true only until the second coming in “power and great glory.”)
Now, it’s possible over time that this false leftist church would attain one powerful leader with more influence in the world than any such persons have today, and that person might even present himself to be Christ and deceive some of the faithful. Some claim this is Pope Francis, but I am not getting the sense of enough messianic claim combined with enough deception to qualify (at this time). He’s more like one of the more powerful spirits of antichrist loose in the modern world.
So I don’t have a list of three most likely candidates. Obama always struck me as being demonic at some level, but there’s a limit to his powers and that limit seems to fall well short of what Hitler achieved as one example.
One theory I have pursued is that Hitler and the events of the second world war qualify to fulfill some parts of Biblical prophecy, in conjunction with events involving the Soviet Union. However, Christ did not appear at the end of that phase so that for fulfilment, there would have to be some two-part dispensation that became understandable after the fact, with the second part (presumably the revealing of Christ) still obviously in the future. Then one could say that Hitler was THE anti-christ and the Soviet Union was the beast kingdom.

I would make Clinton number 1, and if you’re throwing in @$$holes from the SPLC, make it Mark Potok, not Morris Dees (he’s a good candidate, but Potok makes any sane person’s skin crawl).
Just about has to be a political figure to wreak the havoc that’s supposed to occur.
If you want to have an honest & respectful discussion about this topic, we need to look at the current alignment of Prophecy and that at no time whatsoever in history has there been an alliance or unity between (Turkey, Russia, and Iran). They are known as Meshech/Tubal, Magog and Persia in Ezekiel 38. So regardless of who you want to say is the AntiChrist - we’re on the very cusp of knowing, as in within a few years.
I believe Isaiah 17 will happen in very short order via an Israeli attack and that battle/war will then be quickly followed by an attack from Russia, Turkey, Iran, Libya, Sudan specified in Ezekiel 38/39.
Putin is automatically disqualified due to his nation being Magog in the Book of Daniel. He’ll be dead before the AntiChrist ever gets to his real power position and Russia along with Turkey & Iran will literally cease to be nations. Just as Iraq, Lebanon and Syria right now have literally ceased to be nations.
Look to Europe in Daniel 9:26.
Some people think the AC will be from Islam - I disagree since Muslim nations will be so thoroughly defeated in the wars specified above that their religion will be “unified” into a Chrislam pagan version with the RCC uniting everything under the sun.

I don’t believe the beast of Revelation is a person. My current best bet is that the Beast is islam.
Check out Ezekiel 38/39 - those nations (Turkey, Russia, Iran) have never had an alliance before up until the past year or so.
Keep this is in mind to understand how close this is all about to take place.
Iran just recently had another “mini-revolt”. Their populace is getting anxious and discouraged against the mullahs. The young are turning in droves to Christ (Praise God!). There is a very small window of opportunity for them to act their rage against Israel.
Same with Russia- major demographic problems with muslims making up over 20% of their population. The window of opportunity for them to move gets shorter with each passing day.
Once Syria/Damascus are destroyed (Isaiah 17) then all hell will literally break loose.

Since anti can mean ‘instead of’ or ‘in place of’, an end time false Christ, is your premise.
Rome has already created an end time false Christ simply by using their calendar and catechism.
They do it simply by teaching falsely that the Word that became Flesh was born on Rome’s December 25 (He wasn’t)
Circumcised on Rome’s January 1 (He wasn’t)
Killed on Rome’s Good Friday (He wasn’t)
Raised on Rome’s Easter Sunday (He wasn’t)
Rome with only their calendar and catechism have created another Jesus and another 1st importance of the gospel.
A Jesus that really isn’t the Word Made Flesh but a Jesus in Rome’s image.
Maybe your premise of Satan allowed one final play is at work this very day and the most deceptive work is in the church/body.
