Hey who let these guys in here lol?
watch that, buster! though this libertarian is a late arrival, we invaded free republic from the outset. how else are we going to have free markets in this world? we obviously can't leave that to conservatives -- they're more interested in expanding government!

You asked....MUD
Movie stars and singers from the countries that fell to the communist in the years after World War 2. Played right into the hands of the Reds. In a way they became puppets. They loved it.
Imagine this at the home of a hollywood actor. ( Look here at a little something from Castro of Cuba. he says to a friend.
His stupid friend says cool.
Hollywood and the mainstream media are the ones that have brainwashed at least 50% of the whole country with communist ideas. As has the govt. Passed commie like laws.
Stop funding Hollywood and email and call your elected officials and demand we get out of the UN now. They are a front for China and Russia.
This 4th of July. Get ready and rested for the Protest of the UN July 14th at The UN and all across America for those that can't get to New York City.
FReep City Hall's and the UN across America July 14th against the UN and Gun control and just the thought that the UN is a commie org. Join in everyone and stand up for FReedom!
I would love to see all New York FReepers at the UN. If you can't make it then FReep city halls where ever you live. Hand out flyers and hold signs and tell the people help is on the way.
There should be no excuses allowed to get in the way of this important FReep.

just to let everybody know, PayPal is working very smoothly. i recommend it. even though there's an $0.85 added charge for each $25 deposit, it reserves your slot immediately when using a credit card as dave did.
Maryland FReepers and TRT-DC BUMP!!

Heritage Foundation UN Assessment Project Survey
What do you think the United States should do about the United Nations?
In May, we were voted off the UN Commission on Human Rights for the first time since we founded it in 1947.
This vote was orchestrated largely by Cuba and communist China, to retaliate against the U.S. for criticizing them. These outrageous human rights violators, as well as Syria, Vietnam, and Libya, are members in good standing.
Congress and the Bush administration are deciding on many questions about the UN and international treaties right at this moment.
It’s imperative that they have the input of grassroots conservative Americans – people like you – as they make these decisions that will affect our lives for decades to come.
Your answers will remain confidential. Total tabulated results will be given to Congress, the Bush administration, and the media. Thank you for your valuable and essential participation.

responsible eating and drinking allowed
A little off-topic, but what the heck does that mean??
A little off-topic, but what the heck does that mean??
believe it or not, some bus companies prohibit food. the company we're using is cool with it as long as we don't make a mess, etc.
the drinking part mainly refers to alcohol. the bus company can look the other way, but not if we get out of hand.

Very Important Question: Will there be a smoking section? (nicotine addict)
Bang!
Will there be a smoking section? (nicotine addict)
i KNEW there was something i forgot! good question. let me call the bus company and make sure they allow smoking. if so, we can work something out. probably should confine it to the back or something though. i'll post the bus company's answer tomorrow.
or maybe we should call a california democrat and ask him to form a committee to decide this issue for us. ROFL.

Virginia, Maryland, DC Freepers and lurkers we need you to sign up for this bus to NYC.
Early morning July 2nd bump - 12 days and counting.
Ironman - I guess that means we do not get your high-quality pics and report - I'll will do my best to get some good shots of the event.
Happy 2nd BUMP!
I'm going if I possibly can PING!
Afternoon BUMP!
And another BUMP!
And one more BUMP for good measure! hehe
It sure will be good to see so many FReepers there.
Anyone in NJ might want to check and see if the NY bus is filled. If not there may be a stop before NYC where you can GET ON THE BUS!
Very Important Question: Will there be a smoking section? (nicotine addict)
just called the bus company. as much as i can't stand cigarette smoke, i'm still sorry to say that the word from them is that smoking is absolutely not allowed. they were emphatic from the start. i even pushed it. she paused, but gave me the primary reason why they just couldn't do it -- bus companies tend to get a large percentage of elderly riders; for some, the smell in the fabric is a big deal.
would you be able to make it if we had a single rest/smoke/stretch break in each direction, about midway? i'd hate to not have you ride with us because of this issue. or if you have any other ideas, please let me know.
ANOTHER BUS!!!
This one will be leaving from Shrewsbury, PA at 6:30am July 14th.
That is old exit 1 (new exit 4)of Interstate 83.
Seats are $25/person
We will be picking people up in either Allentown or Philadelphia, as needed.
Return should be between 9 or 10pm.
Contact Karen Baldwin to reserve your seat. (717)235-3102
Remember, northern Maryland-it's not too far to catch our bus!
Maria Heil, one of the speakers, will be riding this bus.
I'll be looking for you!
Bring your scarves!
Live performance "scarf art" by Clinton's a liar!
B - no worries - I will have plenty of nicotine gum on hand - Dave
Thanks for checking. I almost knew the answer before I asked, for the reason you stated, but I had to ask anyway.
Not being able to smoke on the bus wouldn't stop me from going. I have a couple of other things I need to figure out before I could go. I'm trying to work that out right now...
Two buses - The Old Line State, the Old Dominion State (Mother State), the Keystone State, the Mountain State and the Nations Capitol - should have a great representation in NYC on the 14th - keep it up!!! Reserve your spot now.
:-) Thanks, Dave. I'd be chewing gum and wearing a patch at the same time. Caffeine and nicotine, the secrets to my "success."
(hey, stop laughing!)
What's your passenger count so far? The bus link is current only to Friday night, 6/29...
LOL! MUST I bring the scarves???
And a BUMP back to you, catfur!
WHAT??? No smoking? AAAARRRRRGGGGHHHH!
I tried the patch, but I couldn't keep it lit!
What's your passenger count so far? The bus link is current only to Friday night, 6/29...
right. i started with the count of trt member riders even though deposits hadn't yet come in. by wednesday i'll be updating the number regularly. we're at a 'check is in the mail' count of 33 seats left. plenty of room left for cigarette fiends, tricorn heads, and flag bearers.
speaking of flags, i hope everybody knows about the nyc rule (as stated by trt-ny) that flags and signs can't be atop wood/metal sticks or poles; cardboard tubes are apparently the support of choice.
coincidentally, the batf has announced that it's inviting fbi friend lon horiuchi in to address any problems caused by cardboard tubes being cut too short. lon's motto: "nobody but your family will know i was there!"
"...flags and signs can't be atop wood/metal sticks or poles; cardboard tubes are apparently the support of choice."
Aha!!! I knew I saved all those perfectly good cardboard tubes for a reason! I have "in stock" probably 2 or more dozen very sturdy 18" long tubes... diameter just a bit bigger than typical paper towel tubes. If I can't make the trip, I would still be happy to make these dangerous tubes available to you.
please take video of this and put it on FR thanks
take video
BTTT
Thanks - put me down for two tubes if available - one for Old Glory and one for a Gadsden. I was actually thinking yesterday about how in the heck I was going to make cardboard flag poles.
Early morning July 3rd BUMP - 11 Days and counting.

What you say is so true. Todays artists are much the same for the most part. We here in the freedom movement have our own freedom loving rock band by the name of Poker face

And wouldnt you know it, these freedom loving lads will not only be there but providing the sound and musical entertainment between speakers. They and their music are a breath of fresh air....

Rather Die Then Be Your Slave I do not wish this life to pass away But life presents such possibilities - Each and every day I heard a calling that was right for me I prayed for strength for what’s a head of me - Please show me the way The sun rose high and burnt the night away Who stood before me was my enemy - Don’t tread on me He’s come to take away my liberties I’d rather die than be a slave to thee - Don’t treat me this way CHORUS: I’d rather die than be your slave I will survive, and you’ll feel my rage Its not a question of being brave I’d just rather die, than be your slave CHORUS It didn’t matter who shot first that day They killed my brothers, they laid dead by me - I’m covered in their blood We hit them hard we made them pay that day We hung the traitors from the highest trees - No mercy from me We lost a lot our pain was heavy We sacrificed for GOD and country - No more colony Still held the ground that was in front of me This was our price to pay for liberty - Still you hear me say CHORUS Much time has past, we repeat history Our toys have changed while man has stayed the same - Evil in his ways Tribal families rule not over me I will not let them rape our liberties - We’ll die for them today Music and Words by Paul Topete & Eric Beebe Poker Dudes ASCAP © 1999 Used by permission All rights reserved
