- Non-citizens to Choose Next President Says
U.S. Border Control
-
- MCLEAN, Va., Nov. 9 /PRNewswire/ -- "Whichever candidate wins
the
- electoral vote in Florida and goes on to become President of
the United
- States will have won his margin of victory by the votes of
non-citizens
- and illegal aliens, voting in mass numbers in South Florida,"
charged
- Edward Nelson, President, U.S. Border Control.
-
- "We have asked legal counsel for U.S. Border Control to
review the
- Florida election results carefully to determine how a
challenge can be
- made to the votes cast in certain Florida precincts in order
to document
- once and for all the scope of voting by non-citizens."
-
- "Thanks to the National Voter Registration Act, commonly known
as the
- Motor-Voter law, millions of non-citizens and illegal aliens
are being
- invited to register to vote as they apply for their driver's
licenses or
- welfare benefits."
-
- "In Florida, as in most other states, the Motor Vehicle
Department has
- been advised not to ask if applicants are citizens because
this would
- somehow violate their civil rights. As a consequence, this
'don't ask
- -- don't tell' policy is wittingly or unwittingly handing out
voter
- registration cards to tens of thousands of ineligible voters,
more than
- enough to effect the results of a close election."
-
- "Our efforts have absolutely nothing to do with helping one
candidate or
- another win the election as we have no idea whom the
non-citizens may
- have favored. Our interest is in defending the voting rights
of
- American citizens whose votes are being canceled out by
non-citizens."
-
- Mr. Nelson continued: "We believe that the national average
for non-
- citizen voting is about 2-4 percent with it spiking up to
10-15 percent
- in places like Dade County, Florida, and in major cities that
have large
- current immigrant populations."
-
- USBC Legal Counsel William J. Olson stated, "Arizona
Congressman Bob
- Stump (R-AZ-3) has introduced legislation to repeal the
Motor-Voter law
- as the best way to stop the process of registering
non-citizens." (H.R.
- 38, 106th Congress)
-
- In 1996, the "Illegal Immigration Reform and Immigrant
Responsibility
- Act" was enacted, confirming expressly what everyone already
knew, that
- it was illegal for non-citizens to vote and made voting by
non-citizens
- an offense punishable by deportation.
- Unfortunately, Congress failed to provide a mechanism by which
state and
- local election officials could check on citizenship so that
the law
- could be enforced.
-
- A year later, Rep. Steve Horn (R-CA-38), observing a rapid
increase in
- non-citizen voting, introduced the Voter Eligibility
Verification Act
- that would have given voter registrars the ability to
eliminate
- non-citizen voting. Although the bill was voted upon and
received a
- majority of the votes cast, the Rules under which is was
brought to the
- House floor required a two-thirds majority and so it failed to
pass.
- (H.R. 1428, 105th Congress) (Voter Eligibility Verification
Pilot
- Program Act of 1998, H.R. 3485, 105th Congress.)
-
- Mr. Nelson said, "Unless American citizens don't mind the
fact that
- their votes are being canceled out by the votes of illegal
aliens and
- resident aliens, they should demand the immediate passage of
both of
- these bills (motor-voter repeal and voter eligibility
verification
- act)."
-
- Additional information relevant to these issues follows.
-
- Motor-Voter Fraud
-
- According to the Wall Street Journal, "voter fraud has become
a bigger
- problem since the 1993 federal Motor Voter law required states
to allow
- people to register to vote when they get a driver's license;
47 states
- don't require any proof of U.S. residence for enrollment.
Motor Voter
- has added some eight million people to the rolls...."
-
- John Fund's Political Diary, Wall Street Journal,
10/23/00.
-
- The Changing Florida Electorate
-
- Data provided by the Florida Secretary of State demonstrate
the
- efficiency of the Motor Voter Law in registering new
voters.
- From 6.56 million registered voters in 1994, to 8.22 million
voters in
- 1998, an increase of 25 percent.
-
- At the same time, these data show more than a six-fold
increase in the
- number of "other race" registered voters, from under
- 100,000 to over 650,000. (Florida's Registered voter data are
reported
- in categories of white, black, and other -- including
primarily
- Hispanic, but also Native American, Asian, and others -- with
the
- category race not identified being added in 1996).
-
- A comparison between the rate of growth of "other race" versus
"white,
- black and unidentified race" voters during this four year
period is even
- more stark. While "other race" voters increased 660 percent,
39 times
- faster than "white, black, and unidentified"
- race voters which increased only 17 percent.
-
- No one knows how many of the 550,000 new "other race" voters
were newly
- naturalized citizens under the "Citizenship USA"
- program of the Immigration and Naturalization Program, Al
Gore's program
- to add more than 1 million immigrants to the U.S.
- voter roles in 1996. Indeed, Miami, Florida was one of the
five cities
- specially targeted for "Citizenship USA."
-
- On the other hand, no one knows how many of these same voters
are not
- citizens at all, but non-citizens and even illegal aliens who
were
- nevertheless were invited to register to vote by Florida motor
vehicle
- and welfare state employees doing what they were required to
do under
- the federal Motor Voter law.

prior to the

reports that

- Illegal
Aliens
- and
- clinton-clinton-gore
For
aliens to obtain citizenship, federal regulations require
that their application be accompanied by a complete set
of fingerprints...to determine if the applicant has a
criminal or arrest record...It was in this area that Mr.
Gore's pressure caused the biggest
breakdown...
In the end, the
White House got their one million voters and re-election.
The U.S. got 75,000 new citizens who had arrest records
when they applied; an additional 115,000 citizens whose
fingerprints were unclassifiable and were never
resubmitted; and a final 61,000 who were given
citizenship without even having their fingerprints
submitted so that no check was possible...
- In June
1998, we undertook to again pick up the investigation
of the program. Our
interest intensified when we heard that a similar plan
may be in the works for the 2000 presidential
election.
Among other things, we wanted to find out if
the criminals who were given citizenship in 1996 were
continuing their criminal activity in the two years
since. My staff pulled out about 100 of the most
violent or serious crimes that were committed by
aliens prior to naturalization and documented by
arrest records...
-
- Of those
100 records, some 20% showed arrests for serious
crimes after the subject was given
citizenship.
The
charges included murder, rape and child sexual
abuse.
Based on those results, we resolved to ask for updates
on every arrest record.
Had
we been given enough time to put together evidence and
witnesses, Citizenship USA might even have figured in
Mr. Clinton's impeachment trial.

- When
she wrote "The New Colossus," Emma Lazarus hardly had
in mind this pair of mutant, deadly, twisted
aliens.
-
- So
forget Arkansas-Illinois carpetbaggery and standard
issue muckraking. The clintons are aliens of quite
another sort. They are extrinsic, not of this world.
They are inhuman. They are dehumanizing. .
.
-
- Although
Act I had no rating, the new clinton soccer-mom
directive will require a photo ID for any viewer
without independent proof of illegal alien DNC or DNA
sequencing.
-

-
- In
Act II, rabid anti-clinton voters, roughly 33% of the
U.S. populace according to as-yet-unpodded pollsters,
become increasingly aware that they are disappearing
in droves and being replaced by alien pod replicas
which have their physical attributes but lack all
anti-clinton affect.
-
- If
Act I was a thinly veiled allegory about naked
clintonism, then Act II is a parable about the plan
for world domination by the Establishment, aged
hippies in pinstripes all, with their infantile,
solipsistic world view amazingly untouched by
time.

We should expend significant resources, paid for by congress, to get to the bottom of any and all voter fraud allegations. In 1996 we saw voter fraud in southern Cal and in Louisiana that in each case was proven by law enforcement to have been very real and also swung the election from a Republican incumbent to a democrat challenger. There were no prosecutions in those two cases. On Tuesday there was an editorial in the Wall Street Journal saying that because of the Motor Votor law the opportunity for voter fraud is greater now than ever before. Experts on elections have said that the American voter rolls are in pitiful shape, much worse than the foreign countries that these people are tasked to observe when they have elections. Evidently, dead people can no longer be purged from the voter rolls so that the dead people are building up. All you have to do is get a list of the dead people who are registered and then cast absentee ballots for them in order to cheat. Our rules have been changed, our practices modified and the end-result is that voter fraud is easier than ever before.
Our news media doesn't think that this is an issue though. The only election scandal worth investigating and publicizing is one that has somehow given an advantage to republicans. As this voter fraud benefits democrats it is not considered news. We all should understand this fundamental reality that we live with. The Republicans of course are too cowardly and lacking in principal to do anything without their tv keepers' OK.

Who wants to bet that after this tedious election is finally over, the Republicans will still champion massive legal immigration from third world countries? After all, it was Bush senior who effected the largest amnesty for illegal immigrants in history when he was el presidente. And I clearly remember that he was passionately arguing for Puerto Rico to become a state a few years ago.
Now if you Rebuplican knuckleheads want to have even a long shot at the white house in future elections, you will jump on the immigration reform bandwagon and stay on it. Just think, you won't have to sit next to the likes of Spencer Abraham.

This morning's USAToday had a map of the US, delineated by county, with the counties voting for Gore colored blue and those voting for Bush colored red.
The first thing that I noticed were all of the blue counties in Texas - immediately on the border with Mexico. Not that it mattered. But it was interesting.

"In Florida, as in most other states, the Motor Vehicle Department has
been advised not to ask if applicants are citizens because this would
somehow violate their civil rights.
It is the same here in CA. This is outrageous! Until it is required that every voter is a citizen we have no hope of getting our country back. Each election will be more and more tilted to the left by these illegal votes. The motor voter law must be overturned. I cannot believe that the fact that non-citizens are voting is not being challenged. Oops, I forgot - can't challenge their right to vote, that might be intimidating! Silly me, I keep going back to that old-fashioned belief that you have to be citizen to vote!

"This morning's USAToday had a map of the US, delineated by county, with the counties voting for Gore colored blue and those voting for Bush colored red."
I have been told that Bush won 2600 of the 3000 U.S. counties. Now that's my kind of mandate.
The posters on this thread are right. If we don't get on immigration reform, either the Republicans will be consigned to perpetual minority status (and we know how Republicans hate losers), or as is more likely, the Republican party will continue to move away from conservative principles.
John O'Sullivan spelled out all the gory details in a recent issue of the NR. Projecting current voting patterns and immigration levels, the last election in which Republicans will be competitive at the presidential level will be 2004. If this election, with it's zillions of dollars of spending and incredibly energized Republican base and high turnout, doesn't wake up the RINO's on this issue, I don't know what will.

Mia T -
You did not give the URL for the U.S. Border Control.
It is http://www.usbc.com
This is NOT the U.S. Border Patrol - but a non-profit lobby group.
I am not disputing that this posting does not contain FACTS about the VOTER FRAUD being perpetuated on American Citizens by these ILLEGAL aliens..... who are welcomed into this country with open arms by the CROOKED POLITICIANS.
Any time there is a TOTAL concentration on ONE subject by the MEDIA, then you can bet they are IGNORING another BAD situation that they do not want you to know about. They are concentrating on PALM BEACH FL So what is it that they are not telling us about?
Newt Gingrich said on FOX NEWS tonight that this issue probably would not be settled by the planned INAUGURATION date - and that Bill Clinton would stay in office until this issue was settled!!! FRIGHTENING!!!
