may have attacked five others.
Milton McFarlane, a second-grade teacher at Public School 78, allegedly repeatedly raped one 9-year-old boy and fondled two others after luring them into his classroom after school.

McFarlane, 38, who says he may be infected with the AIDS virus, was charged with six counts of first-degree sexual abuse, two counts of first-degree sodomy and two counts of endangering the welfare of a child.
He faces a possible 50 years in prison if convicted of the sodomy counts.
Authorities are still investigating McFarlane, and there could be as many as five additional victims, Assistant District Attorney Robert Holdman said.
Students first accused McFarlane of sexual misconduct in 1998, when he allegedly exposed himself to one boy and fondled another.
One of the sex abuse charges stems from the '98 accusations.
But school investigators botched the probe and never told authorities about the complaints.
McFarlane was allowed to remain in the classroom and allegedly went on to abuse the other boys at the school, which is in Williamsbridge.
After McFarlane was arrested on May 2, Schools Chancellor Harold Levy fired the investigator who bungled the 1998 probe and ordered the review of hundreds of investigations of sexual abuse allegations.

I can see it now.....Father beats crap out of molesting teacher.........Father goes to jail......Molester to counselling.....When women quit "feeling sorry" the perverts maybe some of these things will change....
So, what are you saying? Protecting your kid aint worth risking jail time?
If so, your kids deserve better.
