Eat 4 table spoons of yogurt made from whole milk every day. You can add bit of honey for taste. That has helped me a lot with digestive issues.

Not knowing what your malady is...I’ve been on the “inject-direct-to-stomach” route where a small box of all essential nutrients, calories, etc. a few times a day got me healthy again. But there was always a surplus of them from my provider when the tubes came out.
Out of curiosity I drank one down direct and it wasn’t bad at all - so for months after getting back to work I had a super-fast lunch option that didn’t weigh me down. The best of these is “Kate Farms”, so you know starvation isn’t unavoidable.
BTW: I always enjoy your posts. Sometimes they stand out like an islet of sanity in a stream of wildly varying tangents. Prayer for you and well wishes.

Can’t do any of that. I have tried. Anything high histamine is out and that is cultured foods.
Haven’t had gluten in over a decade.

I’ve tried some elemental diet supplements but started reacting to THOSE as well. I’ll look into those options.
