For those of you unfamiliar with the layout of Washington, DC - here is an incredible and free 3 Dimensional model of the city. When you arrive at the site, click on the "CLICK HERE FOR FULL MOTION FLIGHT" link. Let the software load and then go on the 3D tour of DC.
You can jump to a different location by selecting a different monument / site in the left hand column, or by right-clicking anywhere in the image and chosing "FLY TO."
I do not see a comparable site for New York.
The higher the bandwidth, the better (obviously)
