Send the show's sponsor, IKEA, your comments, CLICK HERE!
Maybe I should do some composite images of the Bush picture
with the head of Clinton, Gore or Lieberman. Think the Secret
Service would react THEN?
IKEA was the segment's sponsor. I think they should know that
their ad dollars are going into threats against Presidential
Candidate, G.W. Bush.
Amazing that Craig Kilborn enjoys more First Amendment Protection than Grassontop, who only said that Clinton should be tried and executed for treason. At least Grassontop recognizes the Constitution and Due Process; Kilborn just wants to put out a contract murder.
This country really is screwed up, and government agents blind subservience is part of the problem....
Same instructions...right click, Save as..., unzip and run. This is a self-playing Flash 4 movie. It can also be found at http://schwan.50megs.com/blurb/kilborn.html (Netscape users may have trouble viewing the page though).
*Please note that this file is not intended to be, nor should it be taken as, an endorsement of the murder of Mr Kilborn or anyone else. This is simply a "joke" in response to his "joke."
Or maybe we can wait and let Kilborn die out with his show soon enough without giving him life by creating controversy.
Maybe his CommieBS bosses squeezed his geraldo to get on board with rest of the anti-christian team....
Someone called this into Hannity about 15 minutes ago. Hannity said he had not seen or heard anything about it.
So I guess this means that so far no on-air apology has been issued. Have any talk shows picked up on this yet?
Closing tag.
Trying again.
I get a "file not available" error.
Downloaded fine. Unzipped fine. All I got was a "file not supported" or "not a RealPlayer document" message when I tried to play with RealPlayer or Windows Media player.
Reg, Yahoo keeps killing your file. Please send it to me and I will have my friend host it. Freepmail coming with the place to email it.
You have to right click and save the target. I haven't had any problems.
"Downloaded fine. Unzipped fine. All I got was a "file not supported" or "not a RealPlayer document" message when I tried to play with RealPlayer or Windows Media player. "
I still get "file unavailable" from GeoCities. Is CBS pulling a few strings here?
Never mind. I followed your instructions. I should try that novel approach more often.
You've gotta follow reg's instructions.
You updated that RealPlayer lately?
Here is the response I just received from Too Good Reports (http://www.toogoodreports.com)

Hello [SunStar]!
Thank you for your E-Mail, [SunStar]. We will use the Free Republic link in our headline this P.M. and under breaking news tomorrow [is this sick, or what?]. Thanks again for your help.
Always the best,
A.J. Toogood, Editor
Toogood Reports
I followed your instructions, and I get a file that is labled as snipe-rm.zip, but it actually contains a web page saying the requested file is not available.
Either too many people are trying to reach the fle, or it has been yanked.
It's about as funny as Leno's joke about Cheney.....which is to say not funny at all.
If anyone wants the file but cannot download it, send me email at webmaster@ssmedia.com, and I will send it to you via email.
A friend of mine has been working on this for the past two days. He has sent letters to the FCC, the chairman of CBS, the FBI, etc. He has faxed, e-mailed and called dozens of news outlets. Today he registered on FreeRepublic and has been getting a post ready to share with everyone. Watch for Jwegeler.
"You've gotta follow reg's instructions."
You've actually unzipped and played the file?
Mike, grrrr ;-) I just pulled it down twice..maybe it's me!
Yup. Very evil. Not really seeming like much of a joke, or if it is, it is that liberal "Gee wouldn't it be neat if..." kind of humor.
"Mike, grrrr ;-) I just pulled it down twice..maybe it's me! "
Okay, I flushed the caches and finally got it.
You described it to the tee. I think it shocked the audience. Didn't hear too much roaring laughter. I hope we witnessed the end of someone's career.
He's an alec Baldwin kind of guy.
Sure shocked me. There better be a whole lot of hell coming down from this. We'd be nuked from orbit for 1/100 of the same suggestion.
I got it to play fine.
uh oh, if Hannity gets a-holt of it, it's all over! Hannity is "mboy". Course he dont know it yet.... Every time the wife is yelling at me and the crumb snatcher is spilling juicy juice on me I yell "QUITE!!! mboy is on!!!!" that Sean Hannity...did I mention he's mboy!!!
Yeh!!!
No, "I'm sorry I ever doubted you Registered"? I'm waiting ;-)
BULLETIN!!!!!!!!! THis just in from CBS!!!!! It flashing across the TV set now! "You will get your apology at the same time that Geraldo and Gumbel give theirs!"
Alec "drag them out and stone them" Baldwin?
I just opened it - no problem. this is absolutely disgusting! If it had been albore's or lie-berman's picture he'd have been off the air before the program ended! Horrendous! Vile!
oh yeh forgot about him. thanks for totally ruining a bit that wasnt very good in the first place.
Your instructions are fine--worked for me.
Don't prez candidates get SS protection? If so, the SS ought to be going apesh!t over this. Of course, if CBS even acknowledges this it will be along the lines of, "Hey, we were just joking! Lighten up, folks!". I also left a turd at IKEA's website.
"Hannity said he had not seen or heard anything about it."
Know he is busy, but how is it that he missed this on FR??? Better get in on the 'scan' Hannity. . .

I emailed the video clip and information to Sean Hannity, but I haven't heard back yet...
oh yeh forgot about him.
He was kind of freaky to watch.
You updated that RealPlayer lately?
Nor my hairstyle either. I DL'd a RealPlayer update. File opened and played fine. Looks actionable to me, compared with things that have been acted on many times in the past.
While we're on the subject of tech advice -- I need a recommend for a good stable, solid internal PCI modem. This Rockwell HCF software-driven thing is driving me buggy.
I think that points made by Hatteras and Harpseal bear restating.
The entire top layer of appointed federal bureaucrats has great reason to fear that if George W. Bush is elected, the entire web of coverup which has protected them may unravel, which may lead to indictments and jail for many of them. Now we have seen CBS, which is virtually the propaganda arm of the DNC, put out a call to assasinate Bush on a nationally televised show, and the US Secret Service is wearing its blinders and pretending not to notice, or is excusing it as "comedy". (Try that brand of "comedy" on a jetliner, and see what happens.)
If some lunatic takes CBS' message as a call to action, and ill befalls Bush as a result, it must be assumed that the Secret Service was ordered to stand out of the way. In that event, it must be presumed that the very federal agency sworn to protect presidents and candidates has been fatally compromised by the Clinton contagion of corruption. In that event, no one may even guess the magnitude of the unintended consequences resulting from the corrupted Secret Service's gross dereliction of their most sacred duty.
BLOAT!!
Thanks, Mike, also had to clear my caches to get it.
This despicable, truly liberal.
BTTT!
Has anyone e-mailed Drudge on this one yet? It has been 5 days and nothing on Drudge? Does he want something that will help his credibility as a cutting edge internet reporter or not?
Yawn-
For those of us who use other browsers, like Opera, please note that you have to download this thing using Micro$oft's Internet Exploder, er I mean, Explorer.
What do you mean by "clear my caches". I haven't been able to get the video but am not familiar with this techno-lingo.
Bingo! Downloaded much, much better!
I'm hoping Media Research Center gets a hold of this one.
I'm surprised Drudge hasn't mentioned this yet.
I'm hoping Media Research Center gets a hold of this one. I'm surprised Drudge hasn't mentioned this yet.
They have it. I sent the articles and the video clip to both of them about three hours ago.
Steve Malzberg (WABC-NY 770) just reported that he had spoken to someone at the DC office of the Secret Service and they confirmed that an active investigation of this is under way.
Excellent.
Well, after you have reformatted your hard drive, which you must do immediately, you then need to slaughter a lamb and place it on your keyboard.

Ahh... Looks like Sean Hannity got my email!
Looks like this story was 100% broken on Free Republic!!!
I sent it to all conservative and independent outlets that I could think of, and thanks again to Registered for posting the original article. FR speaks the truth!
Works for me......
Now sending to everyone in my address book for MASS distribution.

If you're using Netscape, click on "Edit", then click on "Preferences", under categories on the left hand side click "Advanced" under "Advanced" click "caches", then click "Clear memory cache" and "Clear disk cache" That should do it. If you're using ME you're on your own!
I'm not. If it comes from FreeRepublic or a Freeper, he won't post it.
I'm not. If it comes from FreeRepublic or a Freeper, he won't post it.
Well, that's okay. Drudge will probably post it tomorrow after Too Good Reports and NewsMax launch their articles.
Also, I have conversed with Mike Gallagher and he will be featuring it tomorrow on his conservative talk show (http://www.mikeonline.com).
Thanks for the "target info", I'm starting my bomb run now. About to email my congressional delegation, Congressional leadership, The RNC, Treasury Dept, Secret Service and anybody else I can think of.
Note for Federal Lurkers: The above violence-related comments were metaphors not meant to advocate harmful physical action against anyone. They are at least as harmless as anything Mr. Kilborn has produced, so only come see me if you're bagging him first.

Kilborn's threat was a felony, just like threatening Clinton would be... Presidential candidates fall under the same laws.
It is interesting. Someone posted this on Lucianne.com with a FR link and they left the article up but you cannot reply to it anymore. After one of the posters put, "Free Republic should be congratulated for breaking this story" they took this response of and did not let anyone else respond to the story.
Lucianne must be bitter or jealous of FR (I know this is where she started out).
That's why Free Republic is "the cutting edge of the cutting edge".
Ain't no "or" in that last sentence. It's "and".
I'm sending it to my Senator - Joe Lie-berman! Can't wait to see the reply!!!! That's assuming of course, that I even get a reply!
LOS ANGELES (AP) -- CBS apologized Wednesday for a violent anti-George W. Bush message that flashed briefly on the screen during the ``The Late Show with Craig Kilborn'' last week.
The phrase ``Snipers wanted'' was shown Friday across footage of Bush accepting his nomination as the Republican presidential candidate at the party's Philadelphia convention.
``This graphic, which was not accompanied by any remarks from Mr. Kilborn, should not have been included in the telecast and is not consistent with our broadcast standards,'' CBS said in a statement.
The network called the display ``an inappropriate and regrettable graphic,'' adding that it and program producer Worldwide Pants Inc. ``deeply regret this incident.'' The company said it would take appropriate action.
A Bush spokesman said the candidate accepted the apology
``It's unfortunate something like that has happened,'' Bush campaign spokesman Dan Bartlett said from Austin, Texas. ``We accept their apology and look forward to seeing the results of their investigation.''
Worldwide Pants, David Letterman's production company, also produces ``Late Show with David Letterman,'' which airs immediately before Kilborn's daily show.
The phrase concerning Bush appeared on the screen during a segment of the show called ``In the News,'' which features photos, video clips and Kilborn's commentary on current events.
Kilborn took over in March 1999 as host of ``The Late Late Show,'' which debuted in 1995 as a talk show with host Tom Snyder.
A message seeking comment from Kilborn was not immediately returned Wednesday.
``This graphic ... is not consistent with our broadcast standards,'' CBS said in a statement.
I respectfully disagree with that statement. It seems to me that the graphic fits in quite nicely with their broadcast standards -- in fact, exemplifies them.
Sad!
Now I know another reason why the liberals want to disarm us.
5.56mm
She still has a website?
It was just mentioned on Michael Reagans show.
#68 ``This graphic ... is not consistent with our broadcast standards,'' CBS said in a statement.

You're absolutely right about that!!
FWIW, I responded to the CBS webpage. I do think this needs, to be BTTT.
"I respectfully disagree with that statement. It seems to me that the graphic fits in quite nicely with their broadcast standards -- in fact, exemplifies them. "
You know, I'm often dismissed when I try to tell people that there are some in Hollywood who harbor not simple dislike, but real, visceral hatred toward conservatives. This stunt is not surprising in the least. And it's just going to get worse.
CBS is now removed from my channel listing.
Defund them.
I respectfully disagree with that statement. It seems to me that the graphic fits in quite nicely with their broadcast standards -- in fact, exemplifies them.
Well put. However, I have lost all respect for CBS
Anybody know the snail mail addresses of Mel Karmazin (President of CBS in New York) and Sumner Redstone (CEO of Viacom, CBS parent, also in New York)?
I have written snail mail to Les Moonves, President of CBS Television (at the address on the graphic). Now I'm looking to write to Sumner Redstone and Mel Karmazin, as soon as I can find their IRL addresses. I recommend a letter by US Mail to the top executives. It's got a better chance of receiving some attention.
absolutely disgusting
Isn't this the type of treatment Jews, Gypsies, and other assorted unclean ethnic groups got from the Nazis in the thirties that lead up to the final solution?
The difference here is that the group(s)being targetted are armed to the teeth.
Just ask JPFO(Jews for the preservation of firearms ownership).
Amazing that Craig Kilborn enjoys more First Amendment Protection than Grassontop, who only said that Clinton should be tried and executed for treason. At least Grassontop recognizes the Constitution and Due Process; Kilborn just wants to put out a contract murder.
This must of happened before my time here. Does anyone have a link to the details?
