ATTENTION BILL O'REILLY!

REGARDING JESSE JACKSON $$$, YOU AREN'T CONNECTING ALL THE DOTS

The O'Reilly Factor Talking Points - 6.21.00

"I'm Bill O'Reilly reporting from Chicago ... thanks for watching us tonight.

We are here in the Windy City because this is the base of Jesse Jackson whose finances we have been investigating as you may know.

And that's the subject of this evening's Talking Points memo.

Trying to pin down how much money Reverend Jackson's charities get from donations and where that money goes is like trying to grab a greased pole &emdash; it is nearly impossible.

Right now Reverend Jackson oversees four organizations which are receiving charitable contributions.

The Factor has obtained 1999 tax information for two of them from the State of Illinois.

The combined income from Rainbow Push and the Push for Excellence organization was more than four million dollars, much of that money going for travel and administrative expenses which are not itemized. In fact, no one received a salary at Push for Excellence and after the small salaries were paid at Rainbow more than three million was left over money which was spent but we don't know exactly how and neither does the State of Illinois.

But the big winner for Jesse Jackson is his new Citizenship Education Fund which runs the Wall Street Project. Here the money flow is major: $2,250,000 in 1998 and none of the officers at the Citizenship Education Fund are receiving a salary. One trustee member was paid 60 thousand dollars but that's it &emdash; that means that big money is floating around in unitemized expenses.

The Wall Street Project is designed to get minorities involved in stocks and bonds. The Factor has learned that the following entities gave Jackson's project significant amounts of money in 1998: The Chicago Stock Exchange, Dean Wiitter, Donaldson, Luftkin and Jenrette, Merrill Lynch, Paine Webber, The Travelers Group and Time Warner all kicked in 50 grand each and the New York Stock Exchange threw a party for Jackson and wrote off 90 thousand dollars in expenses. And that is just a partial list.

As we have reported previously unitemized travel expenses for Jackson's organizations are running into the millions each year but at this time the State of Illinois and the IRS have not seen fit to audit the expenses.

The last time a Jackson organization was audited was during the Reagan Administration in 1982 approximately one million dollars was found unaccounted for. Jackson took eight years to pay back 550,000 dollars in penalties.

Jackson himself will not talk with us about his finances despite being pressed by Hannity and Colmes.

And then by Fox anchor David Asman the Reverend took a different tact.

Now we are not saying that Jesse Jackson is doing anything wrong but two of his organizations are tax exempt and all are charitable enterprises so tax deductions are being taken.

This clearly puts Jackson's money into the public domain. He himself is a millionaire and we would once again urge him to explain his financial situation.

And that's the memo."

At least in the case of Ron Brown, why aren't Americans aggressively pushing Congress and the Justice Department to get at the truth? James Dale Davidson has a theory:

"We're in the point of a hillbilly song, and the line was, 'We really don't want to know.' I really don't want to know. People sometimes shy away from unhappy truths."

Jesse Jackson calls for probe of Ron Brown's death

By PAUL SHEPARD, Associated Press Writer

WASHINGTON (January 6, 1998 01:18 a.m. EST -- Jesse Jackson said Monday the death of Commerce Secretary Ron Brown should be investigated "to relieve people of reasonable doubt."

"There is everything to be gained from pursuing an investigation," Jackson said in an interview with New York City talk radio host Gary Byrd. "It may only prove that he was not murdered. But that would relieve people of reasonable doubt."

Air Force Lt. Col. Steve Cogswell, a deputy medical examiner at the Armed Forces Institute of Pathology, said in November that an unusual wound at the top of Brown's head could have been a bullet hole, and an autopsy should have been done to find out.

Cogswell did not participate in the examination of Brown's body after it was returned from Croatia. No autopsy was conducted.

Government investigators concluded that Brown died of multiple injuries sustained in the crash of the Air Force plane in which he was a passenger. The plane slammed into a mountain in Croatia in April 1996, killing all 35 aboard.

Col. William T. Gormley, the assistant armed forces medical examiner who conducted the external examination of Brown's corpse, was quoted in an Air Force statement as saying he had ruled out the possibility of a gunshot wound.

"Due to the initial appearance of Brown's injuries we carefully considered the possibility of a gunshot wound," Gormley said. "However, scientific data, including X-rays, ruled out that possibility."

But the government statements have done little to quell the controversy, especially among some influential blacks like NAACP President Kweisi Mfume and Rep. Maxine Waters, head of the Congressional Black Caucus. Both have called for further investigation of Brown's death.

Two weeks ago, civil rights activist Dick Gregory was arrested during a protest outside the Armed Forces Institute of Pathology in Washington to demand an independent investigation into Brown's death.

"I think people have a right to know what really happened," Jackson said.

Parallax View, Posthumous Treason
by Mia T

On 15 January 1998, standard issue clinton hush money passed flagrante delicto right under the Fourth Estate's patrician nose, the congenital skew of which apparently restricting its line of sight to the obvious payoff. (Conservative estimate puts the permanent elitist nasal tilt at 60º with the horizon compounded by a severe, left-deviated septum.)

You may recall that immediately after various world-class forensic experts (some of them devout Democrats who twice voted for clinton) identified a probable bullet wound atop Ron Brown's head, Reverend Jesse Jackson and his Black Caucus cohorts were literally screaming for an independent investigation of the Brown death, demanding an immediate exhumation and autopsy.

Two points to ponder:

•Under federal law Brown's cabinet position mandated an autopsy

•Brown died in a plane crash far more -- shall we say ambiguous -- than the crash that took the life of JFK, Jr. whose autopsy was both a given and instantaneous.

Back to that week in January...
It was a rather busy week for clinton, what with his own sexual-predation/perjury/obstruction-of-justice deposition on Saturday, Ken Starr combing through his congenitally corrupt wife's crimebook on Wednesday, Alexis Herman being added to that burgeoning list of corrupt cabinet clintonoids as of Thursday and Saddam jerking him around every day.

Yet Clinton somehow found the time to journey to Wall Street to aid and abet Jesse Jackson in his continued racial extortion of corporate America. The immediate payoff for Jackson -- $500,000, with potential millions to follow.

It is noteworthy that after 15 January 1998, Jesse Jackson and the Black Caucus never again mentioned the need for an autopsy or an independent investigation of Ron Brown's death.

Mia: While you are advising O'Reilley, remind him of the following:

"Any citizen of the United States, wherever he may be, who, without authority of the United States, directly or indirectly commences or carries on any correspondence or intercourse with any foreign government or any officer or agent thereof, with intent to influence the measures or conduct of any foreign government or of any officer or agent thereof, in relation to any disputes or controversies with the United States, or to defeat the measures of the United States, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than three years, or both."

This is from 18 USC 953. I am not a lawyer, but perhaps someone more versed in the law might instruct me as to the reason Mr. Jackson is not currently under indictment for conducting his own private diplomatic missions. Perhaps, like Al Gore, Mr. Jackson is above the law, owing to "no controlling legal authority"?

This is affirmative action for responsibility, that is, the bar is moved down if you're an African American. It is racist of course, but it's the liberals' racism so it's ok.

Mia T, I bow to your superior skills at deduction! Sherlock Holmes would have NOTHING on you. You are exactly right, and I can't believe I failed to notice this (maybe because I was tracking all the OTHER scandals)!

This is a wonderful post, and I hope Bill O'Reilly has it called to his attention and reads it.

Finally, someone is starting to sift this turkey's finances. I would like to see how much in Government largesse this individual has collected since he became prominent in the 1970's. At that time Life magazine(I believe) "Boomed" his "anti-drug program".

...perhaps someone more versed in the law might instruct me as to the reason Mr. Jackson is not currently under indictment for conducting his own private diplomatic missions.

I am not "versed in the law" much at all, but I can tell you this: There are certain public figures in this nation that are untouchable. Eliot Ness couldn't touch 'em. No one can.

One of those is Jesse Jackson.

Jackson can do or so whatever he wants. He can shake down whomever he wants. He can pile cash in slush funds from coast to coast. He is ABOVE reproach, BEYOND censure, and UNAVAILABLE for comment.

I suggest that fifty years from now, in a time where the fear and loathing perpetrated by the poverty and race pimps of our day has subsided to a background roar, the truths will be uncovered and the history books will attest to how horribly wrong the "civil rights" movement went beginning in the 1970s, and how it became a front for thuggery, scam artists and shakedown specialists.

Until then, don't hold your breath wondering when "justice" will be done.

Good point. Most of the current black leaders are more intent on their own enrichment than furthering their own race but they sure are RACIST aren't they ?

Hip Hip Hooray and three cheers for O'Reilly! It's about time that the Reveruuuunnd Jackson's finances are being scutinized as should those of Al Sharptongue & Co. Jackson took 8 years to pay back $500,000 and I don't believe Sharptongue has begun to satisfy his debt in the Tawana Brawley fiasco. Guess the pressures of living their millionaire lifestyles, wearing $2,000 suits while flying hither and thither to stay in the spotlight, leaves little to satisfy judgments against them.

Mia T = Freeper Treasure!!! -- Amen.

we had another famous MAN OF THE PEOPLE in Chicago who used the same methods as jesse to garnish funds .... called extortion. And our 'famous son' is none other than Al Capone.

This is peanuts compared to what Jackson has extorted from Corporate America, All it would take would, be for "one" company to stand up and say "we're not going to let you black mail us. Of course an "indictment" would be better, but I won't hold my breath.

Oreilly should call Sherman Skolnick. Sherman has a lot of information on this scam artist. in fact sherman is the only person in America to bring charges against him that have stuck. that was a few years ago, but sherman knows a lot regarding this POS. shermans number is 773.375.5741

Admirable effort Mia T, but let us not delude ourselves. The media-types like O'Reilly aren't going to delve so deeply into matters, as would uncover the real truth!

You big MEANIE! How can you be so cruel as to ask Rev. Jackson where he gets his money? 2,500 dollar suits don't grow on trees, you know. It's so petty to inquire about his multi-million dollar 100% pro-Democratic party political action committee. After all, there are republicans running non-political educational programs that DEMAND investigation. And they take in HUNDREDS of dollars!

You said a mouthful and sadly, it's totally true.
Jesse Jackson will not be deeply investigated or exposed by anyone, public or private, much less by Bill O' Reilly who is a good guy but not about to try and face down The Rev. Jackson in a meaningful way. O'Reilly likes his job and his position and knows that Jackson is bullet proof.

As you said, someday, but not now. I hate to have to admit this about Jackson being so protected, but reality bites sometimes.

not likely to happen - Jesse Jackson, like it or not, is actually providing a somewhat legitimate service for these big corporations. Big corporation "donates" money to one of Jesse's slush fu...I mean charitable foundations, and Jesse provides them cover from all the other opportunistic negroes who might be inclined to sue the big corporation. Incredibly cynical of Jesse - but perfectly legal.

I ask also, what's the difference between Jackson's MO and the Mafia? This called "extortion" and it is illegal. The problem is, O'Reilly is the only one with "gutts" enough to go after him. The only "service" he provides is to give publicity to himself and the thugs, criminals, rapists, and murderers he defends.

I have noticed that O'Reilly dismisses out of hand any allegation, however well supported, that smacks of right-wing zealotry. His analytic skills and/or his political courage fall far short of his bloated estimation of same.

What's O'Reilly's history, anyway? I read that he has the typical trophy wife with young child that befits a man recently arisen to wealth, as well as a divorced family more in keeping with his fifty+ years.

Am I wrong?

If I went around touting stocks and bonds, the SEC would put me in jail for violating about 500 laws and 10,000 regulations none of which I have ever heard of before.

Yet Jesse can go and shake down the BIG BOYS for millions with impunity? Does he offer a self-improvement course? I gotta get myself Jessiezed and learn how to grab the brass ring.

How disappointed must Herman Munster be, to find that after all the patient wisdom he had imparted to his son Eddie over the years, he would grow only older, no wiser, change his name to Corn and become the Washington editor of a leftist feel-good cheerleading magazine which has a circulation of so minor a fraction of that of FRee Republic.

I seriously doubt that the yearly run of The Nation exceeds the number of visitors to FRee Republic any given day.
