The answer? Copper Sunday.

Especially in that diocese! And I am one who has not really supported this tactic. But this is attrocious!

We need to keep pressing for it to be addressed so that when the USCCB meets again in November it will be impossible for them to avoid the topic of the lavendar mafia and the homosexual deathstyle culture in the hierarchy of the American Church. 15 posted on 6/25/02 3:54 PM Pacific by Siobhan

They are going to have to deal with it eventually whether they like it or not. No profession or institution can survive dominated by homosexual counter-culture. It's a disgrace that this is even being debated.

[Dignity]...a gay-rights group which agitates for Church acceptance of homosexual relationships, sometimes even resorting to sacrilegious pranks.

Evil, pure evil.

Oh please, somebody tell me this is just a humour piece. There really is any group called "National Association of Catholic Diocesan Gay and Lesbian Ministries."

Bishop to preside at Dignity prayer service (from 1998)
by Doreen Cudnik

"Cleveland - The Most Rev. Anthony J. Pilla, bishop of Cleveland, [Pilla was past president of the National Conference of Bishops] will preside at Dignity Cleveland's 25th anniversary prayer service, to be held in the Cathedral of St. John the Evangelist downtown.

Dignity invites all lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender Catholics, their families and friends to join them...

The service is set for Friday, December 4, at 7 pm at the Cathedral, located on the corner of E. 9th and Superior Ave.

The prayer service will be followed by a reception with Bishop Pilla at 8 p.m. in the Rappe Room of the Catholic Center located on the Cathedral campus.

There will be a meeting on November 22, following Dignity Cleveland's monthly celebration of the Eucharist at the 10:30 a.m. Mass at Our Lady of Peace church at E. 125th Street & Shaker Boulevard, to discuss ways to make the December 4 prayer service a successful and spiritually moving event."

What are we to think? RCF has information regarding the homosexual activity of several bishops. We will not make this information public unless all other avenues to correct these situations have been exhausted. These bishops and priests need our help in finding their way back.

He (the priest) sins in the midst of light, and therefore his sin, as has been said, is a sin of malice: he cannot allege ignorance, for he knows the great evil of mortal sin: he cannot plead weakness, because he knows the means by which, if he wishes, he can acquire strength; if he is unwilling to adopt the means, the fault is entirely his own. According to St. Thomas, the sin of malice is that which is committed with knowledge. And in another place he says: ‘Every sin committed through malice is against the Holy Ghost.’ We know from St. Matthew that the sin against the Holy Ghost shall not be forgiven, neither in this world nor the world to come. That is on account of the blindness caused by sins of malice they shall be pardoned only with great difficulty. (The Duties and Dignities of the Priest by St. Alphonsus De Liguori)

There will be a Focus Session at the NACDLGM National Conference 2000 entitled "Using Always Our Children," which will be given by Fr. Raymond C. Kellerman of the Archdiocese of Cincinnati.
It is rather remarkable that, in the present environment, they could name a focus session that way. Here, we have a gay group hosting a conference by a priest on "using always our children" at the very same time we have a crisis in the Church, largely by gay priests, of priests "using our children" for the most vile purposes.

Someone is clearly tone deaf, but this draws the connection between the problem and its enablers quite clearly.

"Oh yuck, I want to find some sand and bury my head in it. Will this nightmare never end?"

Maybe. Some day. In the meantime, though, we must pray mightily that ALL the evil bishops will be exposed, ALL the evil seminaries will be shut down, and ALL of the evil priests will be removed. We must not falter, no matter how disgusting the revelations. The Church herself will not die, but what becomes of the Church in America is anybody's guess at this point.

I think the press has the idea that "...as the American Church goes, so goes the Church in the rest of the world." Nothing could be further from the truth, thank God. American Catholics are around 6% of the world's total Catholics, from what I understand. Drying up the money supply from America can only HURT the Church in other countries, but apparently, this doesn't seem to bother the Lavender Mafia in the Curia.

We are called to PRAY always. If you are not actively praying for the full truth to come out about this cancer in the heart of the Catholic Church in America, please do so. We are at war here, and prayer warriors know their jobs and are DILIGENT about them. God help us. God spare us. God be with us.

There's no question that Dignity, New Ways Ministry and the diocesan "catholic gay ministries" that make up the NACDLGM make selective use of Always Our Children. First and foremost, they use it to call themselves "gay" ministries, based on the following:
4. When speaking publicly, use the words "homosexual," "gay," and "lesbian" in honest and accurate ways.
These groups use Always Our Children to introduce the secular "gay" culture (and all that that entails) into catholic ministry -- that is, Always Our Children literally put the "gay" into so-called catholic "gay ministries." (Such is the handiwork of Robert Nugent, silenced co-founder of New Ways Ministry, who is presently being given sanctuary by Cardinal Keeler of the Archdiocese of Baltimore.)

For an orthodox commentary on Always Our Children (which, as you correctly point out, is not without its merits), you might be interested in Fr. Harvey's Observations Concerning the Revised Text of Always Our Children, which is posted on the Courage website. (To put Fr. Harvey's comments in context, here is a link to the original and revised versions of Always Our Children, redlined in the revised version to indicate what changes have been made.)

Isn't that pathetic? The cover-up continues as America's wimpy prelates continue to pander to unrepentant, activist sodomites posing as Catholic clergymen. They talk out of both sides of their mouth while the public humiliation of Catholics continues. Outrageous.
