There have been many excellent ideas offered and research done by Freepers concerning the question of "What Happened at Waco." Therefore, it seems a good idea to recap the alternative theories for another round of sifting, sorting and evaluation --- for the archives and also to help newcomers and Lurkers get a feel for the various Freeper opinions on the subject!

The primary question of course is "What happened at Waco?"

On this refresh, the various alternative theories are group by "underlying theme." If you feel that the theory is in the wrong category, please let me know!

F. aristeides – Gordon Novel says Waco was to Send a Message

To thoroughly test a theory, here are some significant anomalies Freepers have noticed that should be easily explained by the theory, i.e. without tortured logic:

The special operations contact and training of the ATF before the raid 2/28/93
the going ahead on 2/28/93 after they were found out
the execution style deaths of the 4 ATF agents/bodyguards
the concentration on the second floor in the 2/28/93 raid
the absence of ambulances on 2/28/93
the deputizing of the Texas Rangers
the special handling of the media
the Davidians wouldn't give up
the Koresh on site preoccupation with end-of-the-world prophecies even though wounded and under siege, when he could have done it on the outside or in prison
the absence of firefighting equipment on 4/19/93
the people not leaving the building despite the tear gas
the various states of decomposition of the bodies
the annihilation of virtually all occupants
the tanks continuing to batter the walls after the fire started
the delaying of the Texas Rangers from the scene while a body and door were removed
the limiting of ME Peerwani to just the cause of death (e.g. gunshot) and not the manner of death (e.g. suicide, homicide, accident) ...
the missing door
the liquefication of the remains
the bulldozing of the grounds
the special treatment of a "spill"
the firing of Sessions
the death of Foster
the offering up and then kid glove treatment of ATF/FBI people involved
the sentences of some survivors, the status of other survivors
the missing reference to the hole in the bunker and the ATF/special operations contacts in the official reports
the missing and misclassified evidence of military involvement
the actions of the attorneys and investigators, formal and informal
the survivors have not mentioned hearing any gunshots
the fact that we haven’t heard of anyone on 4/19/93 helping the Davidians wounded by gunfire
the fact that Caddell was satisfied to depose only 3 Delta Force members when film shows there were at least five on the scene 4/19/93

I. Errors and Accidents

A. manna - Waco was an Overreaction to Thugs

"…I might be less skeptical of the government's actions if it were not for that boondoggle at Ruby Ridge. I have come to a tentative conclusion that these two events are accounted for by the government's overreaction to the acts of a few thugs who cloak themselves in religion and the government's subsequent (and very human) efforts to cover up the facts that they had made major mistakes which cost the lives of their own and totally innocent children…."

B. Nick Danger - Waco was Insignificant at the Time

"…. Even Clinton had only been 'in the saddle' a short while. And with all the things on a new President's plate -- especially one with no previous Washington experience -- how likely is it that the BATF's interest in some obscure cult in Texas would even come to his attention? It's not like BATF is a seriously important part of the government... it's a nit in the grand scheme of things. One could imagine a whole briefing on federal law enforcement that gave the BATF one Powerpoint slide in a three-hour presentation

C. Prism – Waco was a Game of "Chicken"

Waco was a game of "chicken" that the Davidians lost. It started because of overzealous law enforcement. Its 'motives' changed as it evolved. And in the end people died do to: SNAFU, Bloody hands, and the "this is not an attack" attack was simply a means to provide cover for a mass murder committed by our government. After all- we saw the flashes. They have LIED to us. They have good reason to, they are guilty of unspeakable evil. ….I don't really think an explaination to Waco needs to go beyond the vanity, power, and ruthlessness that is inherent to a large souless bureaucracy. To me, that explains 90% of it.

D. Jolly Gren - Waco was for Public Relations

"……They had shot his weapons. They know he was a gun dealer with a large inventory/arsenal. I believe the BATF felt that they had to bring in the cavalry (literally and figuratively). They needed a bigger stick i.e. two large trailer loads of storm troopers trained in CQB. This obviously was staged for PR purposes or it would have been done in the middle of the night with flash bang grenades to achieve maximum surprise. The wanted high quality video.

E. R W Reactionairy – Waco was close to the Standard Explanation

Real simple theory - probably close to the standard explanation. Waco was initially about:

(1)A belief within the ATF that guns are bad and that the people need to be saved from the great evil of guns. Evidence: Just an opinion. This came shortly after Ruby Risdge and just has the smell of the True Believer.

(2) The needs of the Jack Booted Thugs, aka the ATF, for a publicity stunt to secure additional funding for the agency. Evidence why the combat camera man footage??? this wasn't an episode of Cops!!! Anyone who has not experienced it first hand would be amazed by the amount of energy and taxpayer dollars expended every year by agencies trying to justify their existence.

(3) Being a less than professional organization, a ridiculous tactical plan for the attack was drawn up. Evidence: What were those morons doing on the roof? Attacking in a cattle trailer at the end of a long drive??? Storming the Mount Carmel church in the first place given that the supposed target, David Koresh, went jogging mosts days???

(4) The FBI and maybe the Army got into a siege mode and decided that they would demonstrate to the ATF how real Government Agencies inflicted their will. Evidence: Just an opinion.

(5)The deadly end was a combination of a little gun fire maybe incoming and outgoing; a few suicidal types among the Branch Davidians pouring gas here and there inside; a bunch of macho (FBI) morons equiped with tanks; Janet Reno's legendary stupidity in giving the go ahead to a plan developed by morons. Evidence: All of the above is factual except for the possibility of incoming fire and my opinion that Reno is an idiot.

(6) Aftermath - multiple clumsy attempts to conceal the crimal negligence (maybe voluntary manslaughter) / at least gross stupidity involved. Evidence: The slow drip drip drip of disclosures. If the FLIR evidence shows what some have claimed, this goes from criminal negligence to murder.

(7) The worst perfomance by the press in recent memory (the multi year silence of the press.) Probable causes: Crime scene located to far from either coast; no benefit for the liberal press in embrassing a dem administration or creating sympathies for a fringe religious group. No pressure from the Congress. No pressure from the polls. Most importantly embarassment at poor intial reporting as the evidence dribbled out. Evidence: Surfaced almost exclusively as a result of a single free lancer. I know this story never stopped being discussed here, but without Waco: Rules of Engagement this case would probably have stayed dead.

Freeper gwmoore "…..RW Reactionary, I agree with your assessment, that this was, ultimately, one of those "it seemed like a good idea at the time" operations that just went belly-up with too many people trying to be Rambo all at the same time.

Now, my observations and a question: I live right outside of Philadelphia, and am just about at the highest point where one could see West Phila from my roof. In 1985, there was an operation by the Philadelphia Police against an organization called MOVE (it isn't an acronym, it just means move, really nothing). These people were described as a "back-to-nature" group, a cult, a revolutionary group, etc. What they really were/are (they still exist) is still unclear.

They had fortified a house on Osage Avenue with railroad ties, a roof bunker, etc, and were constantly on a PA system screaming, cursing, lecturing the neighborhood 24/7. The neighbors, naturally, got mad as hell, and were asking the city to do something. They did, and what happened was remarkably similar to Waco, even if it did transpire over one day. Briefly, in the morning, almost 10,000 rounds (if you can believe the reports) were fired at the house, I don't believe anyone knows who fired first. The neighborhood had been evacuated, and there was explosive breaching of the basement walls to introduce water and tear gas into the house. some photographs show that the front of the house was rubble (If you are not familiar with row houses, they are an entire street, with each house joined to the next (I have lived in one for 29 years, so am familiar with the construction). A fire department squirt/snorkel was pumping water into the house all day (There were women and children in the house all this time). Sometime after 5 PM, a decision was made to remove the "bunker" (actually kind of a shack) on the roof, and a homemade satchel charge was dropped from a state police helo. The detonation was not all that impressive (was carried live, naturally on all the local TV stations), but a fire started, a decision was made to "let the bunker burn". It burned, all right, and a chain-reaction fire started that destroyed 2&1/2 city blocks. There were 2 survivors, and what was left looked like Dresden after the firestorm.

Point being, this was an operation by the police that simply turned into a "Cluster ****" because too many people made too many wrong decisions and got carried away with their own importance. Heads rolled over this. This became prime conspiracy theory material, etc.

My take is that Waco may have started the same way, someone at BATF had some intel on "illegal firearms", their collective backs were against the wall because of a potential loss in funding, and the operation was concieved both as a lesson to show potential problem persons (insert your definition of problem here) that the BATF would not take "violations" lightly, and as a PR event to get video to show why the apppropriations comittee should give them continued funding, and to preserve their independence. Too many people got involved, the level of operation escalated, and the tragedy occurred.

Now the question. Do you have any additional source material such as video tape from the first raid by BATF. All I have available is that sequence with the attempted entry to the second floor with the agents on the roof. Nothing in this video looks right, you hear a lot of firing, but not too much damage until one of the agents is hit, and extricated from the roof..end of video.. is there more of this available anywhere? My big question is "what was in the second floor room?" also is there any more recording of what happened in that first raid..

Freeper Ada Coddington 5/18/00 "…..After February 28 what happened was inevitable without outside intervention. The question is whether the begging bowl thesis is correct. That the ATF does nothing to deny it suggests it is a red herring, and what a red herring it must be if the ATF is willing to let the public believe that it would attack a church full of women, children and old people for money. …."

II. Political Enterprise

A. Silas - Waco was to Control Janet Reno

"……Why Waco? Why did Bill Clinton want this debacle to go down exactly as it did? What could he possibly hope to gain? …… The answers are very simple. It was all about having a hold over Ms. Janet Reno. …….As a newly elected Pres, Clinton knew that all hell would eventually break loose in the form of scandal after scandal. It was essential that he had something with which to blackmail the new incoming AG. He already had positioned Webb Hubbell directly under Reno and we all know that he had plenty to hold over Webb. But he needed to be sure that he could break the new AG whenever he wanted to. .........Waco was not a fiasco but instead a perfectly planned event. Janet Reno had no control over the events and yet she was the person responsible. PERFECT!! Clinton could turn this on her whenever he would need to in the future. And of course, it would make no sense to dismiss her, as that would defeat the entire purpose. Rather, it was the plan all along to keep her in her position, knowing that she would now fall in line no matter what. After all, she was now responsible for murdering over 80 people. ……"

B. Highest Authority - Waco was for Control and Gun Confiscation

"…..I firmly believe that Clinton wanted a big excuse to enact legislation (terror or otherwise) to gain tighter control over the people and to use as a reason to confiscate guns. Guns in the hands of the oppressed doesn't set well with a dictator. ……"

C. Red Jones - Waco was about elements of our government that are not loyal to America

"…..The government attacked first with helicopters. They fired those guns down from the helicopters and into the civilians with absolutely no warning and no justification. After this attack the BD's had time to get their guns out and prepare for war as the main force of government soldiers didn't arrive at the compound until about 15 minutes after the initial helicopter attack. I think that whoever masterminded the events of 2/28/93 wanted those BD's to get their machine guns out and go wild at that point….... I take the dark view that there are elements of our government that are not loyal to America...

more

"…. I believe that the leaking of info to the local media about the attack just prior to it first occuring could've been done on purpose. That would help the BD's prepare psychologically and thus be more likely to fight back. I think the government wanted those 4 forward BATF agents that were killed to be only 4 of 40. First they leaked that they were coming. Next they came with 3 helicopters and shot through the roof, killing several. Next they came and lined up outside. Whoever planned this was looking for a bloodbath it does appear. Clinton and Clinton's people are smart. They do what they intend to do.

D. Waxhaw - Waco was a Test to see if the Constitution could be Violated

"…..Waco was a test - can the government get away with violating the Constitution, can the government destroy with overwhelming force a "Christian" cult, can the government go after a group of people the government has determined is dangerous? Well, Waco worked and I believe the government learned quite a few lessons from it - lessons which mainly have to do with propaganda. If the people of our nation ever rise in righteous rebellion against an established tyranny I hope we will be mindful of the role the media played in establishing that tyranny. ……"

E. Backhoe – Waco was about Creating Fear

There is something I heard on "hate radio" last August (???)--I'm going by none-too-precise memory here--all that new stuff about Waco had come out & there were more revelations about Flight 800 on C-Span. Mike Reagan asked: "Where's the outrage?" and a caller immediatly came on with: "Mike, Waco was about the instilling of fear, so there'd BE no outrage." That sounded so true that I contacted all my "critters" in DC about it--of course, nothing happened! ...

  1. Ol’ Dan Tucker -Carol Valentine says Waco was Experiment in Martial Law:

….From what I've read so far, I'm still leaning toward an experiment in martial law as Carol Valentine surmises. The ATF's so-called "investigation" occurred throughout 1992 and culminated with the raid in early 1993. I think the ATF investigation provided the flimsy excuse necessary to execute the planned "excercise"…..

"…..The tanks continued to punch holes in the walls to ventilate the building. It's possible that the CS assault wasn't really an assault, but a method of pumping the building full of fuel to ensure it's complete destruction as a means of hiding the times, places and circumstances of the Davidians' deaths and the evidence of the Federal forces' (FIB, ATF, USArmy, etc.) crimes. There's video footage in both Linda Thompson's Waco II: The Big Lie Continues and in Waco: A New Revelation of the CEVs bulldozing building debris into the fire as it burns, so this strongly suggests destruction of evidence as the motive.

"…..In our discussions about body-laundering, I think it's worthy of mention to consider the possibility that some of the remains attributed to being Davidians could themselves have been, in reality, body-laundry of either JTF-6 or CAG. There were a few of the remains whom were never identified. The exact number and identities of Davidians present on the last day has never been firmly established.

Someone was active the last day, that's for sure. Here's a couple of pics that show two people exiting the burning building:

http://www.geocities.com/ResearchTriangle/System/1543/f_agents/f_agent3t.jpg

Also, don't forget that Caddell and the Davidian lawyers only deposed three of the possible five CAG members present. Here's a photo that shows five guys were present on April 19, 1993, not just the three that the feds say were there:

"….The survivors' accounts of the last day's events suggest that everyone was alive and that the mothers and children had taken refuge in the pantry to escape the destruction of the building by the tanks. According the Thibodeau, the adults wore gas masks and covered the children's faces with rags dipped in buckets of water. Yet, the Texas Ranger in charge of the scene after the fire reported that he didn't find any gas masks or buckets inside the pantry. Neither is there any evidence of anyone wearing gas masks in any of the coroner's photographs or autopsy reports. ……

Let's re-examine the location of the gunshot wound victims:

Hallway
7 - Steve Schneider - gunshot wound, mouth – dismembered
8 - David Koresh - gunshot wound, mid-forehead

Kitchen
20 - Jimmy Riddle - gunshot wound, mid-forehead
21 - Steven Henry - gunshot wounds
22 - Phillip Henry - multiple gunshot wounds, head and upper torso

Inside Pantry
31A - Aisha Summers - gunshot wound to the left chest
31D-E - parts of human skull, 11-14 yrs., gunshot wound to left skull
43 - Lisa Ferris - gunshot wound to the left head
44 - John Doe - gunshot wound to the left chest
45 - Mary Jean Borst - gunshot wound of the back – dismembered
47 - Jane Doe - gunshot wound to the head
53 - Jane Doe 5-5.5 yrs. - gunshot wound to the left chest
56 -- Abigail Martinez - gunshot wound left skull
57 - Martinez - gunshot wound of the left chest
66 - Jane Doe - gunshot wounds to the left back and thorax
67-B - infant - gunshot wound to the head

Pantry Roof
34 - Sonobe - gunshot wound of the head
35 - Shari Doyle - gunshot wound left posterior head
36 - David M. Jones - gunshot wound of the head
39 - Novellette Hipsman - gunshot wounds of the head and chest
41 - Neil Vaega - gunshot wound to the head

…….We know that Jimmy Riddle was shot in the head and that his body was recovered inside the building, from the kitchen area in front of the pantry. We also know that his body was extensively mutilated from being run over by a tank tread.

Common sense dictates that he was shot first, then run over by the tank. But the only known tank activity in the area where his body was recovered was the one that was supposed to have been gassing the pantry, so it's a reasonable assumption that his body was mutilated by this tank, which means that he was probably already dead when this tank broke through the walls and made a frontal assault on the pantry.

Phillip Henry was shot multiple times about the head and upper torso and his brother Steven Henry was also reported to have been shot multiple times, although it isn't exactly clear where he was struck. All three of these mens' bodies were recovered from the same part of the building. They were shown on the recovery chart to have been right next to each other.

John McBean was supposed to have died from the effects of the fire and his body was recovered from within the pantry. He was decapitated and completely dismembered. His head was never found.

Mary Borst's remains were recovered from just in front of the pantry, and she was supposed to have been shot in the back, yet she too was dismembered. There is a clean cut visible in her upper right arm that marks where her arm appears to have been lopped off in one swipe as if by a machete.

Common sense dictates that the people whose bodies were recovered from within the pantry and who were shot in head didn't get there by themselves, so they were either shot while already inside the pantry or they were shot somewhere else and their bodies were dumped inside the pantry.

When we look at the gunshot wound victims whose bodies were recovered from atop the pantry, we find that there is little evidence that they were shot from behind the building by the people supposedly recorded on the FLIR. First of all, the shooters wouldn't have been able to see these people because there was only one small window per floor in the back wall of the 4-story tower, so the shooters would have had to rake the back of the tower with automatic weapons fire in order to have any chance of hitting, much less, killing the people above the pantry. Yet according to Dave Hardy, very little of the automatic weapons fire recorded on the FLIR was being directed at the center of the building. Most was being directed at the chapel and the underground shelter, where no gunshot wound victims' bodies were recovered.

The FLIR doesn't fit with the rest of the physical evidence and neither do the survivor's accounts. None of them has ever once mentioned any of the gruesome facts I've related above, so I'll ask you. Why not?

The survivors were supposedly running around the inside of the building during the final hour, yet none have mentioned the running gun battle between the Branch Davidians and the feds. Why not?

Why haven't they mentioned that the feds were firing into the tower, the chapel and the underground shelter?

Of all the people I've listed that supposedly died of gunshot wounds, why haven't we heard about anyone helping the wounded back to safety?

Doyle and Thibodeau have both recounted hearing many sounds including the sounds of the screams of the dying people, yet neither has mentioned hearing any gunshots. Why not?

I would have to speculate to answer these questions, but I sure would like to hear Doyle's and Thibodeau's answers. ......"

…….Mr. Francis said evidence in the hands of Texas law enforcement suggests that more than three Delta Force members were at the compound on April 19 and involved

in the assault

.

We know from photos taken from video contained in LT's Waco II: The Big Lie Continues that there were more than three CAG (or SOG, or Delta or JTF-6) guys there. I hate to sound so cynical, but why was Caddell satisfied to question only three under oath then pronounce that he thought that it closed the book on Delta involvement at Waco?

http://www.public-action.com/SkyWriter/WacoMuseum/war/page/w_c.html Trojan Horses and the Branch Davidians "….. Operation Trojan Horse was the name given by the ATF to the Branch Davidian project (Treasury Report, Appendix B, pg. B-40) …… ……..The Treasury Report, published in September 1993, contains two numbers: 75--which included "large numbers of women and children" (pg. 38) and "more than 100" (pg. 1). But after the April 19 inferno, we are left with these figures: At least six people were out of the Mt. Carmel Center at the time of the raid (Mike Schroeder, Norman Allison aka Delroy Nash; Woodrow "Bob" Kendrick, Paul Fatta, Don Bunds, and Stan Sylvia.) ……. Thirty-five allegedly left during the siege and nine officially escaped the fire; a group of 20 also escaped the fire, according to CNN. ……. The FBI figures on those who died in the fire ranged from 95 to 86 in April 1993. By October 1993, when its report was published, the Department of Justice had adjusted its figures to 75 dead in the fire. ……Davidian survivor Clive Doyle counts 82 dead all told (this number includes two fetuses found in the ruins). He says that six Davidians died on February 28. Excluding the fetuses from the computation, we arrive at a figure of 74 dead in the fire using Clive Doyle's list. …………There were also, possibly, deep cover professional intelligence agents living in the Mt. Carmel Center. These agents set up a virtual test laboratory of surveillance devices within the Center. According to the London Times, March 21, 1993, a month before the raid, agents replaced normal telephones with converted sets which doubled as microphones to relay all conversations to government listening posts. Fiber optic microphones and cameras were inserted into walls and air vents. These fiber optic devices relayed audio and visual images back to a control center. ….…..Later on, during the siege, thermal imagers scanned outside walls, and tracked body heat to reveal the whereabouts of each of the residents at any given time; lasers were used to detect window vibrations to reveal conversations, and the British Special Air Service flew a multi-sensor surveillance aircraft with forward looking infra-red radar and a low-light television. The equipment on the aircraft could pinpoint the location of anyone throughout the center. ...........The Chicago Tribune of April 21, 1993 reported "Federal sources confirmed Tuesday that the FBI had placed numerous listening devices within the compound and had gotten a good picture of events inside early in the siege." This confirms the information in the London Sunday Times article, and suggests deep cover operatives who installed the devices were living among the Davidians……. "

G. Ken21 -Waco was More of the Same Persecution

From/For Freeper ken21 on Gordon Kahl (curious similarities:)

Report of THE DEPARTMENT OF THE TREASURY on the BUREAU OF ALCOHOL, TOBACCO, AND FIREARMS Investigation of Vernon Wayne Howell also known as David Koresh September 1993 ...... Appendix G .....A BRIEF HISTORY OF FEDERAL FIREARMS ENFORCEMENT

.....Gordon Kahl, who stood at the opposite end of the political spectrum from the SLA, met a similar end. Kahl belonged to the Posse Comitatus which refused to recognize the authority of any government above the county level. Accordingly, Kahl consistently refused to pay his federal taxes, even after he served time in prison for not doing so. When U.S. Marshals attempted to arrest him for violating the terms of his probation, Kahl killed two of them. For the next five months, Kahl hid among his friends and sympathizers until FBI agents located him in a farmhouse just outside Smithville, Arkansas. After refusing to surrender, Kahl was killed, and the farmhouse was burned down.(7) ...."

Arkansas Chronicle Online http://www.ar-chronicle.com/FBIFIB.htm Tom Winters and A.J. Hardcastle "......In Smithville, Arkansas, in the early 80's, federal agents set fire to the home of Leonard and Norma Ginter in a effort to flush out murder suspect Gordon Kahl. After initially denying it federal law enforcement agents admitted pouring kerosene down roof vents and lighting it......"

http://www.illusions.com/opf/kahl01.htm Gordon Kahl was killed in a massive assault on Ginter's farmhouse in Lawrence County, Arkansas, on June 4, 1983. The events described below are from a typed statement by Kahl, probably written on the day of the described events, February 14, 1983.

I, GORDON KAHL, a Christian Patriot, and in consideration of the events which have taken place within the last few hours, and knowing to what-lengths the enemies of Christ, (whom I consider my enemies) will go to separate my spirit from it's body, wish to put down on paper a record of the events which have just taken place, so that the world will know what happened.

.......We had just finished our meeting in Medina, concerning how we could best implement the proceedings of the Third Continental Congress, which was to restore the power and prestige of the U.S. Constitution up to and including the 10 Articles of the Bill of Rights, and put our nation back under Christian Common Law, which is another way of saying God's Law, as laid down by the inspiration of God, thru His prophets and preserved for us in the Scriptures, when word was received from someone whose identity I am not able to give, that we were to be ambushed on our return to our homes.

......As we came over one of the hills just north of Medina, I saw on the top of the next hill what looked like two cars parked on it. About this time they turned on their red lights, and I knew the attack was under way.

We were just coming to an approach and I told Dave to pull in on it and stop. Our other car pulled in just beyond us and stopped, also. I looked back in time to see another vehicle coming from behind with it's red light on. I picked up my Mini-14, and I got out and got myself and my weapon ready as the vehicle coming from behind skidded to a stop about 20 feet away. The doors flew open on it and the two men who were in the front seat aimed their guns at us. My son Yorie had jumped out of the other car and had ran over to a high-line pole. The two cars which we had seen ahead of us, pulled up and stopped behind us.

......At the time the shot rang out I heard Yorie cry out "I'm hit, I'm hit" I took my eyes off the two men who were yelling "Who fired", and looked over at Yorie. He was still standing, but I could tell he was in pain from the way he stood. About this time, another shot rang out, and I heard Yorie cry out again. I looked over and saw that he was hit again and laying on the ground. I looked back toward the two men and saw the one in the passenger side aim at me and I was sure then that they felt the situation was no longer under their control, and the only thing to do was kill us all. Before he was able to fire, I loosed a round at the door behind which he was standing, and while I don't think I hit him, I caused him to duck down behind the door.

.......I ran back where I could see the third man from this north-bound vehicle just in time to see him raise up to shoot at Scotty, who had ran over to Yorie. Before he was able to pull the trigger I fired and he fell to the ground. At this time I saw the man who was behind. the front end of the green Mercury, raise up and aim at, Scotty. He saw me swing my gun in his direction, and he ducked down behind his car. I could see his feet or legs beneath the car, and I fired, striking him and putting him out of the fight.

.....I think from the reports I've heard on the radio which was in the Mercury, that the car which came from behind, was the one the Marshals were in. If this is so, they weren't the ones who fired the first shots. The two men who were in the front seat were both looking in the direction of the green Mercury when they were shouting, "Who fired?"

......Vernon Wagner was unarmed, so I know he didn't shoot at anyone and Dave Brower didn't shoot at anyone either. My wife had nothing to do with it, other than the fact that she had rode along with us, so she could visit with a couple of the other ladies who were coming to the meeting.

I want the world to know that I take no pleasure in the death or injury of any of these people, anymore than I felt when I was forced to bring to an end, the fighter pilots lives who forced the issue during WW II. When you come under attack by anyone, it becomes a matter of survival. I was forced. to kill an American P-51 pilot one day over Burma, when he mistook us for Japs. I let him shoot first, but he missed and I didn't. I felt bad, but I knew I had no choice.

[lots and lots of anti-Jew talk, calls to not pay taxes, etc.]

I must cease now, and move on. If it should be the will of the Father that I have more to do for him, He will protect me, and no devise whatever that is used against me will succeed. To my wife Joan, who has been with me for so long, I know this will be a hard and painful experience; however, remember the prophecy will be fulfilled, and you have now been a witness to some of it. Remember I love you as much today as I did when I first saw you more than 50 years ago. Put your trust in God, and whether I live or die, He will be with you to end of your days.... To my son Yorie and my dear friend Scotty -- you both displayed the qualities of first rate Soldiers of Jesus Christ. May God bless all of you.......... I must now depart -- I have no idea where I'm going, but after some more prayer, I will go where the Lord leads me, and either live to carry on the fight, or die if that be the case, and for the present at least, I bid you all good-bye.

Although Furrow apparently acted alone, he is no racist loner. Medical Examiner Fahmy Malek loses GK's body parts.

Local cop testifies at harboring trial that the FBI ordered him to pour diesel fuel down chimney and set it on fire.

Police photos of the crime scene are lost.

Police radio tapes are lost that might have the message going out that they thought they'd killed Bill Wade ( the owner of the farmland) instead of Gk.

Houston Fire Dept. Arson Investigator is hired to inspect death site. He finds evidence that diesel fuel was splattered inside of house. Driven out of County by the County prosecutor...

In 1987 Arkansas State Medical Examiner Fahmy Malak ruled the deaths of teenagers Kevin Ives and Don Henry, found run over by a train, "accidental," saying the boys had smoked too much marijuana and fallen asleep on the tracks. A second autopsy and grand jury probe, finding evidence of a knife wound and beatings, declared it "definitely a homicide." Then in 1989 with the controversy over the train deaths case growing, a commission headed by then Arkansas Department of Health Director Joycelyn Elders cleared Dr. Malak. Nine months later, Gov. Clinton proposed a $32,000 raise for the medical examiner. A Malak ruling in a 1981 death case involving Clinton's mother, nurse-anesthetist Virginia Kelley, had helped her avoid intense legal scrutiny. In 1991, a month before Clinton announced his presidential run, Dr. Malak was promoted to a new job as a Health Department consultant to Dr. Elders."

i have few ideas. The more I read, the more i am confused. In addition to the alamo-girl's fourth edition, this evening i read the ashes of waco by dick j. reavis, syracuse university press, 1995.

it appears that the federal government never did approach the branch davidians in good faith. the intent from the beginning was to destroy the compound and the occupants.

the drug charges were merely a ruse to provide an excuse for military assistance without charge to the atf.

o texas child abuse investigators had visited the mt carmel 3 or 4 times, without results. but suddenly a fob, agent buford from little rock, arkansas enters across state lines to investigate sex abuse charges.

o koresh had prepared since 1985 for a battle with the government. as early as march, 1992, a swat exercise occurred nearby mt carmel. atf agents had frequent contact with koresh and knew of his weaponry. atf agents even socialized with koresh. as early as the summer of 1992, government planes surveyed mt carmel from the air. electronic instruments can determine the location of weapons thru' buildings.

o the atf affidavit did not show intent and was issued only 3 days before the february assault. The atf representative lied to the u.s. congress and pleaded for compassion.

o the government dispensed with normal police procedures for the purpose of not leaving a record.

o the government dispensed with the media. meanwhile the media attacked each other. later, oj simpson took the media's attention away from the aftermath.

o buford and his team lacked communications with other raid teams in february. No one yelled "atf", "police", "warrant", etc. buford did not have a cellular phone in order to communicate with, nor the telephone number for mt carmel-standard procedures in drug raids. in sum, the intent from the beginning was not to give the residents a chance to surrender.

o many opportunities offered a chance to arrest koresh in a less violent manner. for example, he left the property on january 17th and 28th. and even when delta forces penetrated the building and were only 6 feet from koresh, high ups in the government denied the operatives the chance to take koresh, saying that they had a plan.

o no doubt the politics of the atf before the february raid played a role. The atf was under attack in washington. code-named "showtime" the operation included numerous video cameras for the purpose of providing the atf with positive pr in washington after a successful assault.

o the atf had routinely completed hundreds of successful attacks on the properties of drug dealers. No doubt the atf expected the raid at mt carmel to work in the same manner. But the atf lost face at waco. The fbi took over the operation.

o the destruction of evidence, the execution-style murders of the occupants, the demolition of the remains of the building, the censored documents, the reversal of a jury decision by a judge, and the murder of several investigators lead one to believe that the government is covering up.

judge smith in san antonio over-turned the jury's decision in the trial of the davidians. The owner of a television station in tulsa, ok was so incensed by this injustice that he and his wife invested their life savings in a film in defense of the davidians.

We may never know the intent of the u.s. government….two reasons that come to mind for me are:

1. consistent with the clinton administration's and the media's treatment of people of faith, whom they label "right wing extremists" , "terrorists", "militias", etc. is the message to people of faith and constitutionalists that they cannot win. television coverage of the burning of waco is forever etched in peoples' minds.

interesting in this regard is a recent piece of propaganda which i obtained from the san diego public library: the siege at waco; deadly inferno by michael d. cole, enslow publishers, inc., box 699, sprinfield , nj 07081. it's a small book and probably addressed to children, judging by the reading level. The last paragraph demonstrates the motive of the book:

the disaster in waco showed us that religious leaders who carry the bible in one hand and a loaded gun in the other present a dangerous and difficult problem for our government-a problem that in this case, ended in flames.

2. as reaves notes in his book, the fbi negotiators at waco had no decision making authority. that authority came from much higher up. ……..

this distant authority never did negotiate in good faith, and never did expect the residents of mt carmel to escape. the intent clearly was to destroy koresh , his followers, the property, and the evidence of their raids. what could be their motive?

i have no idea. The most plausible motive is that advanced by paul wilcher and transmitted by ray, the wife of gunther russbacher. russbacher said that waco was about "national security", cia mind control. The motive was the murder of koresh and 7 other cia mind-control "sleepers". unfortunately there is not much collaborating evidence. we know that cult awareness network, involved in the pr at waco, is a government front.

From Alamo-Girl "…..You said the drug charges were merely a ruse to provide an excuse for military assistance without charge to the atf.

Something has always bothered me about this because the only explanation I've heard is that the ATF was strapped for budget to carry out their operation to serve the warrant. Jeepers!!! According to Higgins, they didn't even have probable cause in December of 92 - yet we now know they were already working with Special Forces!

What if it were the other way around? What if the military or intelligence people were using the ATF as a cover for their purpose, i.e. to shutdown the Davidians, and found this way to pay for it? If that were true, then the following quote from Dave Hardy's conversations with Carlos Ghigliott would make more sense to me:

".....On the side (and I have no idea why he was analyzing this) he said it had been determined that almost the entire Waco operation, not only 2/28 but the siege, had been improperly financed from money that law enforcement was supposed to use only in the war on drugs. He said there was plenty of documentation here, showing flow of money. In the 2/28 videotape, the ATF agents are all trying on new uniforms, new equipment -- everything down to the computers in the media area of the raid HQ were bought out of money supposed to be used only in drug enforcement. He said that much or all of the siege had been financed the same way. There were written standards in the gov't for when the drug enforcement money could be used, and these could be shown to have been violated in black and white terms. A considerable amount of money had been, well, embezzled, to support the effort....."

…..My thesis on the military/intelligence using ATF is grounded in the presumption that they couldn't just go in and shut down a civilian operation without being noticed. The incident described under wooly_mammoth’s "intelligence related shutdown" section is another case-in-point where the ATF was a cover for what appears to be an intelligence related shutdown.

The key here is that a snail's pace ATF investigation that was going nowhere and lacked probable cause - suddenly became important enough for Special Forces, or as US Attorney Johnston said "....the ATF initially discussed capturing Koresh outside his compound and then searching inside. Inexplicably, he said, plans shifted in December to a big paramilitary raid. ..." (The Dallas Morning News 9/13/99 Lee Hancock )

So, if the ATF were doing the job for the intelligence/military people, seems to me they'd logically expect them to pay for it. IMHO that would be more logical than the ATF creating a big paramilitary media show for improved image and more appropriations - while at the same time having it paid for with drug allegations they didn't even bother to mention in the warrant.

It was, after all, BATF Director Higgins himself that said they didn't have probable cause at the very same time they were turning it into a paramilitary operation...

A. Blackcat -The Davidians were targeted as a Weapons Testing Ground

"…... The Branch Davidians were targeted as one of 4 or 5 'churches' having gun rooms. The Waco 'project' evolved into a testing ground for new weapons (or old weapons in new applications), an exercise with foreign and military involvement. ……"

B. Jeff Head - Waco was Unbelievable Meanness

"……You know, of all that I have read, and written, about Waco, there is still a HUGE issue that has never been discussed in detail by the press, the government or the agencies. It is this simple question : Why did the BATF personnel open fire and continue firing until their ammunition was completely expended on a buiding full of innocent women and children?………..

That the BATF and other authorities understood that there were over 100 innocent men, women and children in the building who had nothing to do with the activities associated with their "warrant" cannot be doubted. That they would sustain such a fire fight in the face of this knowledge, from both the ground and the air, is both unbelievable and revealing.

……Finally, the photographic evidence to the exact contrary regarding the Davidians is also equally revealing. For, when the BATF ran out of ammo ... the Davidans allowed them to depart under a truce when they had it in their power to completely annihilate them after the deadly assault on their home. In the heat of such a fight, with dead men, women and children laying around me ... I doubt seriously that I could have withheld my fire on such monsters when they ran out of ammo and requested a truce to remove their wounded so they could then box me in like an animal.

I don't know what, exactly, that would entail, but it's interesting to me that what he had wanted to put on the air when they were negotiating seems to have been lost in all of the other details of this nightmarish assault…..When I heard, from a questionable source, about the messages that were being blared with the music at the compound when they were still trying to "smoke them out" it frightened me……It made me worry about listening to anything prerecorded because you never know what's buried beneath the music. ......I mean, is it coincidental that no one on FR is the type that watches a lot of network TV?…..Could we not be less brainwashed than everyone else? Have I lost my fricking mind? I mean, if it can be done, who's to stop someone from doing it?

IV. Criminal Enterprise

  1. Mo - Waco was about Drugs and Guns

WMD, IMHO, requires more technical sophistication than existed among the Branch Davidians. Try this on for size in light of the following: 1. Accept as a precondition the storys about Mena, drug and arms running are correct. 2. We were all shown pictures of large trucks hauling Koresh's weapons INTO the WALLED BD "compound". We were supposed to assume that they left EMPTY. 3. Somebody's money, somewhere and when BUILT that complex compound. I would love to talk to the contractor involved. it supposedly had a swimming pool, was of SOLID commercial grade construction...etc. in other words more than most fringe religious Southern churches. 4. Finally...suppose that Koresh's moonlighting job was nocturnally retrieving drug shipments jettisoned from on high from aerial transports, loading trucks, behind his walled compound with the booty, after being paid with a load of weapons offloaded first? This scenario explains to me a number of peculiarities about this whole operation. It then places the CIA at its core which explains how and why so many people are being used.

"…..The National Guard weapons mentioned came from the Oxnard, California armory, stolen in 1959. Among the weapons were numerous 50 caliber machine guns. Over the years they have been mainly under the control of William P. Clark. …..David Koresh made a trip for a meeting in Hollywood just a short time before the Waco siege began. Proof of this meeting can be found in the many books and some videos on the Koresh story. …….The meeting was with the California Mafia, headquartered in Oxnard. He and other high-up Davidians were paid to hide these 50 cal. weapons at the compound. When he was ordered to move the weapons he refused and tried to use the weapons for ransom. ……Fearing the weapons would somehow be found if Koresh persisted in his normal flamboyant ways, the order was given to get them back or destroy the evidence in any manner necessary. ……..After Waco, the official ATF Press Release listed all the weapons, parts and ammo found in the remains. Strangely, no 50 caliber weapons were mentioned. Yet, in the testimony before Congress, the ATF and FBI stated that the Davidians had and used 50 caliber weapons. None were produced as evidence, only 50 caliber projectiles or bullets were held up as evidence. The actual 50 caliber weapons found at the Waco compound were the Oxnard 50's. …..The Texas Rangers and the FBI knew the origin of these weapons and have concealed their existence to this day. The serial numbers will prove where they came from….."

http://www.konformist.com/vault/wacodrug.htm Waco and the Drug Mafia 11/12/97 Paul Watson "……
Question, was there a drug connection in Waco?
"I think there is a strong connection. Ken Fawcett said on the short wave show Radio Free America that he and his friends found the remains of a meth lab stored in a metal shed on the back of the Mount Carmel property. As I recall the story, when Koresh was digging the peer and beam holes for one of the new buildings, he dug up the lab and several rubber stamps with fictitious names of companies, but all had the same post office box.

He called the sheriff, who told him just to get rid of it, they knew all about it. The guess is that Roden, the past head of the Davidians, was running the meth lab. WFAA (Belo Broadcasting ABC) here in Dallas did a series of investigative reports on the Waco DA: plea bargaining down many of the drug dealers charged in his county, well below the state average. The DA sued Belo, and I have been told they settled out of court for $10 million. The drug path goes to Mena, Arkansas and Dan Lasater: the CIA and Ollie North running drugs back into Mena. It is rumored that Clinton was paid 10% of the money to look the other way. Dan Lasater, Webster Hubbell, Hillary Clinton, and the Rose law firm are all part of the Arkansas drug connection. Webster Hubbell was the White House representative at the House Waco hearings. It is said that Webster Hubbell, Vince Foster and Hillary Clinton ran the whole Waco siege from the White House. Many think Waco was behind the death of Vince Foster. Then there is the FBI director William Sessions, who was fired the day after Vince Foster died. Davidian lawyer Dick Degarrin was a law school friend of Sessions. William Sessions said on ABC Barbara Walters show that Dick called him and convinced him to come down and talk to Koresh directly to end the siege. As soon as the White House found out, he was put under "House arrest" in his office and fired and Vince Foster died all in the same couple of days. This all sounds a little to connected for me..."

Not only are the wounds damn near identical, they are classic execution placement. (behind the right ear through the head, exiting on the left cheek) Doc 20a wounds are to the back of the head. Placement suggests friendly fire.

Next, look at: http://terminal-frost.simplenet.com/wacorep.html about 3/4 of the way down you will find this tidbit:

Four ATF agents were killed in the gunfight, and numerous wounded. Dan Hartnett, associate director of the ATF, claimed that the ATF suffered heavy casualties because of strict rules of engagement that prohibit shooting without a definite target. "We had to wait for a target because there are so many women and children inside," he said. But broadcast video of the raid shows agents exercising poor fire control, firing over vehicles with little or no view of what they were shooting at, at a rate of two rounds per second [11,27].

The ATF's concern for the women and children inside was further demonstrated by their use of the "9 mm. Cyclone" round in their submachine guns. This highly-penetrating round is available only to law-enforcement special operations teams and the military, and is specifically designed to cut through body armor [17].

Two separate federal sources told Soldier of Fortune magazine that such a round was removed from a wounded ATF agent, and that many, if not most, of the ATF casualties resulted from "friendly fire." [17]

Newsweek also reported that a federal source involved in the Waco situation said that "there is evidence that supports the theory of friendly fire," and that during the assault "there was a huge amount of cross-fire." [8] <B>Furthermore, in the released video footage of the raid, there is little or no evidence of return fire from the Davidians.

Note that one of the agents (diag. Doc 20b above) died from a chest wound that cut the aorta. All BATF agents wore body armor that day. All 4 BATF fatalities were not captured on film that I am aware of. Also, in the Congressional hearing in 1995, it was stated that the BATF used 9mm ammo. ......"

C. Archy - Waco was to Silence Koresh

"…Also: it's clear that the initial contact with Koresh by Conway LeBleu of the *special unit* of the New Orleans BATF office was a burst of automatic weapons fire at Koresh from the silenced H&K MP5SD submachinegun LeBleu was carrying, which wounded Koresh- and Le Bleu was among those killed on the structure's roof, so there will be no testimony from him one way or the other. Assuming that both during the initial raid by BATF and the later FBI efforts it was imperative that Koresh be killed, and that BOTH actions were essentially those of federal police death squads, what would have been so pressing that the FBI would have helped the BATF *clean up their mess?*

Remember that the BATF was under consideration for elimination by congress, with the possibility that they'd either be disestablished and their activities taken over by the FBI, or that they'd become a branch of the Secret Service. Recall that they faced additional congressional scrutiny over the activities of racist BATF activities at their *Good Ole Boy Roundup* and that an investigation into fraud and mismanagement within the BATF's highest ranks was reaching a point of criminal indictments over BATF aircraft assetts and their acquisition and disposal.

Something involved within the investigation involved the new president, the BATF, the FBI and a buncvh of reclusive biblical scholars in Texas and linked them all together in suich a manner that the BATF response was to send in a raid team, though it was known that surprise had been lost, in the hopes that a New Orleans specialist could take care of their *little problem* in the first two minutes- That was the most important aspect of their mission- that Koresh be silenced, and never reach court or spill the beans via his attorneys.

Whatever it is, it's bigger, and likely much noisier, than a nuke...."

"…..It was Conway Le Beau at the front door, firing with a silenced H&K MP5SD submachinegun at David Koresh, who initiated the killing, though some shots from SD5s were fired to kill Davidian dogs, and an agent on a ladder who accidentally discharged his pistol into his own foot was probably the first shot from an unsuppressed [silencer-equipped] weapon. After that, the wholesale fieing ensued, including the call for the helicopters to come in and *prep* [prepare] the landing zones for the teams going into the building from the upper floors by hosing them with automatic weapons fire to eliminate any return fire or immediate reaction to the assault from above, and in this case, to kill the Davidian mother nursing her baby inside.

But it was LeBeau whose first shots, fired at Koresh, peppered the absent front door and were proof certain that the ATF raiders had no intention whatsoever of letting David Koresh have his day in court. Perhaps not all the ATF raiders knew all the plans of that day; the three Little Rock former Clinton bodyguards certainly did not know what had been planned for them, but Le Beau knew what was planned for Koresh, and he was the one who pulled the trigger, wounding Koresh.

Interestingly, not all the ATF agents were carrying submachineguns, M16s or shotguns. Those seen in the photos without such equipment are likely either flunkies who were not in on the grander scheme of things for that day and thought it was just a plain old arrest/warrent service on a larger scale, with a little good PR thrown in. A few, carrying military-issue *cyclone* armour-piercing ammunition in their handguns or SMGs, knew their targets would be close and could be taken from behind: the other agents who were to be killed.

There's a very high probability that Bill Buford was also supposed to be killed, as he was the Little Rock supervisory agent to whom the others would have reported anything irregular during the time they'd been ordered detatched to work with the Secret Service covering Bill Clinton in Little Rock during the primary campaign. It's also very likely that at least one round that hit and nearly killed Buford was fired by an ATF sniper.

The plan to have two teams enter from the rooftop was a good one, as entering a building from the top and clearing your way down is the preferred way to go. Given the luxury of killing everything in sight, such an entry and downward movement could have been accomplished quickly, cleanly, quietly and without friendly casualties; given the possibility of having to treat and cover a wounded teammate or deal with a surrendering noncombatant Davidian, the *roof teams* simply didn't have enough personnel for those tasks [8] and had to simply shoot anyone who might have surrendered. This is obvious to anyone in on putting the plan together, particularly its leader, Buford.

Means, motive and opportunity are the investigator's triad for investigation of premeditated murder.

This might be a little far fetched, but here goes anyway. By some means, perhaps foreign sources, Koresh obtains a "suitcase" nuclear bomb, but for some reason he is unwilling, or unready to detonate it. The Feds get wind of it, and the fun begins. Koresh wants to hasten his apocalyptic vision, by annihlating himself, his followers, and a 20 mile radius, and potentially lead to even more devices exchanged between nuclear powers. Perhaps the "package" is kept on the second floor... it would way a lot, but not so much that it couldn't be carried and kept upstairs. I agree that clinton has all sorts of nefarious motives, but the operation must have been planned before he got in, and what interest would the Brits have in a domestic squabble inolving a new American president?

If you read the *seventh seal* descriptions of Revelations, they do indeed sound like a description of the aftereffects of a nuclear weapon- or worse, a biological one.

And if Koresh had obtained a sample of Anthrax or HPAI from the British biowar establishment at Porton Down, then smuggled it across the Mexican Border so porous that narcotics by the ton rumbles through in truckload quantities, that could cause a few pieces of your theory to fall better into place.

And the theft of arms at Ft Hood, believed to be going to Cuban exiles in the US planning another invasion of Cuba scheduled for late November 1963 was also a quietly-held aspect of the Kennedy assassination investigation, a subject which Koresh had shown interest in previously, to include a personal visit to Dallas to the Texas Schoolbook Depository, then and now a museum of that historical event.

http://i2i.org/SuptDocs/Waco/warrant.htm From THE UNWARRANTED WARRANT: THE WACO SEARCH WARRANT AND THE DECLINE OF THE FOURTH AMENDMENT by David B. Kopel & Paul H. Blackman "…….I. How the Investigation Began A. "Zee Big One" …….

In mid-November 1992, personnel from the 60 Minutes television program began contacting BATF officials regarding a story that 60 Minutes was producing about sexual harassment within the BATF. [5] At the same time, the BATF knew that a new President was coming to power--a President who had pledged to fight sexual harassment on every front, to "reinvent government," and to cut the federal budget deficit.

The BATF had already been on the defensive about discrimination. In 1990, black agents had filed suit in federal court claiming that the BATF racially discriminated in hiring, promotion and evaluation. [6] A fresh round of discrimination complaints by black BATF agents came in October 1992, the month before 60 Minutes began setting up interviews for the sex discrimination story. [7] …

……The BATF had investigated David Koresh in the summer of 1992. The BATF investigation began about a month after an Australian tabloid television program produced a story about Koresh. [11] Having lain moribund since the summer, the BATF investigation perked up in mid-November. [12] By early December, the BATF was planning the raid on a seventy-seven acre property outside Waco, the Mount Carmel Center, *4 which the Branch Davidians called their communal home. [13]

A BATF memo written two days before the February 28, 1993 raid explained "this operation will generate considerable media attention, both locally [Texas] and nationally." [14] The BATF public relations director, Sharon Wheeler, called reporters to ask them for their weekend phone numbers. The reporters contend, and Wheeler denies, that she asked them if they would be interested in covering a weapons raid on a "cult." Wheeler, on the other hand, states that she merely told them, "We have something going down." [15] After the raid, the BATF at first denied there had been any media contacts. [16] Journalist Ronald Kessler reports that the BATF told eleven media outlets that the raid was coming. [17] …

In any case, the BATF's public relations officer was stationed in Waco on the day of the raid ready to issue a press release announcing the raid's success. [19] ……. Investigative reporter Carol Vinzant wrote:

*5 In the jargon of at least one ATF office, the Waco raid was what is known as a ZBO ("Zee Big One"), a press-drawing stunt that when shown to Congress at budget time justifies more funding. One of the largest deployments in bureau history, the attack on the Branch Davidians compound was, in the eyes of some of the agents, the ultimate ZBO. [20]

60 Minutes rebroadcast the BATF segment a few months later. Host Mike Wallace opined that almost all the agents he talked to said that they believe the initial attack on that cult in Waco was a publicity stunt--the main goal of which was to improve ATF's tarnished image. [21] The codeword for the beginning of the BATF raid was "showtime." [22]

D. rboatman – Waco was like an Onion

Subject: The Waco operation was like an onion. Each of the agencies had differing reasons for their participation and tactics at Waco. Very Few of them knew the real reason. What I call the "Roots of Waco"

In covert intelligence operations, one has to peel away multiple layers of increasingly plausible reasons to get at what you believe is the truth. (View this process as trying to peel the first onion you ever saw.) The outside layer, the publicly announced reason, is obviously unpalatable. You discard it.

The next layer looks pretty good except for being thin and having a few flaws. Do you ignore the flaws or go deeper? You peel that away and discard it too. You can go on and on looking for the 'pure essence' of the onion and you will end up with a tiny sliver from the center that is obviously not significant enough to be called an onion, and you will have discarded the onion.

I think there was a central reason for Waco that was probably known to only a tiny handful of individuals. I suspect it had to do with Black Budgets, Promis software, and one or more of the Intelligence agencies (DIA, CIA, NSA). Call the unknown agency the XXA

Breaking most, if not all, rules of logic, I would like to present a speculative scenario for discussion. I'm not certain of all the facts and don't have good sources (except for my memory of what I have read.) Maybe some others can make some of the connections more solid. There is a possible connection between Ruby Ridge and Waco. I recall reading a history of the promis software situation in which it was claimed that one of the XXA contractors who "developed/modified the promis capabilities got scared and went underground taking a copy with him. It was further claimed that that persons father was a neighbor and presumably a friend of Randy Weaver and that RW had been pressured to spy on said neighbor. It was also claimed that the person was at the BD compound at Waco at some time if not there during the Feb raid. If the BD's had the capability and were tinkering with XXA's Black Budget accounts or even accessing their records, This would justify, in the minds of XXA bosses, the destruction of all computing equipment, and the elimination of anyone who might know where any copies of the software might be hidden. (I think this might be the "root of Waco".) How do you do this where you have a "family" of ~100 "marginally stable" people and a site on 70+ acres with buildings having 1000s of places a zip disk could be hidden? You set an operation in place to burn the place to the ground and you kill everybody. And, you do it in a way that will instill terror and fear in anyone else that might be holding an "in case something happens to me" zip disk.

You can't have your own agency run the operation, for several obvious reasons, so you con a gullible and/or vulnerable sucker agency into doing it for you in a way that it won't be connected to you.... Enter the BATF.

BATF has all the previously mentioned problems of budget, etc. They need a success badly. They are fed info that the BD's are working on a WMD and see a chance to get credit, at the same time, for saving millions of lives. It's too good an opportunity for them to question, let alone hand off to the FBI too handle. With the "Showtime tapes" in the can, they will Never, Ever, Again have to worry about budgets or Congressional criticism. Our spymaster in the XXA has found the ideal sucker.

He figures the BATF cowboys will provoke a pitched battle and he has the timing manipulated and the operation "leaked" to insure that the BD's are ready. But they don't attack the BATF at first sight as was hoped. Also, Clinton, knowing that the raid is going to come off, sets up the disposal of some ex-bodyguards /witnesses, and he and/or the spymaster uses one of them to provoke the gunfight by spraying Koresch with his H&K. (Insurance) Except for the "second story men", who were taking a ridiculous risk hauling ladders up to the building, and maybe 1 or 2 others nobody there knew the computers were a target that had to be destroyed. Shooting the "second story men" screwed up that part of the operation. That is the problem with excessive compartmentalization. The people at the scene, don't know what the real priorities are. Whoever killed the bodyguards thought THAT was the "real, hidden agenda" and that capture of the computers and computer literate BD's was an adequate substitute for destruction and death. The 'Gang that couldn't shoot straight' uses up all their ammo without killing Koresch and without getting into the compound. They have to ask for a truce to retreat.........Big humiliation.

Now they are stuck. There is an, almost complete, WMD inside (they believe) and it looks like it is going to be a long siege. They can't admit to knowing about the WMD or they would have had no business and maybe no authority to deal with such a situation. They wanted to "discover" the WMD while raiding the compound for "firearms violations."

From the POV of the BATF, they had no choice but to give the WMD info to the DoJ (FBI) and maybe let the SecDef in on it. At this point the BATF is effectively taken out of the loop. The FBI doesn't fully buy into the WMD story, not enough real evidence. They (FBI) are not quite as gullible as the BATF. The spymaster needs time so the former inside man gets word out that the weapon is less complete than originally thought. Spymaster uses the siege time to plant enough of a body of evidence to convince the FBI of the possibility of the WMD. Too many questions would be asked if the military took charge publicly as they should in a WMD situation. So, the FBI is put in the position of "fronting" and providing "extras" for what is essentially a military intelligence final solution of the situation. i.e.. burn the place to the ground and kill everybody. The FBI essentially stands by and watches.

Sooner or later, the FBI figures out that they have been duped by the phony WMD story but can't admit to being made fools of or to being accomplices to a mass murder. The BATF just wants to not be remembered as starting the situation so they don't even care if there was a WMD anymore. So the FBI and the BATF are left with only the ridiculously weak and very thin skin of the onion to cover their butts.

This whole scenario could use a lot of fleshing out and I admit it contains a lot of speculation and extrapolation.

Yellow Rose of Texas: "….after hours of searching I finally found the names of the 2 men at WACO who were supposedly the computer experts.

Jeff Little
Barry Kumnick

Also another little note: Randy Weavers Wife, Vanessa's father worked for Jackson Stevens for 23 years. I wrote this down as it was announced on CNBC one night but I did not note the date or the program. I realize undocumented information is worthless but.........interesting anyway

Alamo-Girl reply: "….I don’t find Kumnick on the official Waco sites, but I found this: http://esotericworldnews.com/octopus.htm Our website is http://freeamerica.com and includes INSLAW, WACKENHUT, OCTOBER SURPRISE with Russbacher and also inside reports from Iran intelligence, EARL BRIAN in October Surprise, Inslaw and Mind Control series. We were the only publication involved with Barry Kumnick, his father was the next door neighbor of Randy Weaver. Kumnick enhanced the INSLAW software with artificial intelligence - a quantum leap - and disappeared for a year. His father had him call us when he resurfaced

A Vanessa Weaver is mentioned in the House Committee on Government Reform http://www.davidbonior.house.gov/reform/oversight/finance/depositions/bldep.htm along with Huang and other Chinagate figures. Probably Jackson-Stephens would be mentioned in there also. But I’m fairly certain it is not the same person. "…Again, I don't know, no. She was involved in personnel. Whether it was, you know, making recommendations for AsianAmerican personnel. Vanessa Weaver is also Vernon Weaver's daughter. So, to the extent they may have had a personal relationship because Vernon worked for Stevens and was connected with the Riadys through Stevens, they may have had a personal relationship. But, again, I don't know...." ….."

Yellow Rose of Texas: http://www.shadeslanding.com/firearms/waco.affidavit.html I, Davy Aguilera, being duly sworn, depose and state that: …. I am a Special Agent with the US Treasury Department, BATF, Austin, Texas, and I have been so employed for approximately 5 years. This affidavit is based on my own investigation as well as information furnished to me by other law enforcement officers and concerned citizens. …… While at the Mt. Carmel Center, he saw a metal lathe and a metal milling machine which were normally operated by Donald Bunds and Jeff Little. Donald Bunds, a mechanical engineer, has the capability to fabricate firearm parts according to Block. On one occasion, at the Mt. Carmel Center, he observed Bunds designing what Bunds described as a "grease gun/sten gun" on an Auto Cad computer located at the residence building at the compound. The computer has the capability of displaying a three dimensional rendering of objects on a computer monitor screen. The object appeared to be a cylindrical tube with a slot cut into the side of it for a bolt cocking lever. Bunds told him that Howell wanted Bunds to design a "grease gun" which they could manufacture. Mr. Block told me that on another occasion at the Mt. Carmel Center, he saw Donald Bunds designing a template which Bunds explained was to fit around the "grease gun" tubes indicating where the bolt lever slots were to be milled out. This was another step in manufacturing "grease guns" which had been requested by Howell. I know that a "grease gun" is a machine gun following after the design of a WWII era military weapon. …."

http://kreative.net/carolmoore/waco-treasury-report1.html Report of THE DEPARTMENT OF THE TREASURY on the BUREAU OF ALCOHOL, TOBACCO, AND FIREARMS Investigation of Vernon Wayne Howell also known as David Koresh September 1993 ….The David Block Interview …..In late January 1993, Aguilera interviewed David Block, who had been a Branch Davidian from 1981 through June 1992. Block had lived at the Compound for several months before he "escaped." He reported having often seen two Branch Davidians, Donald Bunds, a mechanical engineer, and Jeff Little using a metal milling machine and metal lathe to produce weapons. On several occasions, Bunds also had used an AutoCAD (i.e., computer-aided design) software package--which allows mechanical engineers to design objects by providing a three-dimensional picture and precise measurements of the object being designed--to design a "grease gun." Grease gun is the nickname for the M3 and M3Al .45-caliber military submachineguns used by American forces during World War II. The parts of this grease gun included a cylindrical tube with a bolt-cocking groove carved into the side and a template to fit around the tube to enable it to be used on the milling machine. Bunds had explained that Koresh wanted him to design a weapon that could be manufactured at the Compound. ……"

http://etherzone.com/whit090799.html Mack White University of Texas "….In the year after the famous fire at Waco, I met the surviving Branch Davidians. It was through a friend of mine, Richard Mosley, who produced the documentary Day 51: The True Story of Waco…… Day 51 interviewed Davidian Wally Kennett, who stated the ATF was in actuality not looking for an illegal arsenal when they raided Mt. Carmel on February 28, 1993, but rather for information stored on a computer. This information, he alleged, had been compiled by two Davidians--Jeff Little and Wayne Martin--both of whom were killed in the final assault on April 19. Furthermore, Kennett states that it was this computer, not guns or anything else, that was kept in the room which the ATF attempted to enter the morning of the raid....... If this is so, then it explains why the ATF went ahead with the raid on February 28, when they knew the bulk of the arsenal had been taken to Austin for a gun show that morning.

……..Jeff Little was known by the Davidians to have been a "computer expert" who had previously worked for the Yamaha Corporation, and had been involved in a shady project to modify a law enforcement software to contain a "trap door." At the time Day 51 was produced, this tidbit of information meant nothing. However, in the years that have followed, new information has emerged which gives it a great deal of meaning……..

The Octopus: Secret Government and the Death of Danny Casolaro, by Kenn Thomas and Jim Keith, is one of several books to emerge recently which detail how the Reagan Justice Department stole PROMIS, a law enforcement software, from the firm INSLAW, and modified it to contain a "trap door." PROMIS was then sold by the government to various entities, such as foreign intelligence agencies…….It has also been alleged by internet writers such as J. Orlin Grabbe that Vince Foster, the late White House Special Counsel, was involved in this scheme. ……

…. According to one theory, [Foster] he had fallen victim to a group of CIA renegades known as the Fifth Column which were dedicated to eradicting corruption in the government. Supposedly, Fifth Column operatives have been travelling around the country in a truck loaded with a Cray computer, which they use to empty the Swiss bank accounts of corrupt government officials. The software program used for this purpose is the modified version of PROMIS. ….. So it was dramatic justice indeed that Foster, who had supervised the PROMIS project, fell victim to his own project. The story goes, he checked the balance of his Swiss account one day and found it empty. That was when he knew he was in trouble.

…… Vince Foster's widow, however, has another explanation for his alleged suicide. In an Associated Press story, she stated his death had something to do with the Waco incident, which had occurred only a few months before. According to her, he felt responsible for what happened in Waco, and that is why he killed himself……...

…….Many have alleged that Mt. Carmel Center was an intelligence front of some kind. For instance, the minister of a rival Davidian church in Waco told me that, under Koresh, it had been a biowarfare factory. This view was shared by lawyer and "Patriot" Linda Thompson, who in a Penthouse interview, alleged it was a CIA facility, and that the ATF raid was orchestrated by the FBI, acting in alliance with Israel's Mossad, to shut the factory. ………… At first I was inclined to dismiss this idea. However, since Waco, we have seen evidence that a Japanese "cult" was involved in the manufacture and terrorist use of deadly sarin gas. So this cannot be ruled out as the sort of activity for which a church might be used as a front…….And yet, there is no evidence biological warfare agents were being manufactured at Waco….

…. Israel figured prominently in Koresh's life, too. It was while on a trip to Israel in the 1980s that he received a "vision" which started him on his new career as spiritual leader. The book Why Waco? reports that Koresh continued to receive visions after returning to the U.S., and that the insights he used for his sermons always originated as pictures being beamed into his head……… Perhaps …. Koresh's "visions" originated from God, perhaps from extraterrestrials, perhaps from their own minds, or perhaps they were delivered by microwave. More than one person has suggested Dick might have been a mind control victim, and the allegation has also been raised that Waco might have been a Jonestown-style mind control facility……….. There is no evidence speed, or sarin, or anything of the kind, was manufactured during his tenure at Waco. What does seem to have gone on, though, is computer espionage--if what the Davidians say about their deceased brethren Jeff Little and Wayne Martin can be believed.......

……..The presence of a speed lab at Waco has led some to speculate on a connection to cocaine smuggling at Mena, Arkanas. According to books such as Compromised and articles in The Wall Street Journal and London Daily Telegraph this activity was sponsored by the Iran/Contra gang (Bush, Weinberger, Oliver North). Weapons were shipped to Nicaragua out of the Mena airport, in exchange for cocaine which was brought back to Mena, then distributed throughout the nation. As governor of Arkansas at that time, Bill Clinton is alleged to have received a hefty amount of cash for looking the other way……..If so, what makes it all the more perplexing is that these three dead agents had all been personal bodyguards of Bill Clinton's during the presidential campaign. Furthermore, shortly afer the fire, a story circulated in Waco that, during a campaign stop there the summer before, these three had accompanied Clinton to a barber shop where he received a haircut from a barber who was a Branch Davidian. The five are said to have had a long, private conversation………..Could the information on Jeff Little's computer have been the subject of that reputed conversation?…."

Rboatman "…. The Kumnick name rings a bell. It sounds like a team of Little and Kumnick, both with histories of inserting "back doors" into software, would be the ideal team to be hacking into XXA databases and financial accounts. Fosters' numerous secret trips to Zurich, which even his wife only learned about after his death, could have had something to do with reestablishing corrupted and or replenishing bank accounts. It may be that that is how he came to the conclusion that "the AG was lied to" (from his infamous 'suicide' note, which I think may have been a personal memo to a "very good friend." ). His making the connection between Waco and the "empty" bank accounts revealed the WMD story as false removing all rational justification in his mind for the killings at Waco, and his attempt to communicate what he interpreted, perhaps wrongly, as an FBI originated scam to the wrong person sealed his fate and made his suicide necessary. I wonder if the person receiving the note angrily tore it into its 20+ pieces before realizing its potential as a suicide note. I think Foster committed suicide.....by trusting the wrong person(s) with what he had found out. …..

….BTW, if you are a young, somewhat arrogant, hacker, on the run from some really powerful and mean dudes do you try to get them to not mess with you by "zeroing out" a few of their big secret bank accounts as an object lesson. Sure, it's foolishly arrogant to really get these mean dudes that ticked off, but of the 1/2 dozen or so really sharp programmers I know, all are foolishly arrogant and self impressed by their own brilliance. Might you not even demonstrate your power by Zeroing out a secret account of a really big and important person and his wife. You don't have to steal the money, you just have to make the record of the account equal zero. ….

….The Octopus: etc. reference jogged my memory. I think I saw an extensive article on the "Sightings" page. At the time, I didn't take it too seriously, though. I haven't relocated it again yet. …..

….Isn't it strange that there are so many "coincidences" that connect an obscure family in Idaho with a group of religious zealots in Texas. Both of which receive the intense attention of the BATF and then of the FBI. Statistically, whatever connects these two groups almost certainly has to be the root cause of the attention. After all, there are 250,000,000+ people in this country, with probably 10's of thousands of families like the Weavers and hundreds or more churches and cults as unusual as the BD's. The chances of a connection being just a random coincidence is probably more than 100000:1. ……."

E. Sgw587 – Waco was a Software Related Intelligence Shutdown

"….I think you are closer to the truth than we will ever see with the climate today. I still think tho, that the reason that the BATF ever came there to begin with will answer the most questions. This software, Promis, or the flight patterns to Mena, but I'd have to guess the software. That is the only thing the feds can not control, and they keep trying. The WMD would be too dangerous to go in after like they did, there was a reason they destroyed everything so completely.. …."

V. Intelligence Enterprise

A. Roughrider - Waco was about a Spy Shop

"……If the Kumnick link to Ruby Ridge is an accurate one, that would be a bit too much of a coincidence. The detail in the BATF diagram about those computers was something I never could quite grasp. Here was a group with inadequate septic facilities, who had to use the field behind the building as a disposal site for human waste, yet they had modern computers, in substantial numbers, a modern HAM communication facility, firing ranges, an infirmary, and--GET THIS--A PHOTO LAB. The photo lab seemed to draw the attention of the federal authorities as well, as it was also clearly marked on the diagram, and was set up close to the computer room. PROMIS may be an accurate theory, but I also think someone was running a spy shop there. In fact, it may have been more than one intelligence agency from more than one country. There was a whole lot more going on there than we will ever know.......

B. Born in a Rage - Waco was about Koresh having a very different scientific theory

"……Here is a spaced-out theory...The person that Koresh most likely based his religion on was named http://www.think-aboutit.com/hollow/he_hollow_earth.htm Cyrus Teed, if you are not familiar with him, I wasn't until a google search last night, read the link and you will see that he believed in some very different scientific theories. It is possible that David Koresh also had the same theories/philosophy. Also consider that many of the other things that have happened during the Clinton administration have led back to technology transfers. Maybe he was a hacker or involved in some other way....?

C. jedediah smith - Wilcher/Russbacher said Waco was Murder

Freeper jedediah smith "……..Here is what Gunther Russbacher said about Waco in a July 1993 interview of him in prison, by Alexander Horvat:

Russbacher: Among a number of other things, he [Paul Wilcher] was also working on the Waco debacle. And I gave him stacks of information of who really went into Waco. Who in fact lit the operations, and who sanctioned them. And it was not the FBI.

Horvat: Or the BATF.

Russbacher: Of course not.

Horvat: OK.

Russbacher: It was Delta Group Special Forces.

Horvat: They were there.

Russbacher: They were not only there, but the Special Operations Group from those symbiotic units went in. If you'll remember at the time when Waco went down, directly, approximately 15-20 minutes before all hell, fury broke loose, you saw a helicopter overhead. And winching, people were being inserted into the compound. Into the building proper.

Horvat: OK.

Russbacher: And the intent was not to leave any living survivors.

Horvat: But there were some.

Russbacher: Yeah, there were, much to everybody's chagrin and regret.

Horvat: Yeah, and really nothing's ever been heard from them since.

Russbacher: How do we even know they're even still alive?

Horvat: Yeah, well-

Russbacher: How about the ones that were taken into "protective custody?"

Horvat: True, true. Yeah, we haven't heard anything from any of those folks-

Russbacher: How about the ones that were charged, formally charged, they weren't contemplating formally charging in United States district court?

Horvat: Oh, no doubt about it, very suspicious.

Russbacher: Absolutely.

Bear in mind that Russbacher said in this 1993 interview that Delta Force was involved, long before this was finally admitted. He obviously has good info, and according to him personnel were inserted into the building, presumably somewhere on the roof. …..

"……As far as Waco is concerned, I should be forthright in saying that I don't believe there are two parties, but rather one which is controlled by the NWO. Having said that, I think the possibility should be considered that the Waco invasion was conceived during the Bush administration, though not by Bush himself but by the NWO. I don't know when it began, but the government had agents that had infiltrated the Branch Davidians long before the raid. I would like to see a timeline on that and perhaps you know. At any rate, it would suggest to me that at least the monitoring of the BDs was an ongoing project irrespective of who was president, which begs the question of why they were being monitored. Wilcher's allegation of a mind control project would explain it. ……"

more

"……It may be possible that Clinton and the NWO wanted to modify the project to destroy the BDs and intimidate the American public. I don't know how much you have studied the subject, but portions of our government have been taken over by satanists and the descendents of the Nazis. They have been involved in satanic ritual abuse of children to create mind control subjects for the government, and they often use cults such as the BDs. They picked up on hideous human experiments where Hitler and his scientists left off. ………."

more

"……Another thing that troubles me is the involvement in Waco by the Cult Awareness Network. They are an intelligence front designed to spout disinformation about satanic ritual abuse and cults. The presence of CAN strongly suggests that mind control and possibly SRA was present at Waco. I hate to think it's possible, but myself and others have discussed on some threads that the BDs could possibly have been engaged in abuse of children for mind control purposes. There is no evidence and we'll probably never know what was really going on, but to me the CAN involvement is suspicious. ….."

Freeper jedediah smith "……Regarding Wilcher and his memo specifically, I would list the following:

1. My impression is that Wilcher thought the intel community was controlled by the right, who sought to destroy the left. On page 2 he states "...you [Reno] are still surrounded...by Reagan-Bush holdovers many of whom are determined you will NEVER learn about the core issues and ugly truths..." I suspect Wilcher was a Democrat.

2. On a confederate flag thread, I posted the excerpt from the Wilcher memo about Sailor-Hat (regarding how the government is using mind control subjects to foment racial tension). I also posted some newspaper articles that corroborated the murder of the black mind control subject that Wilcher discussed. …..

3. Wilcher made a mistake when he said Sen. John Tower's private plane was shot down. He was actually on a commuter flight, though it still may have been sabotaged.

4. I think it should be emphasized, because it demonstrates that his sources had access to important inside information, the Wilcher did say in 1993 that Delta Force was used at Waco which wasn't confirmed until 6 years later.

5. Re: your comment on some readers' appraisal of Wilcher's mental condition based on the document, I believe his paranoia was justifed by his murder subsequent to his release of the memo. Although Gunther Russbacher did describe Wilcher as a "loose cannon" because of his propensity to proceed hastily while throwing caution to the wind, and his writing style leaves much to be desired. …….."

  1. Buckeroo - Wilcher said Waco was to Control Sleeper Agents and Led to Murder

"…….I didn't realize the information content of Wilcher's report to Reno in 1993. I only wondered about his uneventful death. I thoought, originally,"another BS conspiracy theory." …… Then I started following up last year………. This was after the Texas Rangers showed proof that the government lied about starting the fire. (I thank my good friend, Neal Knox, for his post on this point and it was posted on FR last year.) …. And so I inquired more and more. I found the goal of government in this case is to create so much confusion as to point me to more information. So, eventually, through an INET buddy of mine, Pat gave me the whole Wilcher report…….

"…….If you have watched WROE, it is astonishing! If you watch WROE (1995 by McNulty) with Wilcher's (died May 1993) report to Reno (May, 1993) you see a fuzzy connection……. Then, when you start seeing all of AG's and everyone's reports on FR ... the conclusions are inescapable; indeed your fine work, dan…….

"…….I don't like rumours or conspiracy theory threads. It is another to find the truth. Our government lied to us! Our mass media subdued an investigation! And just like the guy that found the Academy Award Statues in a trash bin (for whatever reason) ..... I think all of us are trustworthy enough to do the same….."

"…… Wilcher's report discusses "Manchurian candidates" to some length throughout. As I said earlier, I don't necessarily understand or agree; all of these contentions require additional research………

…The truth is, "Triangle" landed on April 18th in Dallas-Ft.Worth; this is a CIA owned and operated aircraft. The massacre occurred the next day. Only recently (say six months ago) has the government admitted to Delta team "observers." Indeed, military and intelligence personnel from England and France were involved.

….The next morning, April 19th, the tanks start impelling the walls with "gas." At that time, enormous volumes of acoustic energy (120DB which can shatter your ear drums) is rolling off the FBI speakers, "This is not an assault! Do not be alarmed!" over and over and over..... remember these people had been under siege without hot and cold running water for nearly two months...... without energy such as electrical and natural gas .... without telephone service with exception to Jamaar ... they were trapped and isolated and afraid of the consequences for the initial assault by the BATF.

….Remember, also, that through those isolated days they were bombarded around the clock with Gregorian chants, 'Boots were made for walkin' -- Nancy Sinatra, and hundreds of other loud accoustical messages that would disorientate them and get them to leave. And a few did, as you know.

….But, returning to the morning of the 19th, they woke up to tanks busting down the walls with "gas." The FBI claims it was CS gas.

…..Now, takenoprisoner, I like you, had a nice lung full of CS in basic training. Nothing absolutely nothing would keep me from running out the door! And the training sergeant tried! Man ... I moved for fresh air without regard to anything in my path; without any other goal other than to breath.

….During my companies training exercise, two people were carted off to the hospital. As I recall, they were knocked in a coma. They later returned.

….But there were about 120 of us. Everyone had escaped the room to breath! Soom were vomiting and most, like myself, were coughing; attempting to remove any residual of the gas from our bodies.

….Let me assure everyone that exposure to CS is a noxious event, you move to get out! It is akin to being stuck in a small enclosed area with ammonia vapors; although with a much larger punch……The "gas" that the FBI inserted into the church was designed for outside use. It was being inserted for two hours into the church before the fires started!

……Watching WROE it is evident to me that through that period of time the FBI (or whatever they were) were firing into the church, keeping straglers in! They wanted those people to die. And it is clear to me, that during the fires the tanks kept moving along! Punching holes into the church, knocking down walls! Why? They maintained excellent communications capabilites. Why would the tanks, after the fires were started continue to batter the church? ….. When we find the factual answer to this question; Waco will be solved.

Alamo-Girl summary of the Wilcher Report and Attachments received from jedediah smith:

Wilcher believed that there is a shadow government being run though the intelligence community. He believed they were responsible for many of the major political changes, deaths and such that have been front page news over the years. He believed there are many sleeper agents created by mind control methods to do dirty work for the intelligence community. He believed that Janet Reno was not involved in the shadow government and would do something to correct it. In the report he is specifically - first of all - seeking protection for 16 witnesses with extensive intelligence and covert operations backgrounds who want to come forward. He states that his information is not first hand.

His report is very specific in its allegations and cites a number of statutes and other authorities in what appears to be an attempt to convince or guide Janet Reno through what he believes should be done. The report rambles and is strikingly paranoid. A conclusion that Wilcher was not emotionally stable would not be unexpected…..

Timeline of facts or information that may be verifiable:

Items marked with an asterisk allegedly came from his client/informant Captain Gunther Russbacher, who was in prison (please note that a lot of the BCCI, Mena and related information comes from similarly incarcerated persons.)

Items in Wilcher’s report are marked with a carat(^)

Known events are in red.

February 28, 1993

The raid was intended only as a warning to Koresh and 6 other sleepers in the compound. It was meant to frighten and is the reason they did not postpone the raid after it was known to Koresh. In other words, "either shape up and get back in line or we will ‘take you out" Koresh’ stockpile of weapons was accumulated with the knowledge and consent of the CIA over a period of years for the purpose of carrying out some future, to be defined, mission. He and the other 6 sleepers had been resisting their handlers.^

March 11, 1993

Wilcher received information that Koresh had an extensive CIA background, that he was known as a sleeper and that there were more sleeper cults in Utah, Idaho and California.^

Two or Three Weeks Before the Tragedy

A plan was proposed to Reno to use the Delta Force. The part of the plan that the CIA and Delta commanders were most insistent on was that the 7 sleepers would be killed, though it would have allowed everyone else to be brought out alive, safe and unharmed.^

April 18, 1993

Calls were made to Parkland Hospital in Dallas to receive a large number of serious burn victims from Waco the next day.^

April 19, 1993

Waco burns.

In the morning, the Delta Team which was actually CIA – consisting of 15 men, headed by a Lieutenant Colonel/CIA liaison officer landed a C-130 in either Waco or Dallas. A smaller team of 4 actually did the job, the others were backups which were not used.

The team inserted nerve gas along with tear gas which is why nobody left the compound. The only ones surviving had access to fresh air.

The team entered the compound at approximately 10:25 am. Wilcher says they had been dropped onto the roof by a helicopter. In the 1 hour and 15 minutes before the fire, they executed Koresh and Schneider in the communications room and then fanned out and "took out" the other 6 sleepers.

After the murders, they placed 3 or 4 canisters of Wille Peter (White phosphorus) in stragetic locations in order to start the fires. They were equipped with timer devices all set to go off simultaneously.^

April 20, 1993

Wilcher received initial information that Waco was a mass murder^

April 27, 1993

Wilcher received confirmation of the April 20th information^

May 3, 1993

Wilcher received specific information on how the April 20th information was carried out^

May 5, 1993

Wilcher’s originally scheduled appointment with Reno^

May 21, 1993

Wilcher gave a 100 page report to the Department of Justice. On the cover page he says &quot;…The lives of key participants, other witnesses, and even myself are now in grave danger as a result of my passing this information to you…"

Around June 11, 1993

Wilcher disappeared

June 18, 1993

Wilcher was picked up at his apartment, questioned in Vienna, VA for about 2 hours, fed pizza and at 3:40 p.m. given .025mg of Curare via DSMO (as stabilizer) applied to the coating on a Pepsi bottle whereupon he died. His face was disfigured and his body placed in the trunk of a grey Ford Victoria (Maryland plates) and taken to his apartment where he was placed on the toilet.*

June 23, 1993

From the Death Report 93-875. At 1000 hours Ms Sara McClendon called the missing persons section of the DC Police complaining of a possible missing person. Lt. Quigley responded along with the DC fire department to Wilcher’s home. Paul David Wilcher’s badly decomposed body was found. The report says cause unknown, found inside bathroom, wearing striped shirt. Doctor Carol McMahon pronounced him dead at 1430.

June 30, 1993

RICO civil filing was scheduled with Judge Parsons in Chicago, but the judge also died similar to Wilcher and all the documents disappeared.*

July 1, 1993

Gunther Russbacher smuggled the above (asterisked) information out of prison via handwritten notes. He writes in all caps "RENO IS IN ON ALL OF IT" and in the left margin "Sessions has been notified."

July 9, 1993

In another three pages attached to the Wilcher report, very curiously dated July 9, 1993 - there are clues as to the identity of the WMD…. It is titled "Discussions with William Sessions" and "Do not publish names. Quid pro quo" The quid pro quo is for safety of the ones who wish to come forward about Waco. Names are omitted from the excerpt below:

Purpose of the Waco raid was to target and remove seven sleepers (MK-Ultra) who refused to adhere to ASA and DIA standards…..

Waco compound members had almost completed assembly of a nerve gas toxin devise massive/large enough in quantity to target and destroy all organic life in 432 square mile area. A city the size of Oklahoma City was intended. However, Houston, Texas was designated as principal target……Method of dispersal was propeller craft with running air speeds of no more than 60 miles per hour. Max cross seeding to be done at 2500 feet for East-West axis, with 2000 feet for North-South axis.

The device in Waco was in very few hours of completion. Order to go in was not made by Executive Branch!!! Orders assumed &quot;Code Actual&quot; when the infiltrator agent residing within the complex stated &quot;Code Blue.&quot; At that time our man (redacted) had pulled out. ATF had men in place (inside) up until two days before siege began.

Reno spoke with (redacted) about a D.G.F. insertion. Reno acted as if she knew nothing about the real problem – the device!</OL>

THE DEVICE

Material for the device was appropriated through A/F 1324-B. The nitrate component was acquired from Ft. Devens, MA; the volatility stabilizers were brought, via truck, from Ft Mead, MD. All raw and processed materials was provided from military stores. The gravity fuse detonators were acquired from Carewell USAF, Ft. Worth, TX.

Transport personnel was found from AAA services: a subsidiary of Snelling of St. Paul, MN. There were 2 ATF officers from Galveston in the compound as the shipments arrived.

Technical assistance in handling and construction were flown in to Dallas from Dover, Delaware. The techs were ASA and USA Chem Corps personnel (redacted.) CHEMICAL RAW WEIGHT – PRIOR TO (CHEMOPECTRA) SEPARATION - UNKNOWN

Molten metal fused to Kitchen appliances – 65kg of sulfur/zinc volatile mass. It did not ignite past prima stage!!! The cerebro neuro toxins of the C-2 nerve gas propellant ignited under a stress measure of .25pnd/PSI, causing neuro-toxins to incinerate at 0 level. Immediate reports were unavailable for 11 hours (according to media because it was too hot to enter) due to unresolved neuro-toxic density at 0 level (entire first squad wore toxic suits and double masks.) Total recovered mass at incineration site-124 pounds(+-) Numerous base mineral clusters were found fused to small ordnance. That means: the device was in 5 parts, kept in separate munitions bunkers (level 2&amp;3.) The mineral/gaseous mass found at ground 0 were massed to various kitchen appliances and indicate that the compound of the mass was jellied! (color believed to have ranged from green to dark olive green- prior to incineration.) Incineration occurred through the introduction of 80/90 MM 20 pound glycerine canisters which hold a flash point of 175F to accelerate the focused flash point. A C-2/4 tear gas (canister form) was inserted via 90MM Bradley barrels into the ripped structure to facilitate ignition. A combination of Oxygen and dimethyl alcohol was injected into the structure at intervals. Ignition occurred electronically; ignition for secondaries was delivered via mercury acid fuses located at canister base.

DFG removed themselves from acute perimeter by doning ATF blue jackets and baseball caps. DFG blended with ingoing ATF as they meandered back and forth to their command vehicle. The amount of lives saved at ground 0=7.

Inserted team terminated 12 by projectile to the base of skull or forehead, 10 minutes before incineration commenced.

End of report.

July 19, 1993

William Sessions FBI Director was abruptly fired.

July 20, 1993

Deputy White House Counsel Vince Foster was found dead of an apparent suicide in Fort Marcy Park, just outside Washington, D.C. That evening, White House aides Patsy Thomasson and Margaret Williams, led by then White House Counsel Bernard Nussbaum, secretly searched Foster's office and removed key documents

Summary: I believe Wilcher did not have all the facts at the time he wrote the report. However, his report cannot be dismissed out-of-hand because he raised the fact of Delta Force involvement 6 and a half years before it was confirmed and he died under mysterious circumstances.

I do believe Wilcher probably bumped into the rationale behind Waco. And whether the WMD is of the description that was later attached to his report, or whether it was a different kind of WMD, the scenario certainly would resolve most all the issues – at least for me.

The attachment to Wilcher’s report claims that a nerve gas toxin devise was the weapon of mass destruction (WMD) the military had to remove from the Branch Davidians - and the reason for the fiery mop-up on April 19. In the end, it was a bigger job than ATF or FBI could handle.

E. Alamo-Girl - Waco was in the Interest of National Security, i.e. the Davidians had a WMD

I also have an opinion on Waco - a theory actually - my first!!! It is based on the information collected on the Downside Legacy, especially the Waco Timeline http://www.freerepublic.com/forum/a39216bf33be7.htm

Of all the obstructions, stonewalls and coverups that have been observed - the top of the list, to me, are the two that the official reports omitted to mention. It is not reasonable that these two things could have been "overlooked" - therefore they are the red flags to me, the background for everything I've seen on the DSL concerning Waco:

1. The hole in the roof of the bunker - which smacks of high explosives and special military training, and

2. The ATF dealings with the military prior to the failed raid - they were requesting Close Quarters Combat/Close Quarters Battle training by U.S. Army Special Forces - and were dealing with senior officers (fas.org)

A sinister theory based on these two omissions, viewing the obvious events of April 19th and what we now know, might be that it was a military mop-up: eliminate the enemy and remove the evidence of military involvement, and therefore all culpability of the highest level decision makers. To get that kind of special military assistance, in my view, several things would have had to be true:

1. It would have required presidential approval.

2. The military guys would have to have been lied to about the true nature of the Davidian threat, e.g. terrorism or WMDs. (I personally can't see them being "active" on 4/19/93 except for national security reasons.) …… I have since read indications in the timeline and other material - that the national security crisis was real.

If this were the case however, these subsequent events would make more sense:

1. The removal, omission or misidentification of physical evidence, documentary evidence and testimony that would cause suspicion of military involvement.

2. The various states of decomposition of the bodies. These military types specialize in stealth and would have no problem entering, planting bugs, doing surveillance and taking a few out now and again. (This type attrition is probably standard procedure for special operations.) Delta may not have been active on 4/19/93. The JTF-6 has its own staff and there are other special units, both domestic and foreign.

3. Deputizing the Texas Rangers, limiting their authority to evidence stewardship, and keeping them away from the crime scene until one body and the front door were removed, as observed by a DPS trooper. Misclassification of military grade munitions not recovered before the Rangers took over the crime scene

4. Limiting the M.E. Peerwani to just determining cause of death (e.g. gunshot) and not manner of death (e.g. homicide, suicide, accident) and subsequent liquefication of remains and removal of skull section from Riddle's body.

5. The death of Vince Foster and possibly others.

6. Offering up a few BATF agents as "sacrificial lambs" as if to quell public outrage and rush the Congressional investigations.

7. Withholding information from the U.S. prosecutor, Johnston - as if to rush the criminal trials of the Davidians.

If my theory is right, if that is what happened, then we can expect to see a lot of activity now.

In the first place the military guys have to know by now that they were used and are probably extremely angry about it. Vague "confessions" of military involvement on 4/19/93 are afloat; these guys are much too competent with top secret national security - to allow such information to get out unintentionally IMHO.

We know the Texas Rangers drew the line when they saw evidence they were being used and forced the issue last summer causing Judge Smith to make his unprecedented order forcing the government to fork over all of its evidence. The Department of Justice didn't cave in until Judge Smith ordered US Marshalls to seize the evidence. The U.S. prosecutor on the Waco criminal trial, Johnston, also discovered last summer that he was being used, released his documentary evidence and resigned.

Judge Smith must now know that he was also used as evidenced by his decisions and actions since last summer. Further, M.E. Peerwani wants to take another look at whatever remains of the remains and Senator Danforth has forensics already working.

If my theory is correct, Janet Reno was also used. She was not given all the information before or after the 2/28/93 raid, or since then. Further, the real decisions were then made - and continue to be made -separately and at a higher level of authority - which leaves her an easy target to be used as a last-ditch, high profile "scapegoat." Her hands are so dirty protecting this administration in myriad Independent Counsel and Congressional investigations, it would be a very easy sell. Who knows, maybe even Janet Reno will wake up too and get mad about being used. If that happens, the fur will fly! …..

I have since theorized that Judge Smith may have assured the long sentences for the Davidians in the interest of National Security and might therefore control the trial (non-jury) to protect the information. If so, I would expect him to also be very kind toward the plaintiffs.

Freeper kosciuszko "…."If there were any truth in this bio-weapons explanation... I agree with this speculation. This bio-weapons explanation is just too good not to have been used. I certainly would have bought it at the time. So, if Clinton and Hubbel used it with special forces, etc., why didn't they go whole hog and make this the official explanation afterwards? It wouldn't have been difficult to 'find' evidence of Anthrax in the compound. BTW, superb detective work, all of you. If only you were on Danforth's team.

"why not just tell everyone they suspected bio-weapons?" On further thought, I think that you've already answered my question with your theory. It was of utmost importance to keep everyone involved ignorant of what the others were doing. In order to keep everyone mum and toeing the official line, it was best if they believed that they were all privy to a secret that could compromise national security if disclosed. In that way, they could lie and still feel they were doing their patriotic duty. Otherwise, everything would have been open to public scrutiny, they all would have compared notes afterwards, and the Clinton lies would not have stood. These forces -- FBI, BATF, etc. -- would have found out that they were all lied to, once everyone started talking. As you note, it is only now that many of them are coming to that realization.

Freeper mo said: " If there were WMD's we'd have heard about it. In fact it would be THE only POSSIBLE justification for such a raid. We would know about it because it would potentially exonerate the Feds. No other reason does so. The reason this has'nt been trundled out yet is that there must be something that may become more obvious."

Response from Alamo-Girl: I've considered several possibilities as follows:

What if it were a U.S. (possibly U.S./British) top secret weapon, something our other allies, the public (and perhaps Congress) didn't fully know about?

What if they had deep undercover agents within the Davidians they needed to locate, destroy or even build - other such WMDs (i.e. not break their cover?)

What if both statements were true and Koresh was himself a deep cover agent (as Wilcher alleges?)

more

To test my theory, you might wish to ask yourself what YOU would do if - rolling the calendar back to 1993:

you were in a position of very high authority

you knew that Koresh and 6 other Davidians had obtained all the plans and material to build a weapon of mass destruction that was large and lethal enough to kill all biological life in Houston - millions.

you knew that massive deaths could or would occur worldwide if the technology fell into the wrong hands, i.e. terrorists or rogue governments

you knew Koresh was rewriting end-of-the-world prophecy and had a method to use the weapon in an effort to teach the world a lesson.

you knew the weapon was developed by the US (perhaps along with England) to render the need for a worldwide nuclear arsenal obsolete.

you knew, after trying and failing to take it and them on 2/28/93, that getting rid of the weapon and eliminating all the documentation, components and contaminants - would require annihilating 80 people including innocent children in fiery mop-up

you knew government covert agents' lives would be greatly at risk if the operation were made known.

you knew how the public and economy would react to the knowledge of these facts

Would you then consider it a matter of national security that the public could not handle and try to keep a lid on all of it by making cover stories, hiding evidence, secluding survivors and stonewalling, harassing and perhaps even injuring investigators?

Then, rolling the calendar forward - assuming you did all the above, how would you go about getting this information out to the public without violent reactions?!

Freeper razorback-bert "….. While trying to poke hole in your theory, I found this: http://www.rumormillnews.com/operation.htm May fit in somewhere is this weird world. ….A snippet from that site:

Russbacher introduced Wilcher to members of his SEAL team. These men and others are the government employees who gave Paul Wilcher the information he put into the 100 page letter he wrote to Attorney General Janet Reno. In the letter he explained, as well as he could, various government mind control experiments. He felt he had to give Reno the background on mind control operations in the Waco area so she could fully understand what was really going on at the Branch Davidian compound.

Wilcher was told that something had gone wrong at Waco. The "sleepers" were waking up from their programming. Not only were they waking up, one or more of them had been accidently "triggered". The Waco "Sleepers" were programmed to make and deliver, a biological or chemical device that could kill everyone in a city the size of Oklahoma City or Houston. Information received by their "handlers" stated that the program had been accidently triggered and the 7 "Sleepers" had started building the device.

According to information from a government "plant" inside the compound, the device was only days from completion. A CIA/Delta Force team was fielded to go into the compound and "neutralize" the problems. When the BATF learned that a CIA/Delta Force Group was going into the Branch Davidian compound, the BATF decided to raid the compound first. The BATF had no idea why the CIA/DFG team was going in. The BATF had been carrying on an independent surveillance of the compound.

It would not have been unheard of for the BATF to have discovered the mind control project that was going on at the Davidian Compound. Mind control operations are common near the Waco area. Waco was the first major center for CIA mind control schools. No one has ever known if the BATF knew that Koresh and a few others were mind control subjects, or if they had just been tracking David Koresh because he dealt in guns. The Source who provided this information to RMNews said he had not been able to access the BATF records to discover why the Davidians were under BATF surveillance. Our source commented, "they (the BATF) had no idea what they were walking into."

According to our Source, by the time the FBI got involved, Janet Reno had already been briefed about the device. Her orders to the FBI were to contain and destroy the device. On the day of the Waco inferno, a Delta Group Force was inserted into the compound. Their orders were to kill the seven "sleepers" and disarm the device. The "sleepers" were killed, but the DFG group never had the time to find the device and disarm it.

The compound exploded in flames. The DFG team barely made it out alive. It was their belief that the FBI, the Department of Justice and the Clinton Administration intended to kill them also. This is why they gave their story to Paul Wilcher. In an operation like this, each person is "compartmented" and only told their part of the mission. The DFG team had no idea that Janet Reno knew about the existence of the device. It is not known if she knew about the mind control project or just thought the Davidians were a terrorist group with a device that could wipe out hundreds of thousands of Americans. ….."

Freeper Ada Coddington 5/18/00 response "…… One problem with the Wilcher theory is that as far as we know mind control has not yet been perfected to the state he describes. About the only thing supporting that is that strange statement Koresh supposedly made to Rodriguez (at the time I thought it was an ATF lie), "they got me once and they are not going to get me again". True, Koresh had been in custody once, but he suffered nothing from it and walked out a free man. Obviously he was not referring to the sheriff's office and as far as we know, no federal agency ever had him in custody. ……"

Alamo-Girl 5/18/00 response: "….I did find one statement that might be a bit out-of-whack with the facts: According to our Source, by the time the FBI got involved, Janet Reno had already been briefed about the device. The DOJ Waco Timeline shows that at 9:30 a.m. EST on March 1, control of the Waco operation passed from the ATF to the FBI whereas Janet Reno was not sworn in until March 12th. Perhaps the source didn't mean the FBI's getting involved with Waco but rather their getting involved with the WMD at Waco - or perhaps Janet Reno was briefed well ahead of being sworn in?!

A few more supporting tidbits from the timeline: On March 21st there was a 2,000 gallon "diesel" spill and suddenly the next day the FBI started pushing hard to gas the compound. As of April 7th, people trying to leave the compound were "flash banged" and forced back inside. From then on there appears to be a strong effort to contain them in the compound, e.g. concertina wire - and on 4/19/93 the alleged crushing of exits and firing/blinding of people trying to escape. Very significantly - on the day before - 4/18/93 - a Delta Force operative is within 6 feet of Koresh and asks whether to nab him but command says not to do so, because they have a plan....

FBI: Henry.
Koresh: Henry - I'm sorry. In 1985, I presented a truth. And everybody that's here - I had to debate and I had to talk to, and I had show from the scriptures. I had to prove my point for many hours, days, months, and sometimes years with certain people here.
FBI: Um, hm.
Koresh: They went to scholars. They went to theologians. I have a very unique group here.
FBI: Yes. You do.
Koresh: Not ignorant people - not stupid people. Now there are some people - that in the beginning - that went out like Kevin and Brad. Individuals that were - you know - people that were out there - bar rollers and stuff like that. Rough and tough guys. Now they're not - they're not the theologians of the world, but they're guys that need a lot of patience, and - you know - with a little bit of refinement and a little bit of proof to them - they can - they can be good people.

Wooly_mammoth - Waco was an Intelligence Related Shutdown, like this one:

From/for wooly_mammoth concerning Chuck Byers

Ahwatukee Foothill News ahwatukee.com http://www.ahwatukee.com 1997
Phoenix, AZ Ammo Removed From AF Home
New River Munitions Manufacturer Arrested for Selling Ammo to Israel
Patty McCormac, Doug Murphy and Adriane Hopkins Staff Writers

"……New River munitions manufacturer Charles "Chuck" Byers, is back in Federal Court and hot water after a search warrant was served on his Ahwatukee Foothills home Thursday morning……The warrant was served about 11:30 a.m., at Byers' home at 11833 S. Winnebago St. by agents of the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms who were aided by the Phoenix Police Department Bomb Squad……Taken from the home were ammunition and ammunition components…..

….Byers was arrested at about 10 a.m. Thursday in downtown Phoenix on suspicion of manufacturing ammunition and selling it to unlicensed persons, a federal violation, Bettendorf said….. The charges stem from allegations that Byers had shipped 4,500 rounds of special 12-gauge shotgun ammunition to Israeli police, Bettendorf confirmed…..In the complaint filed by the federal government, this was only a portion of a $21,000 order placed by Israeli police…….

……Joe Heinzl, Byers' attorney called the charges, "more of the same," and wondered why his client was arrested by U.S. Marshals on the street when he had been so cooperative in the past. Heinzl said Byers could have come in on his own……Heinzl also said it was odd that Byers had just served a $10 million lawsuit against the federal government for blowing up his ranch in New River and then a few days later is arrested…..

….Byers, a former munitions maker, was arrested in 1989 by federal agents and charged and convicted of trying to bribe a Naval commander into buying hand grenades from his business. Byers lost his license and served time in federal prison………In October 1997, the ATF and Maricopa County Sheriffs Deputies served a search warrant on his ranch on 27th Avenue in New River, where they found tons of some identifiable and some unidentifiable chemicals. Some were blown up immediately, but authorities were nervous about moving some of the other volatile explosives and decided instead to burn them. Neighbors of the ranch objected strongly, asking what would happen to their air, water and surrounding environment…..

…..The ATF then began quietly hauling truckloads of the munitions away from the ranch. Residents around the ranch were not notified or evacuated when the removal began….. Bettendorf said Army Corps of Engineer members have been on site 24-hours a day in New River since October to make sure all remains stable…….. Byers claimed that he was being harassed by the federal government because of his past involvement with the CIA……"

Letter allegedly written by Chuck Byers to Portor Goss:

Honorable Portor Goss
February, 14 , 1998
Chairman House Intelligence Oversight Committee
US House of Representatives
Washington, D.C.

Subject: My knowledge of CIA involvement in the crash of the Gander Arrow Air DC-8 and PAN AM 103

Dear Chairman Goss,

My specialized knowledge of ordinance, explosives and pyrotechnics may provide the missing insights needed to solve several major terrorist crimes. For 15 years my company ACCURACY SYSTEMS ORDINANCE CORPORATION, provided specialized explosive devices to law enforcement, the military, Special Forces and the Central Intelligence Agency.

As you read this letter Accuracy Systems' former munitions manufacturing facilities in New River, Arizona are under occupation of the BATF who moved onto the property Sept. 20, 1997 and have been occupying the facilities there at considerable expense to the tax payers ever since. Their intent from the start has been to "blow up" the explosives magazines and burn our former research and development workshop and its contents --- and in the process --- destroy certain evidence that can link U S aircraft bombings to the CIA, a former client of Accuracy Systems…..

Three weeks after this disaster, Arleigh McCree, head of the LAPD bomb squad and a professional friend of mine, was visiting with me in Phoenix and examining items in our museum. This was where we kept samples of all of the different "Special Ordnance Devices" that we had produced over the previous twenty-something years. When Sgt. McCree saw one these items, he excitedly proclaimed that it was the device that blew up a plane. He said he would need to get federal clearance to discuss this in more detail with me. He did not reveal the exact plane at the time. Just four weeks later Arleigh McCree and his partner were killed disarming a pipe bomb that was booby-trapped. You will see from the enclosed article on this tragedy that these two deaths were also very unusual. In fact these are the only two members of the LAPD bomb squad to ever die this way.

Sometime later when I began asking questions in professional circles I started to develop serious difficulties with certain agencies of the federal government. I was framed and convicted for a crime I did not commit. An attempt was made to implicate me in a plot to assassinate Corizon Aquino. On the same day that a sophisticated assassination weapon arrived in Australia for this purpose a bomb arrived in the mail addressed to me. It killed my plant manager instead. Certainly I would like to investigate the wrongs by these federal agencies. However, the real reason I am sending you the reports of federal efforts to silence me is to emphasize the value of the specialized knowledge that I possess. As a second example, I present photos of the detonator that initiated the bomb on PAN AM 103. I know where this circuit board was manufactured in Florida, not Europe, and that it was sold exclusively to the CIA--- not to the Libyans!

…..I am sending this letter to every member of Congress in the hope that each of you will support my efforts to find answers to the haunting questions raised by the facts presented in this letter.

All of my current efforts to have local and federal law enforcement agencies (including their parent agencies in DC) investigate these matters have been unsuccessful. In fact, our US Attorney has actually defended the perpetrators and local US District Court judges have refused to act on my requests, or, in most cases, simply Dismissed them or ruled in favor of the U S Attorney. In spite of overwhelming evidence that not only am I telling the truth, but the Federal Agents are lying, filing False Affidavits or otherwise knowingly misleading the Court.

Since this matter represents a situation of extreme national importance, I am requesting you to immediately initiate hearings before the HOUSE INTELLIGENCE OVERSIGHT COMMITTEE to thoroughly investigate these charges and to bring the guilty perpetrators to justice.

Respectfully,
Charles M. Byers
President

F. aristeides – Gordon Novel says Waco was to Send a Message

Aristeides 5/19/00 "…..As I recall, in his 1996 radio interview, Gordon Novel attributed the Waco assaults to two things, naming Colby as his source: (1) the Clinton administration wanted to show the Serbs that it had to be taken seriously, and (2) the NWO feared the technology for free energy that the Davidians allegedly possessed. I don't have the time to dig up the references now, but if you run a Free Republic search on "title:"waco" -and from:"aristeides"", you'll find the ten installments of "Waco: A Carefully Planned Event?" ….."

Radio Interview of Gordon Novel (Installment 8) 10/17/96 Freeper aristeides "…. I: --so, we've got Gordon Novel on today, and we're going to go to him and he's talking to us from jail there and where you at, Gordon? C: Zanesville, Ohio, but not for long I'm told. I: All right, what'd they tell you? C: Well, they're not exactly happy about these shows. From what I gather some, some guys say I'm trying to become an American Mandella so, that's not exactly true. Because I'm not really deep into politics, and as you know I run a security company called Force One which does investigations particularly forensic criminology at a science level and so I'm just giving you some background. All of my friends that I'm talking to are saying, you know, I won't live through this but I may be able to give you some reasons today, with a little life insurance and try to give you some more insight to this Clinton Administration…..

….. so let me just say that I made a statement that I saw the D Plan that was used to genocide the Davidians on July 3rd as the result of one of Colby's friends getting it right before he was killed and drowned or whatever you want to call it. That's a euphemism around the CIA because it seems anybody at the CIA has to be terminated by somebody else's agency they tend to drown and it's been very, very common over the years because it's sort of difficult to trace a drowning death particularly when a frogman grabs you and pulls you down off your canoe and it gets kind of tough to survive it….

….But, let me just say that the bomb material that-- Waco is always symbolized by the bomb that went off over the building at the middle of the fire. We have done an invest-- rather an in depth research into that. We have the bomb container. We have the photographs of the rocket-like blasted hole in the top of the church vault where 28 women and children were killed by the bomb and many of them were obliterated.….. But I think what we can tell you is that if the FBI says they didn't bomb the building and kill those people there-- First there is this Forward Looking InfraRed video tape that one of your announcers there is rather familiar with and which I supplied a lot, which I supplied to him the technical information about the tape….

….There's about 66 gun shots or 76 by my count, 66 by some other counts but those shots were fired in the back of the building. The press was 2 ? miles away in a one square block area, isolated by the FBI so they couldn't see what was going on particularly behind the building. There was a courthouse SANITAIRE(?) of about five miles around the building and a flight? no one was allowed to fly over the building. No press was allowed to fly over the building for up to-- I don't know, thirty or forty thousand feet…..

…..So, I mean, the FBI was trying to conceal their information and what they were doing out there. I'll just say this that we, we know a lot more than I'm telling you that we know. And Mr. Clark is aware of it, as are some of the others. The bomb material, gentlemen and , at the hostage rescue team was, as you know as detasheet, d-e-t-a-s-h-e-e-t, which comes in olive drab waxed paper in 10 x 20 inch lengths and was put into a 20 inch camping container which we have all the photographs of and this is a PETN plastic explosive….

…..So that just so happens that when you put that much detasheet inside of a 20" x 8" high container you'll get exactly that type of fireball and exactly that type of hole in the top of the vault so its about as good a evidence as you can possibly get. The FLIR tape shows them setting the fire. Igniting the fire. It shows them killing women and children. At the height of the fire, 40 or 50 rounds being directed at the women and children trying to flee the church vault in the back of the building because they could only exit from the back of the building so when the government tells you they didn't murder these people, they are absolutely lying to you……

……Colby, when he supplied me this FLIR tape, their were dozens of people who became aware of it in order to protect me and to protect him, but we apparently didn't protect him and I'm not sure we protected me very well because I really wouldn't be here. ….. ….. But what I'm telling you is that Colby felt that Clinton was the most morally corrupt president that, in the history of the United States. I've got to say I agree with that. It ah, was ah, he was particularly perturbed even though, as I understand, he was member of the Council of Foreign Relations. He indicated he was……

…..The Davidians got a good sample of a no knock warrant and they were stormed by a battalion of storm troopers, and on a Sunday morning women and children were shot willy nilly and I can assure you those people were as peaceful-- selling guns at gun shows doesn't make them bad guys. David Koresh wasn't any worse than Brigham Young. Brigham Young, or Joseph Smith, the Mormon religion has 5 million members, a $28 billion organization was founded by a guy like David Koresh…… ….. So and I might add they did the same to Joseph Smith. If the man wants to have 15 wives then he needs to move to Utah. That was David Koresh's problem. I've investigated the man. I don't find him to be a deviate. I found him to be an extremely religious human being. The women loved him. The children loved him and most of his male followers around there were willing to give up their wives. Now, they had to believe in this guy. Whether or not he was preaching BS or didn't know what he was doing, it's his right to do that. It's our right to listen to somebody. If they want to be the Messiah, then let them be the Messiah. If they don't sell, then they won't sell. I mean, it's a market place out there….. ….But to take away our freedoms of religion by destroying a little church that had been sitting out there for 65 years and knocking it off the map in order to send a message to everybody--you better give up your guns when we come to get them, and send a signal to the Bosnians, is pretty sick…."

Freeper frankm from part three Gordon Novel, October 17, 1996 "...There's a missing five and a half minute section of the tape from 10:40 to 11:02 or somewhere in there, 10:47 to 11:02 AM in the morning and I saw that tape in New Orleans on December 22, 1995 and Colby didn't want to release that tape because he says if I give you that, he says, they're going to know who, who is getting all this information and ah, as a result, we saw them using blinding lasers being fired at Davidians who tried to come out of the building in the rear and they were blinded and then the tanks came up and drove them into the building and pushed the blade directly at them. But it was all on the missing five minutes tape...."

10/17/96 Radio Interview of Gordon Novel (Installment IX) Freeper aristeides "……

I: Gordon, what was that ARV Plan that you were talking about?

C: Well, what, if I tell you what ARV stands for then, I'm going to be, there are going to be people who are going to say, "Now wait a second. That's kind of heavy duty. So I'm not going to tell you what it means.

By heavy duty I mean so outrageously unbelievable that you wouldn't know. But I can just tell you this. And if anybody in the Defense Department is listening, pay attention gentlemen. If this mess in Ohio is not cleaned up when I walk out of here and if I don't walk out on February 7th, on my birthday, I promise you I'm going to publish world wide your secret ARV Plans and the technology behind them, cause Colby gave them to me. And I can only tell you it probably cost him his life.

The evidence that you have in the Waco case came in from the same source. The ARV Plan gives you free energy. You don't have to pay for it. It's a one time cost. You pull your meter out of your box. You put this device in your box and that's the end of paying for electricity because in the world of atomic and subatomic systems there is a huge amount of space between the electrons and the nucleus of the atom. If the atom was as big as a baseball and the electrons were as big as a golf ball, you could put the golf ball on the Brooklyn Bridge and you could put-- Well I wouldn't say the Brooklyn Bridge, lets say the George Washington Bridge, you could put the nucleus of the atom, the proton and the neutron on the George Washington Bridge and the electrons would be on the Golden Gate Bridge. Anything in between is energy.

The pictures of it, we have the original receipts now. We have the original-- It was an absolutely empty container. The University of Maryland was paid a quarter of a million dollars by the Justice Department to write a report that attributed that explosion in that blast over the church vault as being a hundred gallons of propane. On Gordon Novel - Public Action, Inc. 12/30/99 Carol Valentine …… Clark's investigator was long time intelligence operative Gordon Novel, whose close ties to the CIA and the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) span decades. Novel certainly should have been able to recognize the tell-tale marks of a Special Operations demolition fire. On the other hand, we might expect that Novel would protect his life-long friends in the military/intelligence community--he is one of theirs. It would be exceedingly naive to expect him to "investigate" Waco……Novel admits his close ties to DIA. In an interview with the American Freedom Network on October 10, 1996 (as mentioned above, we have confirmed the authenticity of the interview with AFN), Novel spoke of his security company, Force One, which was in operation at the time of the Waco raid. "At the time I had General Daniel O'Graham, who's the, was then the ah, former Deputy Director at the CIA and the Director of Defense Intelligence Agency." According to the AFN transcript, Novel said he (Novel) knew of the Waco raid three weeks before the event. He was told about the raid by "'a very close friend of mine, the former Special Agent in charge of ATF in New Orleans who had hired the four agents' ([who were killed entering the building.]" …."

On Gordon Novel - Public Action, Inc. 12/30/99 Carol Valentine "….This "close friend" -- according to Novel, Mike Hall, the man who conducted the siege of the Covenant of the Sword and the Lord in 1985 -- told Novel the Mt. Carmel raid would not succeed. Novel then called General O'Graham. Remember, according to Novel, O'Graham was at the time the Director of the Defense Intelligence Agency and on the Board of Directors of Novel's security company. "Danny, what is going on?" Novel asked. "He says: 'I don't know.' He says, 'but whatever it is,' he says, 'it's national security.'" Later in the interview, Novel says: "I am very pro CIA and I can tell you that there are some good guys that still work for the FBI but not a lot of them." ….."

On Gordon Novel - Public Action, Inc. 12/30/99 Carol Valentine Gordon Novel's name is mentioned several times by Jim Garrison in ON THE TRIAL OF THE ASSASSINS (above). During his investigation of the Kennedy assassination, Garrison found a trail of evidence which led him to a group of anti-Castro Cubans--and Gordon Novel. When Garrison was trying Clay Shaw for conspiracy to assassinate Kennedy, Garrison attempted to extradite Novel from Ohio to Louisiana for the trial. Garrison's extradition efforts were thwarted by Ohio officials…….Garrison cites a number of verifications that Novel was a CIA operative (pgs. 45, 193, 208-210, 266, 353). All in all, with his admitted ties to the Defense Intelligence Agency, his admitted admiration for the CIA, and the history Garrison provides, putting Novel in charge of investigation during the preparation of a Waco law suit is asking a defense contractor to investigate the Pentagon……"

On Gordon Novel - Public Action, Inc. 12/30/99 Carol Valentine "….Caddell has received a great deal of favorable press coverage. In an article written by Lee Hancock of the Dallas Morning News on October 31, 1999 ("The Waco network: Loose-knit group has spurred revelations on 1993 Branch Davidian siege"), Caddell complains that the US has been withholding evidence he needed to pursue his case. "Because of the government's stonewalling, we've been forced to rely on this loose-knit coalition," he is quoted as saying. "Without their getting information that the government kept from us, we wouldn't have a case." This loose-knit coalition of Caddell's includes Gordon Novel (Ramsey Clark's investigator, see above) and Michael McNulty, the co-producer and director of research for the video "Waco: The Rules of Engagement" and researcher for "Waco: A New Revelation." ……"

Waco Researchers:

NewsMax.com 4/30/00 David Hardy ".......I said I'd heard statements like that -- the truth about Waco could not be explored, for fear of violence, but discarded them as agency excuses. .....

Carlos said no -- the fear is real, and it's not poppycock. The truth is really that grim. The Committee had not yet figured out how to reveal the truth without running this risk, and until it did, it had to disavow his work and sit on the other information.

Much of the data was in the hands of certain key reporters (a few of whom he named), and they were sitting on it for the same reason. But it would come out in time......"

Your assistance in laying out the various alternative theories and evaluating them is very much appreciated!!!

Whether implied, intentional, ulterior-motivational planning or simple coincidence,...all of the threads really point to a simple explanation, which I grant is unbelievable bizarre from an initial introduction.

Simply stated, angels and fallen angels exist, many creatures other than man exist, a Divine plan is in operation, all reporting directs one to a version of Octopus related to every conspiracy theory group imaginable involved in a convoluted deal with the Devil to guide and sucker as much as mankind as possible away from God and lead them towards antichristian goals. Multiple liabilities exist. Multiple points of view and agendas exist. Some are fallacious to distract, some are so truthful, that they appear incredible.

Seven Seals and angelic conflict interfacing with mankind and Prophecy are involved. I suspect, Koresh had it wrong,...at least what has been reported about him,...but also see much reported about his religious studies has been fabricated to provide justification and deniability to governmental and NGOs involved, whomever they are.

This also ties into numerous other conspiracy theories too easily to be dismissed. Conspiracy theories of many years ago and those just recently forming.

There is a fog of war present with multiple parties playing,...to such an extent that some prepared plans are reviewed prior to final implementation and then reevaluated to play another angle because of unopposed weaknesses in the multiple party gaming. (IMHO)

Getting warmer?

my two cents: I believe in the long run we will find a number of these theories are valid. I would imagine there could be advantages for each participating group. IE: ATF funding...make a scene while at the same time Clinton wants to show force...this is a good way and buddy Buford can help...plus what a way to get rid of those pesky ole bodyguards (I hate how I think these days)...and the FBI and CIA are going at it and oops one of the little projects is about to come unraveled, and so on and so on.

The one thing I know is true is that there were those who were used in the process. I pray for them and hope they have the courage to come forward and help lay it out in front of us, and to those who already have, if they exist, THANK YOU. /my two cents

Thank you so much for ALL of your research on this and myriad other Freeper projects!!!

I certainly think we are getting much warmer and agree with you that each agency/person was playing to their own self-interest, which BTW will help us solve the puzzle!!!

I absolutely also agree with your statement The one thing I know is true is that there were those who were used in the process. I think my theory's in a reasonable spot and I think it's a reasonable theory. Why did the government go onto Randy Weaver's land and start shooting innocent civilians the way they did with no warning? Just like at Waco, it makes no sense, but they did it. I think because they want a military conflict with elements that can be said are 'right-wing' as this type of a conflict suits "somebody"'s agenda and those "somebody"'s are in charge. This element of our own government that would seek military conflict between and among Americans must be flushed out and defeated by prosecuting the criminals who murdered the civilians at Waco. Our elected representatives who each swear to uphold the constitution are cowards before this task. Unless the mainstream media is on board or unless the monopoly on the news by the mainstream media can be broken, nothng can be done about these murders.

Wake up and smell the roses. Several credible people wanting to provide evidence against the government regarding Waco are dead. The evidence including video overwhelmingly shows that these people were murdered in cold blood. Our news media simply won't report on the evidence concerning Waco. It is one of many stories that they flee. If they're not being held on a leash with regards to certain stories, then up is down and down is up.

Many of our elected representatives are aware that they exist in an environmnet of limits, there are certain questions, certain issues that they simply cannot explore. More than one of the individual congresspersons who heard the Waco testimony said that they could tell they were being lied to the whole time from the Attorney General on down. If you watch the questions and answers, then you can see it easily as well and yet it's not news.

It takes a special type of an evil for Americans in the employ of the federal monster to kill in cold blood American men, women and children in their home. These people did this. The American civil authorities should hunt these people down, arrest these people, try these people and jail these people for the rest of their lives.

Those who are caught on film leaning out of a helicopter and shooting down into un-armed civilians in a surprise attack are not innocent. They are guilty of murder.

Those who shot incendiary grenades into the building knew that they were burning that building down when they did this. They should be arrested and put on trial for murder.

Those who jumped out of the armored personnel carrier to fix a special explosive over the concrete building and then ran into that building to spray the occupants with bullets are guilty of murder. The evidence shows that somebody wearing a US government uniform did these things.

Those who fired their guns into the group of civilians trying to escape on 4/19/93 are guilty of murder and should be treated as such.

It is my view that both in the summer of 92 and the spring of 93 the government sought military conflict with elements in America that can be called 'right-wing'. In both cases the citizens refused to fight with the government. That our governemnt would seek this conflict is very bad news. A free people would cut the funding for a federal agency such as the BATF that was so important in the execution of those events of 92 and 93 as a means of chastising federal law enforcement agencies for their bad deeds. Instead, we've doubled or tripled funding of the BATF over the last 8 years. We are not a free people. Our masters smile on this agency and have plans for it, if we were free, then this would not occur, we would've moved that agency's funding and functions into another agency in order to chastise bad behavior by these federal cops.

I'd like to add under "Accidents," another possibility, "incompetence." Gov't employees are boobs, under-intellegent folks who are motivated only by making their own numbers look good. Some jerk on site realized his OT $s were almost gone and it would be a negative on his performance review unless he did something. Same with all the Martian landers that were lost, the fires at Los Alamos, State Dept. lap tops. Most often, after a blunder, to avoid discovery or shift the blame, gov't. folks aù âpill lie, desÙ€ evidence, and stone wall to evade blame.

Some pieces come easier than others. So true, amom!!! Good luck on the COMM room!

It strikes me as odd that Peerwani referred to the Communications Room without breaking stride in his interview in August of 95 - whereas Ol' Dan Tucker's autopsy review places the bodies of Koresh and Schneider recovered from the hallway. The hallway is mentioned again on 4/19/93 at 12:04 - the FBI claiming the Davidians started a fire there but the arson investigators disagree.

http://www.mnsinc.com/SkyWriter/WacoMuseum/burial/doc/wre_rev1.html "....David Thibodeau says: "At 12:00 someone yelled from the upstairs that there was a fire. ...There was a cat walk that was leading over the rafters of the church area I got to a blanket I opened the blanket up and a wall of flame shoots down the hallway in front of my face . . . " (Script, pg. 37.) ...." I wonder if this is the same hallway...

http://www.morningnews.com/specials/waco/federal/w0904.htm ".......Dr. Peerwani, who said he plans to present detailed findings of his Branch Davidian investigation to the National Association of Medical Examiners convention in Fort Worth next weekend, also noted that the bodies of Mr. Schneider and Mr. Koresh were found outside a concrete bunker where many of the bodies of cultists were recovered. ...... Both were in a small area dubbed "the communications room" between the bunker and the compound's kitchen. Someone trying to flee would have had to go about 25 yards to get from the bunker through the communications room to an exit in the kitchen area, Dr. Peerwani said......" (This article is an interesting read, amom!)

Hmmmm .... that last mention of the communications room being between the concrete bunker and the kitchen brings this jewel to mind from the attachment to Wilcher's report (credibility not determined) - but for your information:

"....Molten metal fused to Kitchen appliances – 65kg of sulfur/zinc volatile mass. That means: the device was in 5 parts, kept in separate munitions bunkers (level 2&3.) The mineral/gaseous mass found at ground 0 were massed to various kitchen appliances and indicate that the compound of the mass was jellied! Ignition occurred electronically; ignition for secondaries was delivered via mercury acid fuses located at canister base..."

Amazing amount of information here, taking a day this week to read all of it with pen and paper. There are still so many dots to connect in this abuse we call WACO.

My theory is there was a spy shop there with maybe more than one nation's intelligence service involved. That was not the only reason for the raid, or conducting it in the manner they did. They were probably killing several birds with one stone: Seeing how far they could push the envelope on violence toward citizens, testing weapons and tactics, testing psy-ops and media coordination, etc. Being that the raid was canceled, only to be re-instated, on the Friday before, the WORLD TRADE CENTER BOMBING may also have had something to do with the both the re-instatement of the raid and its timing, which was less than 48 hours later. Waco took the World Trade Center out of the news for 51 days. I think that was a consideration as well.

A-G: My statement "over-reaction to thugs" should be placed in the following context.

There are organizations (or at least members of organizations -- such as the Aryan Nation) and other individuals in the U.S. that spout off at the mouth about the violent overthrow of the government and the destruction of any group or persons they do not care for.

Sometimes, talking changes to action (not necessarily by the same people -- but perhaps in the same group or inspired by the talk) and violence does occur, i.e. the cold-blooded murder of the Denver DJ, which took place some time before the raid on Ruby Ridge. (That is where the thugs come into my assessment.)

It is my understanding that the crime with which Weaver was charged was initiated by a police informant who had infiltrated the Aryan Nation after the Denver murder, apparently in an effort to keep an eye on groups who had talked about the violence they were capable of inflicting. These same groups are made up of individuals who have a paranoid reaction to any action of the government. (Whether that paranoia is appropriate can be argued some place else. The fact is, it exists.)

It seems to me that the government and the groups do not trust each other (which is putting it very mildly) and look at the other as a very real and menacing enemy.

While I am not suggesting that the Weaver family or even every member of the Aryan Nation (with whom the Weaver family had some contact - note I am saying contact, not association) are violent, I am suggesting that they would be in a group of people closely looked at by the government after the murder of the DJ and other events that took place in the same time-frame.

It is in that context that the raids on Ruby Ridge and Waco occurred. The government was hypersensitive to what they saw as a potential for violence against innocent citizens by the members of these groups and those who appeared to support them (including the Weaver's), especially anyone who relied on a religious perspective to support their positions. The Weaver's saw what they took to be double dealing by a government they already feared (remember that ... feared).

So, a standoff resulted. Then, when the government took action to arrest Randy Weaver (after about a year of pussyfooting around), Sammy Weaver (13 or 14 years old) was shot in the back and killed. In that same encounter, a U.S. Marshall was killed.

Now, we have two of the government's worst nightmares rolled into one -- a botched operation (no way to hide it -- a child was killed (shot in the back)) and the death in the line of duty of one of its own.

The result: Over-reaction by the government to perceived threat by a group that already regards the government as a very real enemy and subsequent counter-reaction by that group.

The action taken by the government (like the other best-laid plans of mice and men) went awry and the result was over-kill (literally) of the intended operation.

Waco occurred less than a year after Ruby Ridge. I believe the same mindset (on both sides) prevailed, just reinforced by the events at Ruby Ridge. Some of the government agents were at both. So, it is not surprising that a similar reaction occured.

Just my two cents worth.

Didn't answer your question, just started talking. Sorry. I think my theory could be more closely stated as: Government over-reaction to perceived threat from groups who have stated that the government is their enemy and who have talked about the potential for violence.

Think that's closer. I think the category is right.

Are you going to revise the time-line the way I can't remember his name suggested. If so, please let me know. I will wait to run out the 93 or so pages until afterward. Thanks.

Over-reaction may have been a factor, certainly, but IMHO by reviewing the spotlight focused on the event, the political point of view of the Administration, the mechanics to replace seasoned GS and executive service employees in bulk with politically favored good ol' boys, obfuscation of professioanl teamwork on the side of law enforcement by the nature of the "joint" organization with unity of command paramount to answer almost directly to the WH/AG,...there's IMHO something much more sinister involved.

Let's look at some of the similarities between Waco and the Elian affair when looking at possible courses of action by the AG/WH. In both cases, we have a socialistic leaning democratic liberal ideology which desires to display full authority over a situation by the use of force.

In both situations, the typical conservative point of view to respect law and order is molded by liberal press spin to imply conservatives are heinous and action must be taken, violent action if necessary by the government.

Both situations place the Clinton Administration in a contrived "good guy" position with adverse and deplorable results. This contradiction tends to encourage political, if not action to resolve a litany of wrongs.

The mechanics of the operation implies action must be taken against law enforcement, which in turn implies honest and honorable officers attempting to respect the rights of all parties will be placed in the defensive in the future. This is the natural political response to these activities. Considering the perspective of the democratic socialists, if they are not in power, this will allow them to commit criminal activity will less inhibition from law enforcement. It additionally allows the democratic socialists to blame law enforcement and discourage its conservative approach.

Let's take the converse action. Rather than blaming law enforcement, to blame the victims. In this case, the rights enumerated and unmentioned in the COnstitution and Bill of Rights are obviously ignored to the hilt, providing precedence for the Administration to continue their abuse of power.

This same scenario has arisen with Elian.

Blame the Cuban-Americans for "keeping the boy from his father", which promotes government intervention. Concurrently, the Clinton Administration ignores the obviously heinous reputation of the Castro dictatorship and tyranny of the Cuban government over many of the most basic of commonly accepted rights by US citizens, while encouraging a contrived violent conflict to bait public emotion against law enforcement.

The bottom line is that this Administration seeks every method to destroy the implicit values which support an accountably responsible free society. Contrived power plays open their future options so they have an emotionally political power base to attempt further rebellion against law and order if conservatives win politically, concurrently seizing opportunity to further eliminate any opposition to their power politics if they succeed in power games. (IMHO) This is the least ethical and most amoral Administration and Democratic party in our history.

Now a difficult leadership question evolves. To what extent are the numerous foibles, crimes, contrived actions, unnecessarily violent actions, ethical vices, and grossly inappropriate behavior a result of intentional planning, management of a contrived debaucle, a tragic comedy of errors, and conspiracy carousings?

It's obvious that little responsible leadership has been provided by this Administration to correct perceived and actual wrongs or to discourage future wrongs and criminal activity. Instead this Administration rejoices at contrived conflict, obvious injustice, and then gloats in ignorance of vice.

During this period of confusion, real enemies of the Constitution, namely the socialist democrats, will seize opportunities to further entrench their power bases, at least until a more responsible and accountable government is elected into office. IMHO, The minimal criterion for such a government will explicitly ensure all those who have defended this Administration are permanently removed from power so a very real cost is paid by those who have attacked the Constitution as domestic enemies, namely the socialist democrats.

Unbelievable compilation! Great work!

I only have a couple of comments to add for clarification. First, I have heard that the Branch Davidians were targeted as one of several churches with gun rooms. Prior to Clinton taking office, another church (with a gun room) was hit with a raid. Waco was the second raid. Perhaps someone knows the details of the first raid. As I recall, (it was probably in the Bush Adm.) there was a religious sect that was raided and I believe it was in Arkansas or somewhere in that area of the country. For what ever reason, the powers that be, object to religious sects who 'have gun rooms.' Then Waco turned out to be such a disaster that no further churches were raided - yet.

Yes, Koresh had a gun dealer license. Guns were bought and sold at gun shows to help pay the bills of the group. At the time of the Waco raid, many of the guns and two or three of the Branch Davidians were at a gun show - and not available at the 'compound' to assist in the defense of the Branch Davidians. Of course, the BATF knew this.

I personally believe the Gordon Novel 'theory' which is that the raid was to impress foreigners (Bosnia and others) that if the Clinton Adm. would kill Americans is such a way, that they would not hesitate to do the same to foreign 'terrorists.'

OK I'm back in the groove again. Here's a map in case you're interested. The room which has the numbers 6,7,8 is the one. David Koresh is number 8 and Steven is 7 and Mark Wendel is 6. From the WacoMuseum site. On another map it's indicated as the telephone room as far as I can make out.

Time for bed here. Nite :-)

Jeepers! I'm confused. The maps do not agree with the remarks made by Peerwani: Both were in a small area dubbed "the communications room" between the bunker and the compound's kitchen. Someone trying to flee would have had to go about 25 yards to get from the bunker through the communications room to an exit in the kitchen area, Dr. Peerwani said

And neither the maps nor Peerwani's statement agree with Ol' Dan Tucker's placement of the bodies of Koresh and Schneider in the hallway! I'm giving him a jingle - maybe he can help clear this up!!!

Here's another map from the WacoMuseum. It's a cleaner look but it's noted as not being very accurate, I haven't studied it enough to know what the inaccuracies are. But I bet Old Dan Tucker could fill us in.

This WacoMuseum site is chocked full of data and documents. For the past year or so of searching on the internet I have found more valuable facts there and am now to the point where I think I should just sit down and study the entire place so I don't miss anything. :-)

I agree! That site is a treasure chest of information!!!

The map (dumb diagram) you linked clearly shows the problem I'm having with this. The smart diagram linked off the dumb one is better but not clear.

ME Peerwani and the agent in the article above were very emphatic about what they were saying. And the way Peerwani describes it - the kitchen would not be next to the bunker, but rather 25 yards away, on the other side of the communications room which they would have to go through to get there.

The smart diagram shows a different configuration of walls in front of the bunker that might explain the comm room remark. However, in the Wilcher attachment - the location of the kitchen(s) could be extremely important since that is where a part of the alleged WMD was located.

I can't see the kitchen clearly on the smart diagram - but it's NOT where it says it is on the dumb diagram. Ol' Dan Tucker said Riddle and Steven & Philip Henry bodies were found there and on his map from our Waco Timeline it looks like a small area off the comm room. Taken altogether, it leaves me wondering if there was more than one kitchen...

I guess I didn't help any when I called the area where their bodies were recovered; the "hallway". Sorry for any confusion.

You're right about Peerwani's description not making any sense. A review of the different maps makes it clear that the "communications room" not between any part of the pantry ("bunker") and the kitchen. The kitchen is directly in front of the pantry ("bunker"). The first map is the first floor body recovery chart and the second is the so-called "smart diagram" of Mt. Carmel's first floor that shows the locations of the men's sleeping quarters (bedrooms). The "smart diagram" is surmised to be a copy of the map of the building used by the ATF during the initial raid on February 28.

There's some discrepency between the two maps that are linked in amom's post and Peerwani's description. The discrepency is where the "communications" or "telephone" room was located and Peerwani's description of where these three bodies were recovered. Peerwani described the area where the bodies being recovered as being the "communications room". But there is no "communications room" on any of the maps. There is a room that's labeled on the "smart diagram" as being the "telephone room". Peerwani then goes on to describe a convoluted exit path that doesn't agree with any of the known lay-outs of the building.

The "smart diagram" shows the "telephone room" located in front of the chapel between the front door and the chapel. The body recovery chart shows Wendel's, Schneider's and Koresh's bodies being recovered from the room between this "telephone" room and the kitchen. On the smart diagram, this room is labeled as the sleeping quarters (bedroom) of Greg Summers, Wayne Martin and Steve Schneider. The body recovery chart was taken from a map that Valentine calls the ""Dumb Diagram". If we look at this chart, we can see that neither the "communications/telephone room" nor the Wendel/Martin/Schneider "bedroom" have been labeled. Upon further reflection and because of the conflicting maps, it would probably be best to refer to the area where Wendel's, Schneider's and Koresh's bodies were listed as being recovered as "Room Adjacent to the Kitchen" rather than the "hallway". If you'd like to make this correction to the list of gunshot victims I posted, feel free to do so. This change is a minor one and doesn't alter anything I've already written about.

I would really like to see a map that clearly shows the bunker, the kitchen, the hallway, the comm room and the exits.

I don't think there is a map that clearly shows all of this. The closest to what you're looking for is probably the "Smart Diagram - First Floor" as this is probably the most accurate map.

But this does bring up an interesting contradiction between Peerwani's description and the "smart diagram". If the bodies of Wendel, Schneider and Koresh were recovered from a bedroom and not the "communications" or "telephone" room, then it changes the complexion of the conditions of Koresh's and Schneider's bodies. To call this room a "communications" or "telephone" room is to imply some sort of activity. A "bedroom" implies rest, sleep or some other form of "inactivity". It makes me ask, "Was this done to imply that they were awake and active when they died?" Good catch.

To: Ol' Dan Tucker and amom

Aha!!! Thank you so very much, Ol’ Dan Tucker!

This clears up a lot for me. Both the agent and Peerwani were saying that Koresh was trying to get to the exit and save himself, but Schneider intervened and did him in and then committed suicide. As totally wrong and matter-of-fact as Peerwani’s statement is – it sure looks to me like he was parroting a story given to him that he accepted as fact. (In the unlikely alternative he is a terribly smart man leaving a trail of bread crumbs for future citizen investigators.) IMHO, it looks like part of a rehearsed explanation meant to demonize Koresh posthumously – kinda like the bunker collapsing story that didn’t pan out either.

Using your lists, there were 19 with gunshot wounds, 13 were clearly to the head – an additional one is not clear - but only Schneider’s looked like the well taught Davidian method of suicide (gun in the mouth.) It just so happens the alleged after-action report attached to Wilcher’s document said "Inserted team terminated 12 by projectile to the base of skull or forehead, 10 minutes before incineration commenced." I don’t know when the autopsy reports were issued, but the alleged after-action report was dated on a fax as July 9 1993.

These numbers peak my curiosity even more about the attachment and the kitchen, in particular whether the mission, timing and evidence line up to match the account given:

The attachment describes the WMD device parts being located in the kitchen area (which we now know was just outside the only door into the bunker.)

At 09:28 the tank may have collapsed the stairway near the kitchen (boxing them in perhaps?) And we know from Jamar’s deposition that at 09:30 the listening devices had picked up conversations from a large group of women and children who had gathered in the kitchen, right next to the bunker. Then at 11:23 a tank is completely in the gym, at 11:54 the last voice is recorded from within the compound and the fires start at 12:07 (about 10 minutes apart, BTW!)

From your information (with the title lines changed to show proximity to the kitchen) we can see the gunshot victims’ bodies laying around in the aftermath as follows:

Kitchen:
20 - Jimmy Riddle - gunshot wound, mid-forehead (you said: "Common sense dictates that he was shot first, then run over by the tank. But the only known tank activity in the area where his body was recovered was the one that was supposed to have been gassing the pantry, so it's a reasonable assumption that his body was mutilated by this tank, which means that he was probably already dead when this tank broke through the walls and made a frontal assault on the pantry)
21 - Steven Henry - gunshot wounds
22 - Phillip Henry - multiple gunshot wounds, head and upper torso

Room next to the Kitchen
7 - Steve Schneider - gunshot wound, mouth
8 - David Koresh - gunshot wound, mid-forehead

Bunker room next to the Kitchen
31A - Aisha Summers - gunshot wound to the left chest
31D-E - parts of human skull, 11-14 yrs., gunshot wound to left skull
43 - Lisa Ferris - gunshot wound to the left head
44 - John Doe - gunshot wound to the left chest
45 - Mary Jean Borst - gunshot wound of the back
47 - Jane Doe - gunshot wound to the head
53 - Jane Doe 5-5.5 yrs. - gunshot wound to the left chest
66 - Jane Doe - gunshot wounds to the left back and thorax
67-B - infant - gunshot wound to the head

On top of the bunker room next to the Kitchen:
34 - Sonobe - gunshot wound of the head
35 - Shari Doyle - gunshot wound left posterior head
36 - David M. Jones - gunshot wound of the head
39 - Novellette Hipsman - gunshot wounds of the head and chest
41 - Neil Vaega - gunshot wound to the head

There appears to be a strange collection of head wound gunshot deaths in and around the kitchen, the numbers look just about right and there was a 10 minute interval. Very interesting…

Oops! I should explain how I would see this happening:

If the plan was a matter of national security which required they eliminate the WMD and all contaminants, plans and knowledge to build another - they might have herded the people into the kitchen/bunker area first, or drug them in there if already dead, gassed them into immobility or coma and then killed the ones that weren’t already dead (which would have been merciful at that point IMHO.)

After this, they would have set the WMD and contaminants (including the bodies) to be utterly destroyed perhaps as the alleged after-action attachment indicated "… Incineration occurred through the introduction of 80/90 MM 20 pound glycerine canisters which hold a flash point of 175F to accelerate the focused flash point. A C-2/4 tear gas (canister form) was inserted via 90MM Bradley barrels into the ripped structure to facilitate ignition. A combination of Oxygen and dimethyl alcohol was injected into the structure at intervals. Ignition occurred electronically; ignition for secondaries was delivered via mercury acid fuses located at canister base…."

more to follow....

Just a few bits on the trail of bread crumbs leading up to it:

00 DEC 1992 BATF Director Stephen Higgins said there was no probable cause to obtain a warrant; ATF agents requested CQB training by US Army Special Forces (after incident Treasury investigation does not refer to the request); US Attorney Johnston said the ATF had discussed capturing Koresh outside the compound and then searching inside but "inexplicably" the plans shifted to a "big paramilitary" raid…..

00 JAN 1993 – Gordon Novel (CIA affiliated, investigator for Davidian civil attorney Ramsey Clark) heard from a "close friend" Mike Hall that the Waco raid would not succeed. Novel called General O'Graham (Director of the Defense Intelligence Agency, and on the Board of Directors of Novel's security company) and asked "Danny, what is going on?" Novel asked. "He says: 'I don't know.' He says, 'but whatever it is,' he says, 'it's national security.'" ….

06 JAN 1993 – Texas National Guard Counterdrug UC-26 overflight of Davidian residence and Mag Bag (auto body shop) showed a "hot spot" inside the residence and 3 persons as "sentries";

14 JAN 1993 – Alabama National Guard under "memorandum of agreement" w/ Texas National guard conducted aerial photography; neither had sufficient authority per their own regs

15 JAN 1993 Col. Browning letter approved the 06 JAN 1993 request, to be provided by the Regional Logistics Support Office in El Paso, TX….

28 JAN 1993 (approx) ATF request for military assistance: "on-call" seven armored Bradley fighting vehicles, 100 gas masks, 500 sandbags, 90 sleeping bags, 15 night vision goggles, a water tank truck, ten tents, including one for "VIP sleeping" and one for "VIP meeting," electric generators and smoke generators "to cover two square kilometers with concealment smoke."

02 FEB 1993 Operation Alliance request of the Commanding General of JTF-6 for the use of Special Forces personnel; Lt Col Philip Lindley US Army Special Forces Command Staff Judge Advocate was notified after which the request was limited to "coordination on Army ranges and teaching ATF how to develop an operations order. "…….

03 FEB 1993 to 25 FEB 1993 – Texas National Guard conducted 5 more reconnaissance/surveillance overflights

16 FEB 1993 US Army Special Forces Command Sgt 1st Class Greg Handy, Sergeant First Class Chris Dunn and SSgt Cordell W Ackley left Fort Bliss for Fort Hood to survey training sites.

17 FEB 1993 Handy, Dunn and Ackley met with Hood's range control office to secure use of Hargrove MOUT (Military Operations Urban Terrain) Training Center; they also met with ATF agents Kenneth King and Bill Buford, team leaders of Special Response Units assigned to execute forced entries through second-floor windows at Mount Carmel.

19 FEB 1993 Handy, Dunn and Ackley returned to McGregor Range; ATF agents went over and asked Koresh to go shooting; he agreed and provided the ammunitions; the agents even handed him their guns

22 FEB 1993 Entire Detachment (Dunn, Handy, Staff Sergeant Jon F. Wilson, Ackley, Captain Clyde Moore SSgt. Michael J. Dooney, SSgt. Steven M. Fitts, SSgt. J C. Burkhardt and SSgt. Robert R. Moreland) returned to Hood; Dunn and Wilson met ATF point-of-contact, agent Kris Mayfield

24 FEB 1993 At Fort Hood, ATF leaders met with the special forces troops assigned to train them; the advisers helped construct a mock-up of Mount Carmel and opened the rifle range for ATF's sharpshooters, who practiced shooting from a range of 260 meters; troops impersonated Davidians to help training.

25 FEB 1993 to 27 FEB 1993 Eight man team of Green Berets trained more than 50 ATF agents at Ft Hood with limitation: Army medics could train how to treat "battlefield" injuries but could not attend the raid, Berets could train in the use of sophisticated firearms, but could not teach them close-quarter battle tactics, Berets could teach how to develop an attack plan but not participate in preparing or rehearsing a specific plan.

26 FEB 1993 World Trade Center bombing (FBI HRT investigating this would be sent to Waco);

28 FEB 1993 BATF raid at Davidian church near Waco, TX; several residents killed; 4 BATF raiders killed and several wounded/injured, and church leader David Koresh wounded by BATF submachinegun fire; Bill Buford injured.

00 MAR 1993 Secret CIA meeting concerning CAG participation in Waco (CAG participation was authorized by Joint Chiefs of Staff); General Peter Schoomaker (had once headed the Army's secret anti-terrorist unit Delta Force and now is at U.S. Special Forces Command at Macdill Air Force Base in Florida) visited Waco and later attended briefings with Reno

16 APR 1993 Hubbell reported that Reno’s answer was no; Sessions, Clark and Potts asked to see Reno personally; Reno wanted documentation; Koresh confirms he will come out after writing the manuscript "I'm giving you the simple answer. Yes. Yes. Yes. I never intended to die in here."

17 APR 1993 Reno received documentation and approved the tear gas plan; Louis Alaniz (first to sneak in) came out; FBI notified of Reno’s decision that evening and began preparations

18 APR 1993 Reno briefed Clinton; Delta penetrated the building (they had on several occasions) and saw Koresh w/I 6 feet and radioed Tactical Operations Center for permission to grab him – w/I minutes the word came back from the Justice Department "No, we already have a plan in place.";

13 MAY 1993 A document was written as a synopsis of the 14 APR 1993 meeting with Reno, Col Boykin, Gen Schoomaker and others; the after the fact memo stressed the military only played a "supporting role" and that they understood the legal restrictions on their activities

21 MAY 1993 Wilcher gave a 100 page report to the Department of Justice. On the cover page he says "….The lives of key participants, other witnesses, and even myself are now in grave danger as a result of my passing this information to you..." This is the first outside report of Delta Force involvement at Waco - it was not confirmed until summer of 1999

11 JUN 1993 Wilcher disappeared

Looks good. That'll assist inseeing where the various pieces fit. And add in at least one later detail, possibly related:

20 JUL 1993: Deputy White House Counsel found shot to death; probably murdered.

C-26 Metroliner Something more for you: UC26 aircraft/capability info. I wonder if maybe they've sheepdipped a couple of these for NEST teams. Counternarcotics ops would make a near-ideal cover story....

-archy-/-

Fairchild UC26

The C-26 is operated exclusively by the Air and Army National Guard and was first delivered in 1989. They have quick change passenger, medevac, or cargo interiors. The C-26A is the civilian equivalent of the Fairchild Metro III with the C-26B being equivalent to the Fairchild Metro 23. The C-26B(CD) [Counter Drug] and the UC-26 are National Guard Bureau aircraft used to support the Air National Guard in drug control operations. The UC-26C is a derivative of the Fairchild Merlin IVC. The C-26B provides time-sensitive movement of personnel and cargo, as well as limited medical evacuation. The UC-26C provides support to counter drug (CD) operations. Additionally, up to ten ANG C-26Bs are being modified to carry specialized electronic equipment used to support CD operations.

The C-26 aircraft, manufactured by Fairchild Aircraft Incorporated, is a high performance, fixed wing, pressurized, twin engine turboprop that has accomodations for a pilot and a co-pilot and 19 passengers and/or cargo or a combination of both. It is powered by two Garrett TPE331-12URH engines, rated at 1100 shaft horsepower (820 kw) takeoff power and 1000 shaft horsepower (746 kw) maximum continuous power and equipped with 106 inch (269 cm) diameter McCauly full feathering, reversible, constant speed four bladed propellers.

The aircraft represents an on-call, rapid response, modern air transport for high priority resupply and movement of key personnel to remote, unserviced or feeder sites. Specifically, the aircraft is used to deliver repair parts, equipment, technical teams, crash and accident investigation teams. In its role, such functions as range clearance, Medical Evacuation (MEDEVAC), administrative movement of personnel, transportation connections and courier flights are accomplished.

The C-26 Contractor Logistics Support (CLS) Follow-On Acquisition effort in 1997 focused on providing full CLS for 32 Air National Guard (ANG) and Army National Guard (ARNG) C-26B aircraft and 1 ANG UC-26C aircraft. The C-26 Program Office used acquisition streamlining initiatives to remove all Military Standards & Specifications (MIL STDs/SPECs) from the RFP. The RFP Support Office was employed to support the C-26 program. The team also reduced government-mandated Contract Data Requirements Lists (CDRLs) from 22 to 4, and substituted a performance-based Statement of Objectives (SOO) for a Statement of Work (SOW). The requirement was designed to conform to Federal Aviation Administration certifications and standards, creating a high level of interest and competition within the commercial industry. These efforts resulted in program cost avoidance of approximately $33.4M.

On 23 January 1998 the US Air Force Aeronautical Systems Center Reconnaissance Systems Program Office (ASC/RAKBL) awarded a $5,489,211 contract to Versatron Corp. for a replacement Forward Looking Infrared (FLIR) System for the Air National Guard C-26B Aircraft. The system is a third generation detector technology, non developmental item consisting of eleven installed and fully integrated systems and two complete spares. The FLIR system includes a Thermal Imaging System (TIS), color TV and Laser Range Finder all co-located in a single gimbal turret, plus any separate associated electronic units. The turret fits in the existing pod and weighs less than 145 pounds. The total system including the turret, electronic units and cabling weighs less than 285 pounds. The turret rotates a full 360 degree in azimuth field of regard and elevation coverage above 0 degree level elevation and beyond -90 degrees (NADIR). The FLIR is able to receive azimuth and elevation cue commands. The Modulation Transfer Function (MTF) and Noise Equivalent Temperature Difference (NETD) combined must result in a Minimum Resolvable Temperature Difference (MRTD) that provides thermal sensitivity and spatial resolution to detect and recognize a .5m x 2m man size target from other thermal sources or the background at 30,000 feet slant range under clear visibility weather conditions.

The timeline is awsome AG. And, as usual, thanks. I have one comment and one question.

comment: 25Feb-27Feb 93. Only two days for special training on injuries, sophisticated firearms, and how to develope an attack plan? Whew!

Question: on 00 Mar 93 the letters CAG appear. What do they stand for?

OK back to work now here. Hugs lady, you are awsome.

you know I have you figured out...there are actually 15 of you madly working away. ;-)

> The Fort Hood FLIR video project was staged by the government in order

>
> The first film, Waco: The Rules of Engagement, released in 1997,

> video taken during the Mt. Carmel Massacre. A former deputy director of
> the U.S. Defense Department's Night Vision Laboratory and a pioneer in
> the field of infrared thermal imaging who holds several patents on FLIR
> technology, Dr. Allard presents conclusive evidence that the
> government's own FLIR video shows multiple gunmen firing machineguns
> into the Mt. Carmel church during the massacre.
>
> The second film, Waco: A New Revelation, contains additional condemning
> analysis of the FLIR video, plus new information concerning the use of
> pyrotechnic devices and demolition charges by the government forces.
> During the film's production in 1999, McNulty's ongoing investigations
> triggered the release of dramatic evidence that the government had long
> been suppressing. A domino effect occurred as more and more skeletons
> fell out of the government's closet. The publicity surrounding these
> events focused increased attention on the Mt. Carmel massacre, not only
> in the free press, but in the controlled mass media outlets as well.
>
> Although several other excellent documentaries have been made about the
> Mt. Carmel Massacre, it is without a doubt that the two Waco films have

Jeepers! Thank you sooo very much, amom!!! (blush, giggle)

Here's a little something on CAG:

http://www.thenewamerican.com/tna/1999/09-27-99/vo15no20_waco.htm Vol 15 No 20 9/27/99 William Norman Grigg "....Two years ago in these pages ("Quartered Among Us," September 1, 1997), U.S. Army Sergeant First Class Steven Barry (ret.), who at the time was an active duty Special Forces soldier, pointed out that the Waco episode illustrates the danger of "fusing ... military and law enforcement operations." SFC Barry noted that the FBI's Hostage Rescue Team is a carbon copy of the Combat Action Group (CAG) of the Pentagon's Joint Special Operations Command: "HRT uses the same equipment, the training is identical, and HRT uses CAG's training facilities, instructors, and standard operating procedures." ......."Waco was not an aberration," concluded SFC Barry. "It was a 'trial balloon' sent up by those who perceive a 'coalition' of military and law enforcement to be a good thing. It was, therefore, a portent of the future. And the military's involvement in that unspeakable outrage, along with its subsequent cover-up of its involvement, bodes ill for America's future." .... While military officials involved in the episode have much to answer for, it must be remembered that Bill Clinton himself must have issued a presidential waiver authorizing Delta Force involvement. ....."

I'm not aware of blood involved in the Sheriff's death! My notes say he died of a heart attack at home. Do you have a source???

I'm tickled pink with the progress we've made today!!!

With me, it was your quest for the comm room and the fact that it raised the question about the kitchen - that caused a lot of really good details to be revisited! Thank you so very much!!!

I'd really like to keep going tonight, but I have to get up early for a quick out-of-towner tomorrow, so I'm going to have to logoff shortly. But I'll be back tomorrow afternoon and - depending upon how much more y'all dig up - will have a refresh of this thread. (Too much good stuff not to organize it - LOL!!!)

The following is from the email Rose posted above.

Unfortunately, Dr. Allard suffered a stroke the Thursday before the Fort Hood FLIR test, so he was unable to contribute to the analysis. Dr. Allard's stroke occurred the same evening that McLennan County Sheriff Jack Harwell died of a heart attack with blood on the walls and floor of the room in his home where he was found

Thank you so much for the lead! I obviously missed it!!! I went checking and so far all I've found is that is something that an informant said to Alex Jones. I'll see if I can find more...

One more for the records:

Dallas Morning News 3/5/00 Lee Hancock “….. The discovery of a melted mass of bluish plastic among the evidence inventoried last November by the Rangers and investigators from Mr. Danforth's office fuels additional uncertainty about how the FBI deployed tear gas on April 19, an investigator said. The plastic is about the size and weight of one of the non-pyrotechnic ferret rounds used by the FBI. Those rounds have blue tips on milky white bodies, and the blob of plastic is an identical shade of blue, the investigator said. It was recovered from the bunker deep within the compound where many Branch Davidian women and children went for shelter from the gas attack and later died. ….”

Just a little trivia I picked up that I'd like to park here if y'all don't mind.

Parkland Hospital has filed suit against the FBI. The FBI had contacted Parkland that fateful morning to determine how much space was available for burn victims (this is confirmed on the sworn affidavit in the suit). Parkland, in an effort to collect for the services rendered, filed the action for payment of the $350,000 outstanding on the bill.

Good to see ya :-)

That last post of yours is very interesting. I'm afraid I'm not doing very well on the scene of Harwell's death. I'm getting punchy too. I have 60 or so more results to check thru but I'll have to pick it up again in the morning.

Hope your day was a good one.

Thank you so much for the Parkland information and link!!! I haven't had any luck finding substantive references to blood on the scene at Sheriff Harwell's death.

BTW, I'm fixing to refresh this thread this morning along with a first draft of Archy's timeclock .... HUGS!!!

LOL I was just thinking how much easier our jobs would be if folks just told the truth...but then again we wouldn't be doing this if they had now would we? ;-)

I'm off to check out your new clock.
